Honcho tremble a bit and start to tear a bit. Kit was clueless and grab the letter that Honcho was holding. He read and bend down and start to tear. Honcho is trying his best to calm Kit down but Kit stood up and ran as fast as he could. "Yo Kit wait up!!!" Honcho was chasing him knowing that Kit missed him already. Kit ran and ran and bump into Cuza. "Hey Kit why are you running?" Cuza said and pat his back and notice he was crying uncontrollably. "Woah! Woah! Kit calm down little buddy. What's wrong!?" Kit was trying to calm himself and yell but still in tears. "It's Valt!!! He!!! He!!!!! He!!!!! He!!!!!" Kit couldn't say that he went to Los Angeles. "He's what?" Cuza still confused then Kit finally say it. "He went to Los Angeles!!" Cuza eyes widened and grab both of Kit's shoulder. "Why did he go there!?!?! He's battle with Red Eye is almost there!!!" Then someone shout at them. It was Honcho, he ran to them with the same letter in his hand. "Valt will come back soon!!!" "He..... what!?!?" "Really!?!?" "It was written on the back of the paper. They read and sight in relief.

They went to the cafeteria to have a little conversation about Valt who's at Los Angeles. Took them 5 minutes to have a conversation and they still couldn't figure out. Then suddenly, Cuza spoke "Hey guys, did anyone else know about this?" Then there was a silent and suddenly "Free!!!" "Silas!!!!" "Silas!?!?!?" Cuza and Kit look at Honcho not knowing why he choose Silas. "Ummm......... i mean Free!!!!!" They both treasure cat smile at him.

After that awkward moment~
They start their journey to find Free which is pretty hard for them but not for Valt. They search everywhere but still couldn't find him. "Gahh!!!! How can Valt find him so easily!?!?! Those Valt always train with him in the same place or he only comes out when he saw Valt!?!?!?" They have a lot of question mark on their head. Then someone came out of nowhere. "Hey~" they all shiver from the unknown voice. They thought it was Free but the voice is soft and low. They turn their head slowly and shocked to see the person and fell down on the floor. The person is her, Star Chan. "Star you scared us to death!!!" Honcho was pissed off while Kit and Cuza give her a death face. They were on fire and wanting to hurt her so badly.

"Chill out, and why do you want to look for Free anyway??" "Well....... because Free is the only one who spend a lot of time in the forest training. And Valt always bump into him. That's why" Star Chan was like are you serious??? "Oh look at the time! I better get back to my " work "~Bye!!!" She shut the door and the trio was speechless but having a wtf face. Then they heard footsteps, they turned to see it was Free. "Finally!!! Yo Free where have you been!?!? We been looking all over for you!!!!" Free as usual not showing any emotion. "Hey, what's up?" They told him wether if he saw Valt, know what happened to him in the other day and if he had anything to do with him. "Oh,he's going to be fine. I'm sure of it, you'll see him soon" That's it!?!? Free walk away leaving them arguing non stop.

Actually, Free knows something that he doesn't want to talk about it. Because he promised this person not to tell anyone. He promised him to wait for his return then he can tell them anything. Then Free had a little flashback on the other day.

Flashback~
Last night, Valt went to same place like yesterday. Free was at the forest with his deer friend. Then he heard singing. The voice was soft and gentle,he followed the voice and spot Valt.

His singing was music to Free's ears. Then Free walk and sat down without Valt noticing him. "Shiroi hana-" "That's a gentle voice of yours." Valt turned his head to see Free who lay his head on his shoulder. Valt was a little shock and blush at the same time. There was an awkward silence between them.

Free broke the silent and notice Valt's luggage is beside him. "Hey Valt,where are you going on this late night" Valt was tearing a bit and giving a small sob. Now Free felt bad and wrapped his arms around Valt's small body and pull him to make him lay on his chest. "Just promise me you won't tell anyone" "I promise Valt"

"I'm going to Los Angeles and I will be back here for the tournament." "Why would you want to go there?" "Because......... i...... have   hanahaki disease, so i want to go there to perform the surgery." Free eyes widened and had a little bit tears in his eyes. He hug Valt tightly and lay his face on his soft blue hair. "Free just promise me you will only tell them on my return" "I promise to you and I won't broke that promise like how Red Eye did" (Free: I win Shu so back off already) "Thank you Free"

So Free had keep Valt's company all night and send him to the airport. Valt's plane was now boarding so Valt ready his plane ticket. They both say their goodbyes to each other. Valt walking to his gate while Free just stood there watching him leaving. He then took one step forward and walk up to him quickly and hug him tightly. Valt hug  back and buried his face on Free's chest. Those who pass by think it was cute and some where shock because the saw Free the worlds #1 champion blader is hugging an ordinary blader and some think the were siblings that don't want to leave each other yet.

They hug for 20 second and let go off each other. Valt smile and went back to his gate. Free was standing there waving at him.
End flashback~

Free walk to the hallway and to the forest and sit near a beautiful pond. He look beside him and imagine Valt was there seating beside him while smiling at him. He lay down on the ground and was thinking if Valt was ok at there.

At the Snake pit~
That jerk, err I mean Red Eye is busy training. He keep launch his bey with all his energy and strength. Then he pant and sit down feeling exhaust. Then someone hand him a water bottle. "Thanks" he open the lit and drank it. "Woah, you even care about that water more than Valt" Red Eye eyes widened and spilt a big cannon of water. He  cough and turned to look at the person. "Oh great its just you. What do you want!?"
"I just want tell you something" "Well hurry up! Your wasting my time!!" "Jeez what a bossy lady! Ok, so........ you may be happy if you win but for Valt he.......... will probably start a life now. But if you lose and turn back to the real nerd you-" "HEY!!!!" "SILENT!!! You will never see the Valt you once knew" Star Chan make a jazz hand happily and Red Eye gave an are you serious face.

Then she skipped and suddenly disappear~Red Eye ran outside to look for her for reason why she was saying this. Then he look up and sweat drop because he saw Star was on top of the snake pit. "How the f**k did you get up there you bulls**t street cat like girl with a f**king flat chest idiotic b**ch!!!!!" Star Chan was pissed off because Red Eye was swearing on her mostly call her flat. Star Chan take off both of her shoes and threw one on Red Eye but miss "Ha! You mi-" he was cut off by another shoes being throw and hit his face hard. Then they argue non stop.

At the tournament~
"Where is Valt?" Honcho was looking around for his lil buddy. All the BC Sol's team were worried about Valt. None of them know why, what, when and how. They all know that jerk, i mean Red Eye had cause him pain. "Ugh! Is he still depress about Shu!?! He better come if not I'm gonna give him a good yelling!!!" Wakiya was mad and being sassy in the same time. Then as usual Honcho and Wakiya was arguing again leaving the other sweat drop.

About a minute later, the announcer spoke "In the blue corner we have Shu Kurenai a.k.a Red Eye!!!!" Everyone clap and cheer for him. Theodore just siting there smirking evilly. "And in the red corner, the one and only underdog Valt Aoi!!!!!" Then there he is. He really did came.

The left blader was full with power and determination

And the right blader was full of...... nothing? Just blank?

Then they get into their position. "Listen here Valt when I'm done with you. Get out of my way Valt" Red Eye eyes is glowing red but no response but Valt just roll his eyes giving a whatever face and that make Red Eye piss real bad.

*burst*Red Eye eyes widened. He was defeated by his own weakness. They both fall on the hard floor panting. The winner of this tournament is Valt Aoi. Everyone cheer and clap for their new championship. Even Red Eye, he was free from sprigzen, he was his old self now, he was Shu Kurenai again. Valt got up looking at huge crowd cheering and clapping at him. Shu sit up to look at the smile on his best friends face that he love so much. He thought that Valt will give him a helping hand but instead he just walk away leaving Shu behind. Shu eyes widened never thought that Valt would do this to him. "Valt...." he say softly.

Two days later~
Shu was out to look for his beloved friend. He spot him sitting beside the beach feeling the cold breeze flowing through his face. He was about to go there but someone pat his shoulder. He turned and look it was his friend Honcho. "Hey, what's wrong?" "You should let him be" "What was that" Shu say in a bit of anger "Valt want some time alone so let him be. He's not the same anymore" Shu grinted his teeth and push Honcho's hand away from his shoulder roughly.

"Listen!!I don't know what and why are you saying this but how can he's not the same person anymore!!! I knew him since kindergarten and he will always be the same Valt i know and love!!!!" "Shu calm down-" "I won't till he sees me as his best friend!!!" Shu walk away to Valt leaving Honcho behind. Valt was looking at the dolphin jumping around. Shu notice that he wasn't excited about it. He always smile when it comes to dolphin but not anymore.

Shu sat down beside him and look at his brown hazelnut eyes but all he see now is a dull brown eyes. His skin was pale and notice he has different clothing but without his gloves. He was wearing a midnight blue coloured shirt, black long sleeve jacket with a 'V' alphabet on the back, brown belt, same shoes and dark blue pants. Then Shu spoke "H-hey Valt, if it's about the Red Eye thing again then I'm sorry, will you forgive me?" Shu say softly giving him a warm smile. Valt look at him shook his head no. Shu eyes widened with a bit tears in his eyes. How could he say no to him?? "Valt!" Valt look around and spot Free. He got up and walk towards Free. Free bend down examinating his clothes "Valt i don't get but why are you wearing like this??" "I like it" Then they walk away. Shu stood up and ran to them. He wrap his arms around Valt's waist and pull him close to him. "Hey, let go of me" Valt say without showing any emotion. "Free what happened to him!?!? Tell me now!!!" "Shu his..............

Shu was shocked, he bend down and turn Valt to look at him. Shu was tearing up and hug Valt like his own child. Shu felt guilty, heartbroken, pain and sad. "Valt did you-" "Yes" Shu never thought that Valt had the disease when he was Red Eye. Shu stood up and grab Valt's waist and carry him. Valt didn't mind and Free was giving a wtf face. Shu leave him behind and went to Naoki's house?

Shu kicked the door with Valt in his arms till it breaks

Take 2~
Shu knock the door and heard someone saying coming. Naoki open the door with a 😨scary cat face for two reason. 1. If he touch or talk to Valt he get punch or kick on the balz or face. 2. If he say bad stuff or swear in front of him, he will drown into the river or threw him into the volcano. (Ok that's scary) "Y-yes Shu???" Naoki say while trembling at the same time. Shu show Valt to him with a sad look on his face.

"Is there any other method?" "What do you mean Shu" "I mean, when Valt was suffering from hanahaki disease he have the roots cut off. Now he was emotionaless and he won't f-f-f-for.. give me" Shu hug Valt and buried his face on head like Valt was his napkin.

"Ok Shu calm down I'll try to make him his happy self again but you need to wait" "Ok" then Naoki took Valt for check up and studying the process of the experiment while Shu was at the other room wasting Naoki's tissue for crying.

For 5 hours of Shu crying and Naoki experiment~
"Shu...." Naoki walk with a sad look on his face. Shu stood up knowing the answer. Naoki shake his head no. Which means there is nothing he can do now. Shu nod and grab Valt on the waist again and leave Naoki's house. But for 5 second, Shu came back inside still feeling sad. He walk towards Naoki and this happen.....

He raise his fist and punch Naoki on the stomach. Naoki bend down holding his stomach and he really wants to call the police. Shu bow and leave the housw leaving Naoki in pain.

Ok, first of all, Shu why did you punch Naoki!?!? And second, Did you always punch people when they touch your so called Valty!?!?!?
Back at the story~

Shu who was still sad for the lost of his best friend feelings and feels regret of his stupidity of accepting Theodore. He was at his apartment with Valt sitting on the couch. There's a silence moment between them for 3 minutes. Then Valt spoke "Wanna have donuts?" "Why?" "I'm just thinking of having some" "The donut shop is close today" then it when silence again. Then Shu spoke "How about a game?" "Game...?" Valt was not smiling at all like literally. "What about starting contest?" "Sounds good i guess?...." "Ok. Ready.... set...... stare!" They stare for 2 in a half minutes and Valt win. Valt wins five round without showing any emotion while Shu on the floor feeling disappointed and regret playing this game.

Then again, silence between them. Then Valt wrap his arms around Shu's arm and lay his face on Shu's shoulder. Shu didn't mind but feels comfortable with him. Valt mumbles something and Shu heard it. "What was that??" "I forgive you" Hearing that word makes Shu really happy and cry with joy. He hug/cuddle Valt for 5 minutes and let go of him. But still, he wasn't showing any emotion at him and that make Shu still sad.

So the four of them went to the hospital to visit Lui but for Shu is to have fun with him.
