It's been two hours since she went into surgery and I'm on pins and needles just waiting on word.

I'm not a praying man but that's all I've been doing. I'm scared to death and I don't want to face life without her.

I'm sitting on this long couch in the waiting area with my head in my hands when I feel someone sit beside me and wrap their arm around me. I look up and it's Violet.

"I thought my big brother could use some love." She smiled.

"Thanks! I'm over here shitting myself." I said leaning my head on her shoulder. She runs her fingers through my hair until I doze off.

An hour later I wake up when Doctor Sally walks out. She takes off her mask and smiles. "Sierra is in recovery and she is doing great! We got it all out but I will need to do a checkup on her in a week and we will do another scan to make sure." She said.

"Thank you, Doctor Sally! When can I see her?" I ask.

"Well she will be in recovery for around an hour and then you can see her." She said.

"Thank you for everything!" Gray smiled.

We all sit down and blew out a breath of air. "That's the best news guys so you better start planning a wedding." I laugh.

Violet texts everyone about Sierrah when Remi walks over and sits beside me. "I knew she was a fighter Cam. She's too stubborn for anything else." She said squeezing my hand.

That hour passed by super slow and I counted down the minutes until they came out to say that I could go back that she was asking for me.

When I walked into the room Sierrah's eyes were closed so I walked over to her quietly and looked down at her.

"Are you going to kiss me handsome or what?" She said.

"Fuck you scared me. Sierrah I have never been so happy to hear your voice. I was going crazy out there. How are you feeling?" I ask.

"I'm sore but ok. Just glad it's over. Did they get it all?" She asked.

"Doctor Sally said she got it all but you will need to come in next week to have a scan and make sure," I said.

"Oh well, I guess I have to do that. Where is my family?" She asked looking around.

"They are all out in the waiting room. Do you want me to go get them?" I ask.

"Please? I know my dad is worried sick." She said.

I leaned down and kissed her head before I walked out and motioned for them to come over. "Sierrah wants to see all of you," I said.

Gray jumped off the couch and strode over to see Sierrah first and I couldn't help but smirk.

When I walked back into the room Gray was leaning down kissing Sierrah's forehead.

I walked over to the other side of the bed and stood against the wall while the others come in and I watch them one by one kiss and hug Sierrah but Davis made me smile when he walked in with a brown teddy bear.

"Grandpa." Sierrah laughs.

"In my mind, you will always be a little girl and I couldn't pass up a bear." He smiled handing it to her.

"Thank you I love it and will sleep with it while I'm healing." She smiled.

A couple of hours later everyone left and I sit down in the chair near her bed. "So are you ok Sunshine?" I ask.

"Yeah just tired is all." She yawned.

"You take you a nap and I'm going to the cafeteria to get me something to eat and I'll be back ok?" I said.

"Sure, Cam." She said closing her eyes. I stayed and watched her a few minutes before I left out of the room in search of the cafeteria.

I step on the elevator and a couple of nurses got on as well and they were staring at me which made me uncomfortable. They were whispering and giggling and I couldn't wait to get off the elevator.

Once it dinged I hurried off the elevator away from those women in search of food. I walked into the cafeteria and got myself a sandwich, bag of chips, and a drink.

As I was checking out one of those nurses stepped in front of me. "Umm Hi! Remember me from the elevator?" She asked.

I just looked at her while she continued to talk. "Umm anyways I was wondering if I could buy you a slice of cake cutie?" She said biting her lip.

"Thanks but no thanks I have to get back to my fiancée," I said walking around her and out the door.

I get back up to Sierrah's room and just stare at her face while she was is sleeping and she has to be the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. My heart couldn't love her more.

I sit down and try to be quiet unwrapping my food. But Sierrah never wakes up. I know she's tired and in pain even if she wouldn't admit it.

After I eat I sit back down in the chair and doze off until I hear Sierrah cough. "Sunshine are you ok?"

"Hey, I'm sorry I woke you but yeah I'm ok just sore but I'm a little hungry." She said.

"Let me go ask the nurse when you can eat," I said going out the door.

It wasn't long until a nurse brought a tray of food in for Sierrah and she was starving and eat every bit of it.

"Cam, when do you think I can go home?" She asked.

"I'm not sure Sunshine but I'm hoping tomorrow so I can take proper care of you." I smile.

"Propper care huh? Like, kiss me half to death?" She smiled.

"Oh, that can be arranged if that's what you want Sunshine." I smiled and leaned down and kissed her lips.
