"Oh, what a lovely dress that is my dear. You look wonderful." My mom said as we had the fittings at my parents house upon my request because I didn't want anyone at the company finding out before the announcement...or before I had to tell them.

"Thanks mom. So this is the one for the cover shoot?" I asked and everyone in the room nodded their heads, approving of the absolutely beautiful dress I was wearing right now.

"And the red one is for the party at the company." My mom clapped her hands, excitedly.

"Right." I nodded and stared at myself in the huge mirror I was standing in front of.

"I'm so happy, darling." My mom said as she stood behind me and brushed her fingers through my hair the way she would always do when I was a child.

"Me too, mom." I replied with a big smile on my face. My parents deserved everything and more and I was more than happy for them.

I changed back into my normal clothes and went to my old room that hasn't changed even one bit since I moved out.

All the clothes that I used to wear, neatly placed in the drawers as if they were just waiting to be worn again but as I looked at them it became clear how much I've changed the past few months.

I liked how I lived her. Always have. But I realised that I fell in love with the way I was living now and without ever saying or thinking about it I knew I would never move back here.

With my parents traveling the world there was also no reason for me to live in a huge mansion by myself and my small and cosy apartment would do just fine for now.

"Oh honey, there you are." My dad suddenly said as he stood by the door.

"Yea, I was just looking through some stuff." I explained and walked towards him.

"Alright, well I have to talk to you about some stuff. Why don't we go to my office." He said and I agreed before following him.

We made our way to the office and both took a seat with no one else in the room but us.

"So the reveal or whatever you want to call it is in almost two weeks from today and since it's thursday and you have so much stuff to do before then I thought it would be better if tomorrow would be your last day as 'the intern'." My dad explained and folded his hands on his desk, awaiting my responds.

"I guess that makes sense." I replied even though it completely threw me off guard.

"Good, because I already made some calls and everything's settled. However, you might have to go to the company next week for the photo shoot but we'll keep it on the down low no worries."

I agreed and we talked a little more until it was time for me to leave. On my way home my mind was flooded with possible answers to questions that people would probably have. Except for Wes, there obviously was no one who knew and I wasn't prepared to tell anyone tomorrow.

The thought of that alone was stressing me out so much that when I finally arrived back home I laid down in bed and tried to sleep rather than think.

It took me a while to finally fall asleep but when I did my mind could finally relax a little and rest for tomorrow.

In a blink of an eye tomorrow was now today. I got ready for the day before driving to my last normal day at the company. The moment I step inside as the CEO...things just wouldn't be considered normal anymore.

The elevator ride felt like forever but when I was finally at the office I was relieved that Harry wasn't there.

"Morning." Wes grumbled as I walked in and set my stuff down.

"Morning, sleepy head." I replied and nudged him which only made him push me away.

"Considering that this is my last day you might want to perk up a little." I dropped the bomb but he didn't seem to realize what I just said.

"Wait what?" He asked and lifted his head to look at me with one eyebrow raised.

"This is my last day." I repeated myself and before I knew it he had pulled me into a hug.

"Oh man, that's so no cool." He said and let go of me just to cross his arms over his chest.

"Oh my god, does that mean you'll be my boss by monday?" He screeched but thankfully not loud enough for anyone outside these four walls to hear.

"No, dumbass. I told you there would be this party haven't you already seen the posters and info flyers around the building? They've been here for more than a week." I roled my eyes, playfully.

"Right. That's what that was about." He nodded and showed me one of the flyers that he had on his desk.

"I have the cover shoot next week and at the party they'll show it to everyone so I kinda want to tell people like Macy and- but I don't know if I can. What if they think differently about me? I mean, I will be their boss. That's weird isn't it?"

"I don't think it'll be that bad. Don't think negatively and even if they act weird you could just fire them you know." He said with such a serious tone that the both of us laughed for a good minute.

"You literally have the power to fire Harry. Since you guys hate each other and all you would have the upper hand that's so weird." Wes said and scrunched up his nose.

"Yea." I awkwardly laughed and quickly changed the subject to something else.

Between Harry & I, neither one if us had the courage the past week and a half to have 'the talk' that I originally suggested. We basically avoided each other whenever Wes was around and since I have been by Wes' side and not once with Harry on the photography floor there wasn't much that had happened. Nothing to be exact.

Whenever I was home and had the desire to sprint to Harry's apartment I told myself that this shouldn't be done between the hours of 9pm to 6am. This however, where the times I was actually home since I spend most of the evening at my parents house preparing for what's to come or I would be doing something with Wes.

I really needed to figure out what and how I would tell Harry but I also couldn't do that without talking about what was going on between us...
