"I brought snacks, masks, wine, nail polish." Macy said while she was unpacking the bag she had brought with her for our girls day.

"Perfect." I smiled, happily and turned the TV on so we could watch some chick flicks.

"Let me do your nails first." Macy said and showed me all the color options.

I settled on a pastel blue and pastel green to switch it up a little instead of just one color.

"So what's the deal with you and Wes? What happened?" Macy asked as she started painting my nails.

Should I even tell her? I mean it was ridiculous and I didn't really want another person involved in this because what if she somehow chooses Wes' side.

"I'll tell you later. Right now I just want to enjoy some girls time." I smiled, hoping she wouldn't question me any further and thankfully she didn't.

"Sure thing. Now hold still or else your nails will look like shit." She warned me, making me laugh.

When she was done with my nails and they were almost dry I started painting her nails while she told me all about her boyfriend, family and just anything and everything.

However, she got interrupted as her phone rang. I was almost finished with her second hand so she held still and picked up the phone with her other hand.

"What's up? Right now? Can't you ask mom?"

Just when I finished her last nail she let out a groan and said something along of the lines 'you owe me' before hanging up.

"What's wrong?" I asked as Macy looked at me with a frown on her face.

"My sister called. She needs me to watch her kids tonight because her husband mother's in the hospital and apparently our parents are busy, too so I have to go." She explained and got up from the couch.

"I'm sorry." She apologized as she pulled me into a hug.

"It's all good. Don't worry okay?"

"You're the best. I leave the masks and the winde here so you can still have a relaxing evening without me." She said, winking at me and I nodded before opening the door for her.

"Bye!" She called as she was already down the hallway.

"Bye!" I replied before closing the door and letting out a huge sigh.

I was really looking forward to a girls day so I was a little disappointed that she had to leave already.

I decided to text Trey, asking him what he was doing so maybe I could hang out with him instead but he just texted me saying that he was out with some guy friends.

With some guy friends. Nothing to worry about.

For some reason however I was worried about it so I got dressed into different clothes and before I knew it I was in the car on my way to the club he usually goes to.

As soon as I arrived I parked right across from the entrance and stayed in the car just looking at the people in front of the club. Most of them drunk and engaged in loud conversations.

"What am I doing?" I asked myself out loud, hoping that I would just spot Trey with his friends leaving the club or something.

I believe I was just sitting in the car for over an hour before I found the guts to leave my car and make my way towards the club.

I was let in immediately and soon enough I was pushing through sweaty, dancing bodies keeping an eye out for Trey.

I sat down at the bar and kept my eyes trained on the dance floor and the booths in the back but I started to believe that maybe he wasn't even here.

"Can I get you anything?" I heard someone ask and turned around to see the bartender smiling at me.

"A water?" I said, however it sounded much more like a question.

"You sure?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yea. I have to drive home." I answered and he nodded, filling a glass with water and handing it to me.

I grabbed my wallet but he shook his head chuckling before telling me that it was on the house. I thanked him but he just waved me off, saying that it was no big deal.

"Did you come alone to a club just to get a water?" He asked after a while as I was sipping on my water while scanning the room.

"Actually, I'm trying to find my boyfriend who's out with his friends. At least that's what he told me." I sighed and grabbed onto my drink for dear life, scared that someone would spike it especially while I was alone.

"Oh. Well, good luck finding him I guess." He said and went back to work.

After I finished my glass of water there was still no sign of Trey so I decided to walk around once more before leaving.

Since I really had to use batheroom I went there first. I cringed as I walked past couples just making out without a care in the world. I pushed the doors to the bathroom open and locked myself in a stall.

I heard moaning from the stall beside me so I quickly finished and washed my hands while trying to focuse on the loud music instead of the moaning.

As I grabbed some papertowels to dry my hands I looked in the mirror and saw how the stall door opened and two people adjusted their clothes.

I looked down to avoid any awkwardness but when heard someone saying, "text me, baby," my head snapped up and I found myself staring right at the man that I gave my all.

The man that I called my boyfriend.

Trey.

I slowly turned around but he hadn't seen me yet since he was too busy staring at the brunette girl who was buttoning up his shirt for him.

As soon as she was done he looked up and his eyes found mine.
