The warm water felt nice splashing onto my face when we got back to the hotel. Finally I was able to wipe off all this makeup and actually become my true self. It was like having a blanket covering my face and no matter how hard I try, I will probably never get use to that feeling; unlike Clarke who's been begging me ever since she got her first eyeshadow pallet to do my makeup like her.

After changing into a tee-shirt with NorthBrooks high school on the front in giant bold black letters and pulled up the sweatpants that once were my sisters until I found them in my drawer while I was packing, I grabbed my phone and headphones before jumping onto the bed.

My body was welcomed by the warmth and softness of the fluffy blanket Williams manager, I think her name was Angie, gave me this morning. I wrapped myself into a tight and squishy burrito, pulled up Netflix on my phone and continued to watch the greatest show in the world. Just because I was a reader doesn't mean I don't have my fandoms. In fact almost all the readers I know, which is a very few, have their fandoms which they're overall are obsessed with.

There was a knock at my door when I was almost done watching the fifth episode of the day. It was soon followed by another knock not even five seconds later.

I rolled off the bed, blanket wrapped around me tight. I looked through the peephole to see William standing outside my door. Rocking back and fourth on his heels like a child. Before he went to go knock again, I opened the door up to him. He's never seen me without makeup I realized and instantly felt embarrassed. I could feel my already red face turning even redder, the bags under my eyes trying to straighten themselves out by digging back into my body before he could see, and the breakdown of acne which the makeup was not good for jumping out at him with their arms wide open. Welcoming him into my life as a teenage girl with an hormonal unbalance. Enjoy.

"I uh," he cleared his throat. "Brought you these." He revealed what he was holding behind his back. a dozen beautiful white roses arranged in a bouquet.

"Thanks." I said suspiciously before taking them out of his grasp. Holding them somewhat close to me.

"Angie recommended that I should be more 'boyfriend material' so I thought what better way to be that without getting you a bouquet of roses." I was about to break out into a laughter but I restarted myself as he continued to ramble on about him trying to become the perfect 'boyfriend material', which I'm pretty sure isn't a real thing in the first place. "Then I didn't know what your favorite flower was since you literally just flew in yesterday so I stuck to the basic and from previous experience and my best friend said girls love roses. So then I brought the prettiest set of roses that was at the store. Actually Bob picked them out, I had to sit in the car and face time him. It was my decision though. I promise."

"They're beautiful." I smile.

He chuckled slightly before smiling also. I don't know if my eyes were playing tricks on me, or I've been watching too much television; but I swear I saw him wink at me.

"I guess I should head back to mt room." He said.

"Wait!" I calles after him and almost instantly he was looking back at me. Like a dog who heard the specific words treat, just without the head tilt.

"Do you want to come inside?" I asked.

"Well it depends. Should I be worried that you're going to kill me out of pure hate or hold me hostage." He joked. Or I think it was a joke, I really couldn't tell. In fact I couldn't tell why I asked him inside in the first place.

"I would suggest not giving me ideas." I say before holding the door open wider for him to be able to fit through.

He walked in slowly, looking over the corner into the bathroom. Inspecting for any possible booby trap, before waking any further into the hotel room. He took a seat at the chair and starred out the window. Up at the sky.

"You know what I loved about NorthBrooks?" He asked, still staring up at the sky.

"The fact that practically ever girl was swooning over you?" I said, approaching him slowly.

He looked over at me with a sly smirk. "Not every girl."

I sent him a fake smile in return.

"No but the fact that you could see the star's in the dark sky." He then said. Looking back up. "And the fact that it was always a peaceful night. No traffic, no crowds of people, no city life."

I walked over to the window and looked up. The lights from the surrounding buildings were the ones lighting up the sky. Even the moons light seemed weak compared to the city.

"I could go out at night and just stare up at the sky above. Sitting in complete silence as if the world around me just froze just for me."

"I never really cared for the stars. let alone astronomy for that matter." I add. Just so this doesn't become a one-sided conversation.

"I like to think if I wasnt thrown into the entertainment world, I'd become an astronomer. Looking for new planets and galaxies across the universe everyday. Searching for any signs of life that could exist on other planets similar to ours."

"I've never seen you as a science type." I let blurt out.

"And what exactly do the science type look like exactly?" He raised an eyebrow in my direction.

"Oh not this again." I groan causing him to break out into a slight laugh.

"Maybe you should stop bringing up types into this." He then proceeds to say, "very stereotypical if you ask me."

He then looked up back at the sky, admiring the stars that never showed because of the city light. That's when I thought of the best idea.

"You know how we have to do couple things leading up to my name being released to the entire world right?" I ask. I wanted to gag just saying the word couple, but I didn't. Forced it back down.

He looked at me, puzzled.

"Well how about tomorrow we had to the science museum. I heard they have an amazing astronomy sections and they just opened up a brand new room for people to view the stars from the fishbowl view."

A smiled spread across his face. "Sounds like a date."

"Fake date." I corrected him. His smile kind of dropped and it was almost like he was forcing himself to look happy. "We're not actually dating."

"I know that."

"Alright then its a fake date." I smile.

"I guess I'll pick you up tomorrow then." He then adds.

"You got yourself a deal."

William looked behind him, back at me, right before my hotel door shut. Leaving my alone with nothing but the memory of that perfect smile

The entire morning leading up to heading to the science museum was literally just me procrastinating until the last second before actually getting ready. William explained to his father the plan and he went a whole extra step and rented out the entire museum just so us. And to bring some limelight that his son is going on a very special date. He also thought that going to a science museum made William look good. William explained that I should try to look my best since paparazzi are most likely going to be swarming the place while we're there. Lucky for us this time, the museum doesn't have windows.

When there was a knock at my door I was sent out into a wave if panic, but I had no choice. I quickly rushed and finished curling my hair, applied a extra coat of concealer under my eyes and on my acne breakout.

When I opened the door, William stood there looking me over once. He stuck with a plain maroon tee-shirt even though it was freezing outside, and some black jeans which seem be has an endless supplies of. His once curly brown hair was having an off day and stuck up in the air which he must of spent five minutes just raking his fingers through before coming here.

"Well this is a surprise." He said while looking down at my outfit which happens to almost be the equivalent to his just girl version.

I stuck with an oversized maroon sweatshirt pair with a cream colored scarf wrapped around my neck, black leggings which my brown boots covered all the way to my calf, and I heard the cream colored beanie finely in my hand since I had no time to put it on.

"You look beautiful." He then says, making my cheeks turn red but he couldn't tell since I went with blush for this makeup look.

There's one thing that most people don't know about me. Sometimes I think it's a curse. but other times I don't since no one really compliments me anymore unless it's Clarke just joking around; but I am really and at receiving compliments. So instead of doing what the average person would do, I just blurted out the first thing that came to my head.

"You do too."

He chuckled. "Yeah I get that a lot," he then said before doing a fake hair over the shoulder flip most girls do in the movies.

"I meant you look really good." I quickly corrected myself.

"I think I like the word beautiful. In face I should start referring to myself like that more often."

We walked to the elevator, got inside and went down to the lobby. He held out his hand for me to grab, my heart jumped when our skin touched. I'll never get use to that.

We walked out into the main room and Bob lead us to the back door where a car was waiting for us in a alleyway. A little suspicious but Bob looked like he's on steroids so I didn't try to complain. I just listened.

We slid into the backseat and when they paparazzi caught on that we weren't coming through the main entrance, they left. Moving in separate directions. When we drove past them, I recognized the one guy from the cafe yesterday. At least this time we weren't running.

It looked like William was in complete and total shock when we reached the astronomy section of the museum. It was like a fire lit inside him as he watched the stars spread across the walls. He kept pointing at some of the them.

"Those are the zodiac signs."

"There's Adromeda."

And his most exciting find was the Perseus constellation. "One day I want to travel up to the North Pole just so I could get a chance to see it in it's you're beauty."

I found that I was staring at William as his eyes darted across the giant dome we found ourselves in with a view of almost each constellation in the world. As I looked around the dark room I felt Williams finger tips brush against mine. My heart was sent into overdrive as we were alone and there were absolutely no need for him to grab my hand. But I found our fingers interlacing with each other as we both examined the night sky. a smile on both of our faces.
