My cover was ripped off of me suddenly. I shot my eyes open and rolled right off my bed, right onto my shoulder.

"Freak!" I spat out. Holding my shoulder tightly as the pain shit through my nerves faster than a bullet.

"Dude." I heard Antonio laughing above me.

I looked up at him while holding my throbbing shoulder. He thought this was hysterical and I could start to feel my blood begin to boil. He wouldn't be laughing if I had the courage to tackle him.

"Come on dude." He pulled himself together. "You got five minutes until the bus leaves."

"Five minutes!" I yelled.

"Yeah I told Angie I was going to wake you up but then I spotted that the hotel had cinnamon rolls and I couldn't resist." He smiled. "See you on the bus."

"Jerk." I mumbled to myself, still on the floor until he walked out of my room.

I pulled myself up and brushed off my jeans, which I must of fell asleep in. I grabbed a white tee-shirt from my luggage before my door opened once more.

"Hey Will there's- what the hell happened!"

I looked to see Angie staring at my shoulder. I followed her stare and looked down at my shoulder. The bruising along with the swelling already started.

"Antonio." I grumble.

"I'm going to murder that kid." Angie said angrily. She bolted out of my room. "Antonio!"

I pulled the tee-shirt over myself carefully which only ended up with my arm shoot various levels of pain.

I grabbed my phone and shoved it into my pocket before making my way out into the parking lot where my cast mates were already loading themselves onto the bus.

Besides Antonio, I also had the privilege to work with both Robin Holland and Jessica Cline. Both amazing actresses who could top any pieces of my work. They've been in hit films, amazing television shows. Pretty much anything that's made a giant name for themselves.

Angie pulled me to the side, "will you be okay for the interview?"

"I'll be fine." I said while sucking up the pain.

"Are you sure?" Angie asked in an almost mother like tone.

"Yeah." I smiled briefly before getting onto the bus, joining my fellow cast mates.

"Hey look he actually showed up," Antonio was sitting on the couch, chewing on his fingernail obnoxiously.

"Shut up Antonio!" Robin called.

I smiled at the brown haired actress before taking a seat. As far away from Antonio as possible.

"I was just joking," Antonio said in defense. "I'm pretty sure he can take a joke."

"Antonio you are literally on your last straw with Angie right now before she gets you fired." Jessica stated.

"She can't fire me. My father will make sure of it. In fact I can even get her replaced, just a snap of my fingers and she'll be looking for a new job." Antonio smirked. Antonio's father was a powerful man in the entertainment businesses. That's why Antonio's even on the show. His father promoted the show worldwide, gaining us fame quickly. Then he proceeded to get us signed onto a very popular television channel with a good airing day and time. Without him, this show wouldn't even be a thing.

Robin and Jessica both sent shared glares towards Antonio. Either in frustration that he thinks he's as powerful as his daddy or just because the fame got through that thick skull of his.

The lady, who I'm pretty sure is called Aurora, was coating my face with makeup. I'm used to wearing makeup at this point in my life, it's required when your on camera but right now it felt like I was turning into a completely different person. It's weird when I get makeup done and I'm not acting, well technical no acting, in front of camera.

I was just glad they couldn't see how nervous I was.

"You ready?" Angie popped her head into my dressing room.

"Can I talk to you for a second?" I asked with a worried look in my eyes.

Angie dismissed the makeup artist out of the room. "What is it?"

"Lets say hypothetically, I met a girl who wasn't famous nor let's say, had a name for herself. How dangerous would it be if you know? I tried to have a normal relationship."

Angie took a seat in front of me with a sigh. "William." Now I regret asking. "You know that in the first place your father would never allow this. Second it's dangerous to bring in a completely unprepared person into the spotlight. Constantly being watched, tormented, and put under pressure."

"Right. Sorry I asked." I tried my hardest not to seem disappointed.

"So who is this girl?"

"No one."

"Okay." Angie smiled. "For the sake of your fame. Keep it that way."

Angie walked out of the dressing room leaving me alone with only myself and my thoughts. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and stared at the texts messages from last night. Contemplating whether I should save myself the pain and just end it now. Cutting off any contact she could have with me, before she finds out who I truly am. I couldn't pull myself to do it.

"And our next guest has become quite popular with the ladies over the year." John, one of the show host said to the crowd.

"I agree. In fact can you believe this kid is only eighteen years old?" Mary, the second host said with a chuckle.

Kid. I'm not a kid. I can legally make my own decisions.

"I'm proud to bring out the one and only, William Everest!" John looked towards me with a smile.

When I made my way out onto the fake wooden stage the crowd has busted with cheers. Whistling as I took a seat and avoided being blind by the spotlight.

"How's everyone doing!" I asked to the crowd. Another burst of excitement and I'm pretty sure a girl fainted in the second row.

"William so glad to have you on the show." John looked at me.

"I'm glad to be here too." I smiled, finishing off with a wave towards the crowd.

"So I know we're all dying to ask. Hoe does it feel being the most popular show worldwide."

I smiled to myself and even let out a small chuckle. "Well Mary, its unbelievable how many people enjoy watching the show. I have people constantly messaging me asking for more all the time. I can't believe hoe much love this fandom has created over the year and I'm proud to announce the return of The Opposite on February twenty-ninth."

The crowd erupted again.

"The leap year. Wow what an amazing time to release the new season." John laughed.

"So William," John looked at me with his blue eyes. I could tell from here that they were contacts making them brighter. "I think we all are wondering what can we prepare for season two? Since you guys left us all on a cliffhanger."

"Let's just say, You won't expect this to happen to the main character." I smiled.

"That just made me ten times more excited." Mary smiled.

"So I've heard that you and Zoe Hall are talking about getting together is that right?"

My cheeks burned up that I thought everyone could see that I was blushing.

Zoe Hall happens to be the talk of the world along with me because we we're once seen together at a movie release party, mingling. Now don't get me wrong, she is probably one of prettiest Asian actress and model I've ever seen and id probably love to be in a real relationship with her if it wasn't for the fact that she enjoys being the center of attention all the time. And for the fact that my Dad thought it would be a great idea that we had a fake celebrity romance. Bringing in both followers from either side. That's when he got the photo of us released to the pubic and made me take her to the Grammy's last year. He was going to make the rumors of our so called "romance" too but my fans already pulled that one off by themselves.

"You know John, you'll just have to wait and see."

"Oh the suspense." Mary chuckled. "I love it."

"Well I think it's time for our game." John said, getting off his seat. I followed him to the side of the stage where there were two stands OTB buttons on them. I took my position at one of them I noticed the makeshift drain underneath me.

Angie told me specifically that I have to get at least one question wrong. For the sake of humbleness and for the fans sake.

"Can we have Victoria Geldon come down please?" John announced to the crowd.

From the shrieks coming from a few rows back, I suspected that she was excited.

She came running down the stairs quicker than I know I could do.

She shook my hand violently making my shoulder scream at me, but I held back the pain in my face and continued to smile. I could feel Angie worrying for my from backstage already.

"It's time to play Who Knows The Show Better?" John called the crowd, sending both them and Victoria into a loud cheer.

"Y'all know the rules." Mary looked at me. "Answer the question right and you get a point. Get it wrong and well you get soaked. Got it?"

I nodded my head and Victoria followed.

"Alright let's start with an easy one." John looked down at the little white flashcard. "In episode one how did Chad find out he was special?"

I buzzed in quickly.

"Will?"

"He found out when his house was burned and he was left unscathed."

"Correct. One point to Will."

The crowd cheered.

"Question two. What is Chad's worst nightmare?"

Victoria buzzed in first. "He's afraid of dying without a cause."

"Correct. One point Victoria."

"This is the tiebreaker. What was Chad's last words to Noah right before she died?"

I buzzed in. Already knowing that I have to get this wrong.

"Will?"

I hesitated a bit before answering. Making it look like I couldn't remember what I said even though I do. "I'll never forget you?"

"So close yet so far." John shook his head. "The correct answer was I will never let your death do unavenged."

It was only a matter of seconds before cold water covered me from head to toe. Shivering I couldn't hell but smile.

"That will be it for today. Thanks for watching! Bye!" Mary and John said in sync.

The next seconds became a blur. I felt the contestant -Victoria- jump up onto me and planting her lips onto mine. Kissing violently.

I also remember her being ripped off me by security and some guard dragging me off stage as I wiped my lips from any trace at what just happened.

I found Angie and instantly her telling me I'm going to need a body guard.

"What?" I stuttered.

"I'm getting you a body guard so an event like this morning doesn't happen again." She crossed her arms. "I also talked to your father about your shoulder."

"You did what?" I almost shouted but stopped myself.

"He said I need to take you in right after this interview." Angie explained. "Now go change out of your wet clothes quickly."

I didn't groan or try to come to a fair reasoning. My Dad wouldn't let me leave my hotel every again if I didn't get my shoulder checked, despite how much pain I'm able to handle.

I changed out of my clothes as quickly as I could, got in the backseat of a taxi with Angie, and headed to the hospital.

"Well I'm sorry to say that you torn some ligaments in your shoulder." The doctor explained to me. "You'll be in a sling for at least three to four weeks but if the symptoms don't start going down after a week of taking the medication. You'll have to go I'm for surgery I'm afraid."

"Thank you doctor." Angie smiled sincerely.

"Ill go fill out the medication papers. Be right back."

Once I the door shut I sighed heavily. "Well this is lovely isn't it?"

"Lets just hope you don't have to go into surgery before the trailer release party." She didn't smile whatsoever.

"Hey Angie?"

She looked down at me. "Yes?"

"I'll never let you get fired okay?" I said with a smile.

"Thanks Will. That's means a lot." She smiled.
