I kept running, turning back to check if it was still there. I could feel its breathing become louder and much closer to me. My legs were numb but I refused to give up. I can't give up...I just can't.

"Aaahh" I fell to the ground with a sharp pain in my back I could feel the thick liquid seeping through my top. It was over. I can't save him... but at least one of us will be alive.

"Think you could get away with it...think again love"

"AAAAAH". I didn't realise I was shaking in my sleeping. Jade, my best friend was by my side shaking me and telling me to wake up.

"Are you okay Selena, take deep breaths, don't worry I got you" she was rubbing my back and hugging me. I felt bad because I always have nightmares. I don't know why I have them but they always seem to shake me to the core. I laid back down and jade hugged me. Knowing that she is here I feel asleep into a familiar numbing sleep.

Hey, I'm Selena I'm 17 soon going on to 18. My life is pretty much what you call boring. I don't really like people; I mean there's nothing wrong with them. I just feel constant eyes on me that paranoid kinda feeling, it's weird.
I always get weird nightmares, but when I go back to sleep after them I become completely numb, like its soo hard to wake me back up. It's some weird thing which has been happening for a few years.

I live with my 5 older brothers; our parents were murdered when I was just 6 months. So since then they raised me. They can be such a pain I swear, the constant girls coming home, getting in trouble for god knows what. They are in a dangerous gang it is the biggest in our town so everyone knew not to mess with them.

My eldest brother is John he is 25 he takes care of the gang business and he deals alongside with our parents "business".

Next is 23 year old Blake he is just waaaay over his head, obsessed with his looks and always has a new girl.

Ben is 21 he is just constantly on the go, we both probably argue the most and he annoys me, but he is still awesome, but he will never know i said that.

The twins, Jake and Josh are 19 they are just troublemakers, their picture should be in the dictionary near the word troublemakers, i swear and their smirks don't get me started...all my brothers seem to have this smirk which annoys me, like excuse me why do you feel the need to smirk.

They all inherited the good looks while me i look like an old torn book. No joke. All the boys had light brown hair with beautiful grey eyes. Whereas I had dull brown hair and eyes.

I have 4 best friends whom I love to galaxy and back. Jade is beautiful with amazkng brown hair, she looks so innocent but when she gets angry, you do NOT wanna see that.

Chloe is a beautiful blonde who wears her heart on her sleeve, always seems to have a new crush or love interest.

 Jacob is...I have no words. He is just simply amazing, handsome, kind and did I mention how amazing his body is.

Lastly not forgetting my goofball Ashton, he is always getting in trouble and is quite a ladies' man, just like Jacob.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people who surround me.

I woke up in the morning to an empty bed Jade was probably gone down to have breakfast with my brothers. I checked the alarm and it was 1:45pm WHAT THE FUDGE. See this happens every time I get these nightmares, i somehow end up being so numb that i wake up so late.

I washed my face and headed down.

"HEYY look whose finally awake" Jake just found my current state amusing

"Wow you want a medal for realising that Jake" I was not in the mood for his stupidity

"Gee calm down...anyways Jade went home because she needed to get some stuff and said she will see you tomorrow at school"

"Ok"

"Selena, so I heard screaming from your room last night, I hope you weren't doing anything dodgy...I mean Jade is a great girl and all but just don't" My face literally went red from Blake's comment

"Well...how would you know, I heard loud horrific noises coming from your room which scarred me and Jade for life...so how would you know if I was screaming" Him and his stupid ways i swear. I threw the closest thing next to me which happend to be a t.v remote

"WTF....Selena...your so dead better start running"

I knew there was no way I was winning this I ran until I felt him throw me over his shoulder and he ran towards the garden...uh oh.

"OOHHH MY GOSH BLAAAKKEE" that douche of a brother threw me in the pool

"why did you throw me in for"

"Karma" and with that he left

I swear one if these days i will get him back so bad ugggghhh living with boys is sooo frustrating I will go made one day i swear to god.
