As per promise of Eleanor King, they returned next morning. Isabella tried to hide her pain with a smile. But Eleanor could see through her. The naive girl was hurt. Eleanor was too much angry on Zander King. She didn't talk to Isabella regarding this matter but she was determined that she would talk to Zander when he would be back.

   It's been a month since Zander left. Isabella was living in the mansion now. She kept herself busy in kitchen tasks with her mother-in-laws. She spent  her free time in the library. Marriage really didn't change her routine. She talked to her family daily. Adriano Salvatore was now being treated in the New York hospital.

For the last few days, Isabella was feeling sick. She couldn't eat properly. She was getting emotional day-by-day. Nauseas was hitting her hard. But she thought it as a food poisoning. Because whatever she ate she threw it.

     She didn't tell anyone from the family. She didn't want to disturb them. Intentionally or unintentionally, she was waiting for Zander to come back. It's been more than a month now. He promised that he would be back by now. She cried so hard when Zander called and talked with the whole family but didn't even ask about her.

   Eleanor King didn't talk to him and made an excuse. Isabella felt bad for that too. She thought that she was responsible for Eleanor's anger. She didn't want to harm Zander's relationship with his family. She knew that no one could fill the place of a mother. She decided that she would talk to Eleanor about it.

     "May I come in." Isabella asked, knocking the opened door. Eleanor was sitting in her bed, checking out some dresses.

   "Come in, my dear daughter." Eleanor gave her motherly smile like always. "You called me."  Isabella asked. "Yes ,actually we are going on a party."  Eleanor told her. "So get ready we will go to spa first."  Eleanor King said. "But I don't want to go." Isabella replied. "No, Isabella look at yourself. You are looking horrible. You are not taking care of yourself." Eleanor said. "And I have a dress for you too. It's a tea party in the evening with my friends."  Eleanor left no room for her to argue. She thought it best to leave.

     She went to her room. She washed her face and changed into a simple jeans and shirt. Eleanor was right. She was looking horrible with black circles under her eyes.  She noticed that she had lost her glow and weight. She never cared about the beauty much. But this never happened. She was naturally beautiful. She was crying in this now.

    "It's all because of  Zander? It's all because of you Zander..I hate you."  She said to her reflection. But you don't hate him. Her inner voice mocked her.

   She cleaned her face and left. Eleanor took her to spa. After so long she went outside. She liked Florida. They went for lunch after spa. She enjoyed her mother-in-law's company. She felt mother's love. She laughed and talked to Eleanor like a friend.

   Eleanor King was happy that at least she was able to bring this innocent girl to smile.
She explained to Isabella about the ladies coming to tea party. When they went back Isabella was tired.

   "You must take rest Isabella. I will wake you up after two hours." Eleanor said. Isabella nodded her head. She dozed off when her back hit the bed.
