- Xavier's POV

I didn't really want to let her go to her old house but I also had something very important to do. I gave in only because I wanted to get Heather's family from the airport myself. I have went through hundreds, no thousands of meetings and have never felt as clammy as I do right now. I am currently standing at the airport's terminal where I know they are coming out of. I keep playing with my sleeve and straightening my shirt. I begin seeing people come out and take a shaky breath before straightening my back and shoulders.

I look and see her parents come out hand in hand. Her father having her piercing eyes and his hair pitch black. His towering height slightly more than my own and his frame strong radiating with power. Her mother however doesn't have any of her features making me have a few questions. She has long dark hair and dark brown eyes. She smiles friendly and motherly. She exudes serenity. The duo complete opposite but I can see why it works for them. They balance each other much like my own parents. Lost in my train of thoughts I don't notice them walk up to me.

"Hello Xavier, it's nice to meet you." Her mother, Reece says surprising me with a hug. I give her a hug back and then look up to her father. His eyes piercing into me making me hesitant. I cough and hold out my hand.

"Nice to meet you si- Derek." Remembering what he told me on the phone. He smirks and then takes my hand giving it a firm handshake.

"You look a lot like your old man. How is Charles?"

"Good, he actually will be joining us tonight."

"Who?" My head looks behind them to see a man walking behind them that looks a lot like my sweetheart.

"Chris, meet Xavier. He is-" Reece introduces before being cut off.

"Xavier Sanford, CEO of Sanford Inc., father to son Luca Sanford. Currently 25 and dating my sister."

I reach my hand out to shake his. He grabs it and once again surprises me by bringing me in for a bro hug. I pat his back before he releases me. This family surprises me, I didn't think they would be so okay with me.

"So Xavier, when do we get to see our daughter?" Derek speaks up making me nod and clear my throat.

"Cami should be bringing her over now with my son Luca." I outstretch my arm guiding them out. I then notice a few men following them, guessing security. We get to the car. They all slide in while I hop in the driver's seat. Once arriving at my home, I see their security get out of vehicle that was following us. They open my trunk getting bags for Derek and Reece. Reece turns and gives them a thank you before I guide them into my home.

"Sir, your parents are in the lounge." Tessa says stepping out of the kitchen for a minute. I nod my head and give her a small thank you before she turns around going back in the kitchen. I walk the Drakes to the lounge where I see my parents talking. They see us and they both smile widely.

"Ah Derek!" My father says throwing his arms open. I see Derek smile for the first time and walk over to my father giving him a hug. Reece follows walking over to my mother giving her a hug as well.

"Charles, it's wonderful to see you again." Derek says stepping back looking at my dad. I stand back watching their interaction. I then feel someone beside me realizing Chris is there.

"Look man, I know what all you did when I couldn't. I'm grateful... but if you hurt her, I won't hesitate to bury you." He says barely above a whisper just loud enough for me to hear.

"I won't." I say confidently. He nods his head before patting my back and walking over to my father.

I look and just now realized how they already know each other. I am amazed I didn't run into Heather sooner. I am grateful for the support she had growing up, I can see where her strong-will and nurturing nature came from. Leo walks up to them handing them drinks. I thank him as he leaves the room.

Ding Dong

I smile as everyone looks at me. I nod and walk towards the door. I pull it open to see Cami standing beside a blindfolded Heather. Nicholas carrying Luca behind them.

"Cami, where are we?" She ask turning her head not knowing I am standing there. I grin and reach out my hand to gently grab hers. She jumps slightly before I rub my thumb over her knuckles. She relaxes and smiles knowingly. "Xavier." She whispers out.

I tug her towards me wrapping my arms around her waist while kissing her forehead. "Welcome home love."

I hear her softly hum and smile. Cami gives me a huge grin while Nicholas just shakes his head. Luca seems to be falling asleep on Nicholas shoulder. I open the door wider allowing them in while I continue to hold my sweetheart. Cami and Nicholas walk pass us heading to the lounge where everyone is.

"She couldn't just have said she was ready to come here. I mean what was the point in the blindfold." She says tilting her head up at me. I chuckle and kiss her softly.

"Sweetheart, you still have my surprise." I whisper to her. She smiles widely showing me her pearly whites.

"Alright Mr. Sexy, lead the way." I stand stock still.  She remembers. I hear her giggle making me slightly relax. "Yes, I remember the nickname I rewarded you."

"Your testing me sweetheart." I say groaning remembering that night. Her in my shirt with red lace panties. I drop my head forward taking a deep exhale trying to calm down my own appendage before showing her to her family.

"I think that time of testing you is over... don't you?" I grip her sides tightly while she giggles. I chuckle as well.

"Come on before the surprise is ruined." I say tugging on her hands leading her to the lounge. She walks hesitant like she is worried about falling. I continue holding her hands guiding her.

"Xavier can I take this off?" She ask just as we make it to the entrance to the lounge. I see her family smiling widely. I go behind her to begin untying the blindfold.

"Surprise Angel." I whisper as I remove the blindfold. She blinks a few times before I see her eyes go wide.
