"We have been searching for her for a year and a few months, and when we heard she was at Japan we flew straight here to look for her, after a couple research's and and looking through some files we found her here, you see, before she was kidnapped and brought into Japan, she was in our custody, but then you decided to take her into your care and signed the papers, but that doesn't give you legal custody over her, it's just temporary for you, so where here to get her back" I couldn't think straight, my thoughts where all over the place

"W-wait, is there any way I can take her into my care permanently, she's like a daughter to me, you can't just take her away after all this" I said

"Sorry but we have legal rights to take her away, we'll be coming here after three months of physical therapy"

"Like hell your taking her away! I hope you have some good ass lawyer's because I'm not backing down without a fight!"

"Aizawa, I recommend to not bring lawyers into this, things will be easier if you just hand her to us"

"I won't let her go, not on a million years, so be ready for court because I'm fighting for her custody" I slammed the door shut and walked back to her room, I opened it to find Eri doing her hair

"Hey dad, what happened you look mad"

"Nothing Eri, how are feeling [y/n]" she gave me a little thumbs up "you wanna spend the night here Eri, I can buy snacks and we can watch movies"

"Yeah! Let's watch My Neighbor Totoro!" I can see [y/n] shaking her head

"Okay I'll buy snacks, Eri stay in the room with [y/n]" I went go to the store and looked around

"This man is not going down without a fight"

"We have to get custody of her or we'll never finish the experiment her parents started, do you realize how much money we spent on this, we can't lose"

"Well it won't be that hard to win the court, considering we work for the government, if we just involve the government then where surely to win"

"Tsk! Well we better win or years of work and money will go down the drain"

~~~~Normal POV~~~~

When your dad got back he put on the movie on his computer, and all of you relaxed and watched, well most of you relaxed, unbeknownst to you and Eri Aizawa was having a full blown panic attack because he's trying to find a way to fight for custody "Hey guys I'll be back I have to call someone" he left and dialed Nezu's number

"Hello?"

"Hey Nezu, I have bad news, it's serious"

"Oh what is it?"

"Some men in black suits came here to take [y/n] away"

"Well why is that?"

"They said before she got kidnapped and brought here, the government had full custody over her and now want to take her back, but she's my daughter, I'm not just going to hand her over"

"Well if your planing on trying to fight for custody then this will be a difficult case to fight, but we'll try our best to get her back, there's just one problem"

"What is it"

"They have a big advantage over us since they have full custody and legal rights, there's a slim chance we might not get her back"

"I know, that's what scaring me, I don't want to lose her again, I just got her back"

"Well we can't lose hope, we'll get U.A's best lawyers and fight for her, let's just stay positive"

"Thank you Nezu, well sort everything out tomorrow during lunch, I'll see you then"

~~~~Aizawa's POV~~~~

"Bye" I hung up and let out a stressful sigh, I might tell the students what's going on since I will have to leave for court, there gonna be wondering what's going on and soon find out, so might as well tell them now then later, once I walk in I see them sleeping together, and I smiled, I turned off the computer tucked them in, gave them a kiss on there forehead, then went straight to working on the papers for the court 'Don't worry [y/n], I won't lose you again'

~~~~Next Day~~~~

I walk in with a stack of papers and dropped them on my desk "Hey sensei what's all that" Mina asked

"Guys I have some bad news" they all exchanged concern looks "so when all of you guys left the doctor had mentioned some serious issues, it wasn't anything about [y/n] health but it was about [y/n] custody over the government"

"What!?" they where all asking questions and talking over each other

"Guys be quiet! I know you guys have questions but right now is not the time, right now is the time for you guys to shut the hell up and do your work because I have too much on my hands and don't need little baby birds squawking at me for answers" they all became silent "okay, you guys are gonna be practicing rescuing, if your in the middle of a disaster then you guys need to be calm and collective, you don't want to scare the people that are in a dangerous situation" they all went out and changed into there hero costumes 'Jesus Christ I think I'm gonna pop a blood vessel'
