⠀⠀Slight pout on his face, Jungkook stood up from the bench he was seated at and slugged on his backpack before walking around campus to kill time. Getting lost in the crowd of the student body, Jungkook bumped into a tall figure and lost his balance, stumbling forward. With one hand on Jungkook's wrist and the other on his hip, he was caught from hitting the grown.

⠀⠀Eyes big and wide from the sudden scare, Jungkook gulped and looked up at the man that was holding onto him. "Are you okay?" he asked, voice deep and his words rolling off his tongue in a smooth manner.

⠀⠀"Y-Yeah. Sorry, I should've watched were I was going," Jungkook apologized as he was pulled up to his feet.

⠀⠀"No, don't be sorry- it was my fault," he insisted and crouched down to pick up Jungkook's notebook. He handed it to him and said, "Here- you dropped this."

⠀⠀"Th-Thanks," Jungkook muttered, still a little shaken from almost falling right on his face.

⠀⠀Jungkook held his notebook close to his chest and looked up at the man that towered over him in height. He looked somewhat familiar, but Jungkook couldn't quite put his finger on it. He was lanky with a handsome face—plump lips, doe-eyes similar to Jungkook's, charming smile—and his tan complexion enhanced his features.

⠀⠀With his hand on the back of his neck, the guy looked at Jungkook from head-to-toe before pointing at Jungkook. "Hey, I know you! You're in my photography class!" he said with realization and held his hand out.

⠀⠀"I'm Lucas," he introduced himself to Jungkook while shaking his hand, Jungkook's hand being swallowed up by the size difference.

⠀⠀"Oh, that's where I recognize you from!" Jungkook squeaked with a smile. "I'm Jungkook."

⠀⠀Lucas placed his hands in his pockets and gnawed on his bottom lip while Jungkook continued holding his notebook to his chest. "Mind doing me a favor?" Lucas inquired.

⠀⠀"Um, sure?" Jungkook said with uncertainty.

⠀⠀"I'm still new around campus and can't find the café. Can you show me where it is?" Lucas asked, a coy smile creeping at his lips.

⠀⠀"Of course. I'll walk you there." Jungkook remarked and turned on his heel to show Lucas the way to the café.

⠀⠀"Thanks."

⠀⠀Conversation involving their photography class flowed between the two as they walked down the block to the café on campus. Strangely, Jungkook would catch Lucas staring at him from time to time during their walk, and it made him a bit uncomfortable.

⠀⠀"Here it is!" Jungkook bubbled as they arrived at the café and stood in front of the entrance. "Just whatever you do, don't order the hot chocolate. I heard it gives people the shits," Jungkook advised him with a giggle.

⠀⠀Lucas chuckled at Jungkook's cute demeanor and grinned. "Noted," he said, voice a bit raspy. Placing his hand on Jungkook's back, Lucas offered, "Since you walked all the way here with me, might as well let me buy you a coffee or something to thank you, yeah? It's the least I could do."

⠀⠀"Oh- w-well," Jungkook choked out and looked down at his feet. He pulled out his phone and checked the time and his notifications. He still had an hour until class and had no new messages from Taehyung. "Sure, why not?" Jungkook accepted.

⠀⠀"Cool." Lucas, hand still on Jungkook's back, led him to the entrance and opened the door for him. "After you."

⠀⠀Jungkook nodded with a smile and walked into the café with a queasy feeling in his tummy, a feeling that wouldn't let up for the next hour.
