I thought about not answering the blonde boy, but then decided I couldn't avoid him forever. Unfortunately. So that's why I'll answer him after Lily and I's little girl day. Or, rest of the day at least.

I kind of felt bad because of the fact that my teacher relied on me to tutor Lucas, but I couldn't right now. Lily needed me. At least Lucas understood what happened at lunch and didn't ask any questions. It was a little weird considering he seemed like the nosy type of guy.

I really need to stop stereotyping people.

I rolled my eyes at myself before Lily walked out of the school. My eyes lit up and I pulled her into a hug. Not in the "oh my gosh, I love you so much" way, but more as a "I'm glad you exist now come on and let's spend more than eight hours together binging Stranger Things once again and listening to 5 Seconds of Summer on repeat" way. Does that even exist? If it doesn't, it does now.

She gave me a big smile, which was as genuine as you could get. I could tell she was just as excited as I was. We hadn't done this since we were at least thirteen. Well, we hung out and everything but it was never a sleep over. We went to the movies every once and a while and also to the mall sometimes.

I snapped out of my thoughts when we arrived to my house. Oh, I didn't talk to her the entire way here. My bad.

"Oops, I didn't mean to like, not talk to you. Nostalgia hit me harder than that one time you hit that boy in the balls because he was harassing me," I explained and heard her chuckle.

Yes! Brownie points to me! I made her laugh! Kind of!

"Yeah, he never messed with you again," Lily smirked and walked into my house.

I followed after her. "So, you still tutoring Lucas?" she asked teasingly, nudging me with a look that screamed "you guys boutta smash?"

"Uh, yes. But we aren't in love or anything. I'm staying single with sixty-nine cats as I rock in a rocking chair, reading a book. Bob, Rob, Fred, Ted, and sixty-five other names that I still have yet to come up with," I nodded with a genuine tone lacing my voice.

"Well, that's quite depressing," she chuckled, not questioning the fact that I had said I wanted sixty-nine cats.

It wasn't because of the.. gross and vulgar position, more as I didn't want seventy cats but at the same time, I didn't want sixty-eight cats. Don't question me.

"Now, time to rewatch all of Stranger Things and Stranger Things 2," I smirked, grabbing a popcorn bucket, one of those microwavable popcorn things, bags of chips, and a lot of sodas.

I impatiently waited for the popcorn to pop and hissed once I had hurriedly grabbed the bag out. My hand throbbed from the heat and I mentally glared at the inanimate object. I was just excited and really wanted to spend time with Lily. Again, all platonic feelings towards her.

I ran to the movie room (yes, we have a movie room) with the snacks held tightly against my chest. The Stranger Things intro was already playing and I rolled my eyes. She loved Stranger Things to the point where she played it without me. That's some dedication right there.

I turned the lights off and set the snacks down on a table. I grinned in triumph, satisfied of the work I had done. The blinds were almost always shut because, well, it was a movie room.

One of the scenes made me jump in fear which made me sigh in disappointment. I always knew they were coming but I couldn't help but be terrified! It's not my fault my brain is weird. It's my mom's fault. Or my father's fault, who I knew nothing about. Maybe he was weird and my mom is weird too so that means I could've gotten the double weirdness!

Oh goodness, the things I think about.

Ha, that's what she said. No, that's what she thought. Haha, thot. Okay, anyways, that was very inappropriate of me. Excuse my poor behavior.

I seriously need mental support.

Suddenly, the sound of Stranger Things stopped playing and was replaced with the squeal of Lily. She was laying on the floor with her hand to her heart, breathing very heavily. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. Is she dying?

Oh my gosh, I need to call an ambulance. As I was getting my phone out, I heard Lily say something I never though I'd ever hear her say.

"Michael Gordon Clifford retweeted me and said that he liked my art," she yelled out with her eyes closed.

It seriously looked like she was having a heart attack. Tears slid down her cheeks and I laughed out loud in amusement. It was a funny sight to see Lily fangirling so much.

"He said that he loved my art!" Lily repeated loudly, "Michael fucking Clifford basically said that I was talented. Oh my God, I'm going to die!" She was wiping away the tears that were sliding down her cheek. It seemed like deja vu, except this time, it was because of joy.

"Watch yo profanity!" I screamed out, trying to mimic the meme and then laughed, falling back onto a beanbag.

Lily was literally one of the best artists I have ever seen. Like, you have Leonardo da Vinci and all of these other famous artists and Lily was literally just as good, if not better, than all of them. I may just be biased though, considering she was my best friend. Nah, her art is literally everything.

After a lot of fangirling, binging Stranger Things, and stalking our favorite celebs, we decided to do the one things we vowed to never watch ever again: Salad Fingers. It wasn't even horrifying— well, yes, it was a little — but it was terrifyingly disgusting and just odd in general. We had watched one episode once and I instantly forced Lily to stop it and went to vines. I loved vines, but then Vine died. Rest in pizza, Vine.

I scrunched my nose when it got to the really gross parts but Lily was just laughing. She was enjoying my insufferable pain of... shudder... Salad Fingers.

My phone buzzed loudly on the table and I picked it up. I instantly regretted the decision and rolled my eyes after seeing it was Jackson. I declined the phone call and got a curious glance from Lily.

"Who was that?" Lily asked, her face turned to the screen.

I could either tell the truth or lie. I decided to go with the latter, not wanting to ruin the mood. I didn't like lying to her, but it wasn't a big deal considering she probably didn't want to talk about Jackson anyways.

"Oh, it was just a random caller from another state. Stupid advertisements, probably. Haha, those sun of a guns.. Always trying so hard. It's like they're just asking to get their penises chopped off!" I lied straight to her with a small chuckle, slightly rambling.

I screeched when the odd guy who was on Salad Fingers started to be a cannibal and I clutched onto Lily. She looked at me for a few seconds and then laughed.

We laid on a mattress that was placed on the floor with my leg over her's. Some people could say that it was such a "lesbian" thing to do, but we were just really close and didn't mind the actions. We didn't think of it as more than a platonic relationship and people should stop getting their butts hurt over it.

"So. Damon," I said, looking at her suggestively.

Even though I didn't necessarily like him, he was Lily's crush and I respected that. Somewhat. Plus, it made her eyes light up like the freaking sun when she heard his name or talked about him.

I saw Lily have a blush coated on her cheeks, "He's really sweet and funny. Plus, he's also very hot."

Not as hot as Luc- Klaus Mikaelson. Yes, Klaus Mikaelson. Nobody else.

"Awe, does my little baby have a crush," I cooed and pinched her cheeks.

She swatted my hands away and laughed, "Maybe."

"Ohh, that reminds me of Call Me Maybe," I blurted out randomly.

"Except for the part where boys are trying to chase me?" Lily asked, trying to only lift one eyebrow up but miserably failing.

"Awe, I'm sure a lot of the boys in our prison are crushing on you," I said teasingly and pat her head.

She rolled her eyes in response, saying that she looked like Shrek.

"I'm sure a lot of people love green people," I grinned and wiggled my eyebrows. "Especially Damon."

"You're weird," Lily informed me with a small laugh.

"You're a hypocrite," I replied and ate my chips, content with life.

The rest of the day consisted of Lily and me having the time of our lives. Dancing to trending pop music, arguing about whether of not jazz was bad or not, watching youtube videos, especially Shane Dawson, fangirling over celebrities, tickling the crap out of each other, and getting hiccups from laughing so hard.

This will forever be the best day of my seventeen years of living.
