Tyrespiel's POV

"Crown Prince Roux invites you to his garden for a small gathering," Kevin handed me the aesthetically stamped letter and I opened it and read the contents.

So this bastard specifically wrote this letter for me huh. Maybe I'll take my brothers with me so they will be the ones answering questions for me, tehehehehe~

What? It's called older sibling privilege, don't judge me with those suspecting eyes. I just be chillin' 'round these four corners of screen y'know, heh.

"Young master, I suspect that this man is not just preparing this gathering for teas and gossips. Knowing him, he probably planned something to amuse himself."

I glanced at his corset nodding blankly. What would have happen if he snap his hips forward, hmmm?!!!

Snap forward...

Hips... Snapping forward..

Slam, snap, squelch..

Fwop.. Fwop... Fwop?!!

"Shit! I am not gay, I am not gay, not gay..."

"Y-young master!! W-w-what are muttering about!?!!"

- Scarlet Palace, east wing,
the crown prince's office.

"My prince, the invitations has been sent. "

"Good, Inform my sister about it too. I'm sure she'll love the gathering."

The butler bowed respectfully and exited the room. This prince's elder brother soon stride in with a carefree grin happily skipping next to his younger brother's couch.

"How is the trial going?"

He asked his elder brother with a smile which made the other burst out laughing whilst slapping his knee, his laugh sounding like a donkey's.

"Why are you laughing?.. "

"I-its j-just y-your....HAHAHA...smile looks stiff..."

His brother looked at him, dumbfounded, his eyebrows twitching in annoyance. His elder brother was supposed to be the crown prince but since he has been diagnosed to have a weak body and weak connection with the Goddess, the crown was passed onto him.

He, the second prince, became the next to succeed the throne.

"Any skilled knights that caught your eye?"

The older male with a shoulder length cyan hair and pale red eyes, rested his palm on his chin thinking for a brief moment.

And he clapped his hand, rubbing them giddily.

"Yes! The second oldest of Crosseart! His fighting skills are good, he is a natural weapon wielder. He will be a great Commander in the future; an excellent asset in your army."

And he continued rambling about the certain second child of Crosseart while the crown prince of Rafael glance outside through the window glass with a dreamy look.

Minutes passed as his mind muted all the noise and slowly drifted to his daydream. I can only watch him from afar.. He always looks distant to everyone and I can't helped but be afraid of approaching him.

"-ux! -oux! ROUX!!! "

Snapping out of his daydream with an annoyed look on his face as he look at the Eldest prince of Rafael. The male didn't seem faze as he cheekily smile.

'Weak people weren't supposed to be this energetic right? '

"Are you thinking about him, hmm??"

His brother teasingly said with a grin as he lifted his brows up and down while giving him that 'i-know-who-he-is' look.

"Brother Stephane, if you're so energetic do you want me to list you some routine since you're not so weak now, are you? "

He calmly said with his eyes glancing at his elder brother with a piercing glare though it did not faze the man one bit but his statement did make his blood turn cold.

"Should I? "

He repeated.

"N-NO! I-I'LL BE GOING NOW, ROUX! DONT WORRY ABOUT YOUR BROTHER! I am so weak right now, see?"

He faked a stumbling, his face pale and sickly.

After those sentence the older male scrambled out but before doing so he said something that made Roux's fist tighten.

"You should confess soon! Especially now that he seems to always want his butler by his side."

Roux's eyebrows knitted in anger. He knew who the butler is, afterall, before he became Lores's butler he was once his third brother's attendant. Konrad and Roux aren't that close for Konrad isn't always in the Palace, so he cannot confront him about Kevin.

"If that lowly peasant ever have thoughts about his master, I will kill him." , he stated with killing intent behind his crimson eyes.

Today is the day of the gathering and the three siblings stood outside their estate preparing to leave. All three of them planned to bring their butlers with them.

"Are you ready, Roman?"

He lightly smiled, seeing a few books in Roman's hand, he assumed that he has a friend who's also attending the gathering. Roman nodded his head, his posture perfectly straight and proper and noble, a proper ettiquette he mastered than all of them most.

Kaspian clumsily walk beside them, tripping in some of his steps because of the tight clothes his mother made him wear.

'Damn, what kinda clothe is this? Its too tight to the point I can't even lift my hand high..' , Kaspian thought with a gloomy look.

"Please go in, Young Masters.. "

Kevin held the back of Lores hand and planted a fleeting kiss on it which the other blushed at, no matter how many time the male do this, he can't help but blush.

He bets his ass that those people reading this are jealous and wished to be him right now, 😏.

He is oblivious to his siblings' sending glares to his butler with clenched fists. Roman was about to take his secret blade out of his pocket if not for his butler blocking his way and Kaspian is being held back by his own butler from pouncing on Kevin and maybe 'accidentally' harming the man.

"We are ready to head out now."

Lores glanced at his siblings who immediately showed smiles as if they weren't about to murder his butler.

"Behave yourselves, my loves especially you, Kaspian.."

Their mother called before waving an elegant farewell to their moving carriage with a threatening smile sent to their most mischievous child, Kaspian.

Kaspian shivered before sending a quick nod at her direction making Tyres chuckle and Roman roll his eyes with a whisper 'foolish'.

Travelling in their carriage tyrespiel watched in awe as they passed by stalls and shops managed by commoners on sides of the roads, and some children wave at him and some bowed while hiding their disgust.

He only nodded subtly before eagerly observing the streets again. He's surprised of how clean the pavements are with no garbages littered around. He also saw some beggars hiding in the shadows of alleys, afraid of the unknown.

Once they reached the gates of the Ja'ena palace, the guards checked their invitation and scanned their emblem with appraisal before letting them through with a dignified ;salute.

Looking out the window again, Tyrespiel saw lush green fields as the Palace sat on top of a small hill standing in its all dignified glory. The castle looked like a cathedral in some details combined with gothic styled structure and on the center of the castle hanged a large iredescent crystal inside a cage.

The mesmerizing whitish Palace walls coupled with tall towers that looks like the one in rapunzel's.What made it more beautiful was the setting Sun behind it, the mixture of orange and red in the sky like a burst of color.

"Magnificent," he said.

His two siblings looks unfazed by the scenery as they had visited the Palace more than once and Kevin also came from the Palace and although it is indeed beautiful, the residents inside are foul beasts acting polite and kind to their people.

So he couldn't allow himself to enjoy the view when they are presenting themselves to the beasts.

The Tyrespiel in the book never attended this event since he finds it boring and gatherings are also where conflicts happen so he always turn down the invitations, on the other hand, his two siblings attends them on his behalf.

In the story, he was only supposed to appear once or be mentioned twice but now he feels like he is the main character, lol.

The first Prince who is supposed to be the next King has a weak body thus the Second Prince was crowned. There are eight princes and one princess, all of which are involved in major events especially the First Prince.

According to what he can remember, Tyrespiel is close to the third prince and Kaspian knew the prince he saved a few chapter ago while Roman, well, his friends remained unknown since the author never mentioned it.

'I almost forgot that Konrad and the two neglected princes were Elites...' , he ponder over this thought before throwing it at the back of his head.

"We have arrived, Young Masters.. "

There, stood, their butlers lined up as Kevin opened the door of the carriage and offered his hand to his master, Lores took it and he climbed down the carriage stairs.

'Looking close to it, I would have mistaken that a giant lives here rather than the Royal Family' , he thought while looking up to see the giant crystal.

Kevin daringly peck his hand again, smiling while doing so and Roman saw all of it, and oh he never wanted to murder someone so badly in his entire life.

"Brother let's go in, Kaspian's friend might be waiting for his lazy bum."

Seperating the two while glaring secretly at the pastel brown haired male who flinched in surprise but managed to restore his posture.

"W-what!? Luwis is a calm and patient friend of mine, and I told you to call me brother!!"

Kaspian exclaimed lightly raising his voice and glaring intently at his younger brother with reddened ears.

"Oh? Do you like the boy? And no, you're not worthy."

The male stood there dramatically hugging their older brother complaining about how rude and mean Roman is forgeting the first statement of the youngest Crosseart.

"There, there.. "

Tyrespiel can't help but pat his back to comfort the dramatic bean as he lightly scold the young crosseart who only replied with a 'hmp' and muttered 'unfair' under his breathe.

Roman started walking away with crossed hands and a puffed cheek grumbling about his logical reason followed by his panicking butler who can barely keep up.

'They're still competing for their brother's affection to the point I can't keep up.' , the said butler complained in his mind.

Tyrespiel's and Kaspian's butler sweatdropped at the scene.

"L-lets go, Kaspian, You're brother might get lost inside."

The latter nodded his head sniffing pitifully as he let his brother drag him inside the palace looking left and right for the eight year old boy.

'I won heheheh' , his face showed a victory smirk unseen by his brother but seen by the butlers lagging just a few inches behind them.

Stephane along with his temporary knight greeted the nobles invited for the gathering. He was pleased that everyone responded positively to his brother's request.

Harake look around in hopes of finding his brothers as he missed them dearly but he won't say it infront of his third brother or he might tease him about it.

He finally saw a tuff of yellow in the crowd; a grumpy Roman headed his way while being followed by his butler. Harake glanced behind him hoping to see his older brother.

"Prince Stephane, the Star beside the Moon of our Empire, I greet you with utmost sincerity."

The prince looked surprise by the formal greeting while Harake nodded his head and looked behind him again which the youngster noticed.

"I left them behind."

He said seriously with a little pout evident on his cute face and Harake knew it too well to not even hesitate stating his next statement.

"Did Kaspian won against you again?"

The boy merely nodded.

"Oh! Oh! What game did he won against you with?"

Stephane interrupted their sibling talk and smiled fondly at the two siblings, he could see how they genuinely and care for each other. He wish to have this kind of bond with his siblings too.

"It's not a game." , Roman replied bluntly.

"Eh?"

"What he meant, Prince Stephane, is our third brother tricked our oldest Brother into siding with him again."

'Huh?' , and the prince did not expect that this siblings have conflicts too and the reason was the oldest.

Not long after, two hair colors that stood out from the crowd entered and the people parted to make way for them. Tyrespiel and Kaspian did not spared them a glance and focused on striding forward to where their brothers are.

They did not pay attention to the people quietly talking with each other.

But Kaspian didn't particulary ignored all of it, he saw all the scorn thrown at his brother and some nobles ladies giggling in mockery. He boiled in anger and finally spared the nobles a glance─ a fiery glance.

They knew the brothers are protective of their oldest, all their magnificent titles would be put in shame once their protective sides appear.

Tyrespiel don't mind their attitudes since he know where they're all coming from. But having caring brothers is a different story, although he doesn't mind it, his brothers does.

/*chuckles*/ never thought having brothers is this fun especially if all of them act like this, wish you were me, right? (゚▽^*)☆

"I offer my sincerest greeting to the graceful sun of the flourishing Rafael, Prince Stephane Tseun."

His feathery voice seemed to be as smooth as honey coated with sugar rolling off his tongue tapping their inner souls. The guests stiffen in surprise.

Wasn't his voice supposed to sound like a beast? How come it made them feel like he was an angel?

Stephane who stood there once again was struck by an invisible arrow- frozen at the male's voice, his brain playing the voice over and over again.

Finally, Harake who can't stand the awestruck stares decided to speak in order to distract the people but before that, he kissed his brother's cheek in greeting and Lores showed a gentle smile.

"Prince Stephane, The important guests have arrived. Should we make our way inside? "

Harake observed his temporary master looking for any signs of infatuation but the male hid his emotions well which frustrated him- he clenched his hand. He doesn't like how his intution tells him that this male infront of him is not a lamb but a wolf.

"U-uh yes! You're right! Follow me everyone.. The other princes and princess are waiting.."

Stephane side glanced at his temporary knight knowing full well what he is thinking about. He smirk lightly and look at Lores behind him with hunger n his eye.

'What a cute rabbit'

a wolf in sheeps clothing, was he?
