Alex turned out to actually be fun to hang out with she's filled me in with all the latest gossip and annoying stuff that usually happens at school and all turns out Ryder and his friends are a huge deal here.

Anyways after an annoying day at school I was more that happy to be done.

You can just imagine how fast I ran to my bike as soon as the bell rang indicating that school was over.

But I wasn't ready to see what I saw as soon as I got home. Just me and my luck when I was done parking my motorcycle in the garage I made my way to our front door only to stop in my tracks and stare dumbfounded at who was parking their motorcycle in my neighbours garage.

You would never imagine who,

But I guess with my luck you already did.

I just stood there staring at him with my mouth hanging open until his voice got me out of my thought by his voice.

" Done checking me out babe " I can just imagine the smirk on his face as he said that and yup I looked up to see him smirking who would've guessed.

I scoffed " You wish "

"Anyways see you on Friday" He said then winked, with that he walked into the house leaving me very confused state.

I walked into the house only to find my mum in the kitchen trying to cook one of her new creations.

"Hey mum, what do we have on Friday?"

"Umm, we have dinner with the neighbours what forgot already?" With a warm smile on her face.

"Oh yeah thanks anyways I'm gonna be in my room if you need anything." With that I started heading towards my room half way up the stairs I remembered something ... Dinner with the neighbours wait Ryder is my neighbour wait that doesn't mean that ... DAMIT. 

I just shrugged it off I mean it can't be that bad can it ..?

Anyways as soon as I stepped into my room I came face to face with abs literally there's a six pack nearly eight pack staring straight back at me. When I was done staring I looked up to find a smug looking Ryder yup I'm sure he noticed me checking him out though my window not stalker like at all.

But I mean who puts two different windows exactly in front of each other.

I was once again brought out of my train of thought by a tap on my window I noticed a very shirtless Ryder throwing small eraser pieces at my window .

I opened my window only to stair at a grinning Ryder ugh.

" I see you like the view " of course he had to bring that up didn't he.

"I-I" I stuttered my cheeks turning into a crimson colour, I cleared my throat trying to sound decent "pfft what no " seriously Ella could you have made it any more less obvious.

"Whatever you say babe " he said with his signature smirk on his face does he ever not smirk like seriously.

" Anyways what do you want Ryder "

" What can't I have a civil conversation with my neighbour?"

" Nope not today can you like put on a shirt or something "  what I'm seriously having trouble staring at his face right now his abs are just calling for me to stare at them seriously.

" Getting distracted now are we Green ?" Ughhhh him and his annoying comments.

"Um no Anyways bye " and with that I closed my window and curtains but not before I heard his deep chuckle.

After that I just spent the rest of my day doing assignments and homework like seriously what type of school gives homework on the first day? I also went down stairs to eat some dinner but that was it. After I was done with all my homework I took a change of clothes and went to the bathroom to take a shower.

As soon as the warm water hit my body I instantly relaxed. But I couldn't help think if she was still here would things have changed would she still be the it girl that everyone looked up, to the one everyone compared me to. Even though it was a shitty feeling to be in someone's shadow I still looked up to her and loved her I mean who wouldn't?

I felt tears glisten in my eyes I blinked rapidly clearing my brain from these thoughts and push them to the back of my brain. "Don't show the world your vulnerable side " I muttered to myself even though no one was around I didn't want to break down especially since it's been a long time since I last broke down I don't want to go back to my depressed state again.

I quickly washed my hair and body and shut the water I stepped out of the shower only to shiver when my foot hit the cold tiled toilet floor I wrapped myself in my fluffy white towel and dried myself and blow dried my hair and put on my pyjamas.

And dropped myself onto my bed and welcomed the darkness .
