Donnie had been on the lookout for Kraang for the past week, not ever coming out of his lab. He had set up multiple sensors in his room, making it look like the headquarters for the CIA and the FBI combined. Maybe even a little bit of M16.
Finally, the night came where he could get you out. Most of the Kraang were out gathering a new selection of mutagen, which he had sent his brothers to get before they did. He grabbed his Bo staff, strapping it to his back, and stuck his t-phone to his belt.
"I'm coming y/n." Donnie muttered, leaving the lair.
It wasn't exactly the hardest to find you, at least, it wasn't for Donnie. He just looked at the screens from the roof, and saw that only one cell had high power protecting it. He sprinted towards it, careful not to set off any alarms or be seen in the cameras.
Finally, he reached your cell, plugging his t-phone onto the control screen to break the code. You were curled up against the back of the cell, and didn't see him.
"I'm not interested in telling you anything about these stupid turtles I keep hearing about." You said, bored, not even turning around.
"Oh, so I'm stupid now?" Donnie asked playfully, raising an eye ridge.

"Donnie!" You cried, leaping up and into his arms. He hugged you back, pressing a kiss to your forehead.
"I missed you, stupid." You teased him.
"I did too, but we gotta go now, because the Kraang have probably figured out that I'm getting you out." Donnie said, pulling you forward with him. Just as he said it, the alarms started blaring, the hallways flashing with purple light. You ran with him, praying that the Kraang wouldn't start shooting at you with their stupid laser gun things.
"Ahh!" You shrieked, as a laser bolt missed your head by inches.
"Are you ok?" Donnie asked urgently, still running. By now you were getting tired; forget endurance, this was frickin track sprints.
"I'm fine!" You panted, but Donnie swept you off your feet, and burst through a window, covering his face so the glass didn't scratch him.
The blasts of the guns faded as Donnie turned a corner, and ended up by what you recognized as your street.
"Thanks for rescuing me Donnie-boy." You said, giving him a kiss. You felt him smile, and saw a light turn on in your house.
"Aw, my parents are going to kill me." You said glumly.
