A/N - the vibe for this Q&A is much different than the rest, but I wanted to switch things up, so I hope you guys like it. Also, it's quite long cause yall had a shitload of questions for this man.

------

"Hello! Hello! Hello!" Tippy runs on stage like Oprah, receiving applause from her favourite humans. "Thank you so much for coming to this very special event! We are so excited to have you!"

One human, more than likely Kitty, stands up and shouts, "We want Mekhi!!!!"

"Well, damn, I ain't even get to talk or nothing," Tippy shakes her head, "but I'll do you one better. Please welcome to the stage our panellists, Past Mekhi and Future Mekhi."

In seconds, several humans forget all their decorum as two Mekhis walk onto stage, both with a buzz cut and gum in their mouths. Future Mekhi grins, and humans everywhere lost their ever-loving shit.

"No, your eyes do not deceive you! We are here with two Mekhis who will answer your very varied questions. We've got Past Mekhi at the age of 20, after Kat fixed him up in Delicate, and Future Mekhi, at the age of 28, within the Control/Devilish Era where he's already met Wequie."

The two Mekhis look at one another curiously while they settle into their seats, but don't question it because they've both been in weirder situations than this.

(A/N - if you're confused, we've got two Mekhi's at different stages in his life who will be answering the questions like panellists in a convention)

"Alright, let's get this show on the road!" Tippy shouts, picking a question from a bowl like Effie in the Hunger Games. "First up, If you hadn't met Damon, where do you think you'd be right now?"

"I'll take this one," Past Mekhi says as he sits up, "Before Damon, I was running from one place to the next, just trying to survive each day. If I hadn't met him when I did, I honestly think I would've died soon after."

"I think we would've made it," Future Mekhi says, "we're stronger than you think."

"Cute," Tippy says before tossing the card away and getting another. "Next, Why did you stay with Damon?"

"If I'm being honest, I don't know," Past Mekhi replies, "he wasn't the first person to try and help me when I left my coven. He was just..."

"The right one," Future Mekhi fills in with a small smile.

Everyone in the crowd coos, including Tippy, "Now, be honest, What was your first impression of Will?"

"The first time I saw Will, it was in that park, and it wasn't really much to work off," Past Mekhi answers, "I thought he was attractive and maybe a hunter, but I followed his bloodline, and he wasn't. So, I just thought he was there."

"Um, boring! I want the real juicy shit. Were you somewhat in love with Damon before Will came around?"

Past Mekhi slouches down in his seat, suddenly interested in his rings.

"I guess this is me," Future Mekhi says as he eyes Past Mekhi, "I wouldn't say I was in love with Damon, but I liked him. I never hid my attraction to him just in case, but I always knew it would never go anywhere. It was just wishful thinking."

"Damn, that's crazy, but I don't think you'd be his type, even without Will," Tippy says, making everyone gasp, "What? It's the truth! We all know it's the truth!"

"Next question?" Past Mekhi prompts.

"Yeah, on the subject of types - What's your type when it comes to partners?"

"If nothing's changed, then I'd say physically, I don't have a type," Past Mekhi answers easily. "I'm either attracted to you, or I'm not. If we're talking about personalities, then I'd say someone quiet, strong and secure in themselves."

Future Mekhi leans to his mic, "I would like to agree, but I'd have to change quiet to loud and add in obnoxiously clingy."

"Clingy? Loud?! Why the fuck would we do that?" Past Mekhi asks, baffled.

"It wasn't a choice,"

Everyone looks to Tippy, who grins, "You all love me for it in the end. Next, How do you feel about polyamory?"

Both Mekhis answer at the same time, "Yes."

"Past Mekhi, If you met a Vorgium, what would you do?"

"Hypothetically speaking, accept death, but the Vorgiums are all dead," Past Mekhi says calmly until he spots the look on Future Mekhi's face. "They're all dead, right?"

"You'll see soon enough," Future Mekhi says while rubbing at a scar.

"No spoiling!" Tippy shouts before getting the next card, "Does you wish you could live in a coven instead of a pack?"

"Never," Past Mekhi replies firmly, "Covens aren't anything good."

Future Mekhi nods, "They're just breeding grounds for misery and abuse. Packs are something way better. Maybe I got lucky with the one I ended up in, but it's heaven compared to what happens in covens."

"You're welcome!" Tippy says, beaming while everyone else glares at her, "okay, shit, let's try something sweeter. Future Mekhi, How is everything going for you? Like How are you doing? Honestly?"

"I'm fine. I mean, my life took a turn for the fucking unimaginable, but I have all I could ever want, plus someone I never wanted. It's a good deal."

"Vague, as usual," Tippy says, "Past Mekhi, and I quote, 'Hey buddy... are you okay...? *sickly sweet smile*?"

"Hey, I'm fine," Past Mekhi replies, "life is good, and it hasn't taken that fucking unimaginable turn yet, so I think I can claim to be happy."

"He is very happy. He smiles every day," Tippy snitches, "but tell us, how does it feel to sleep peacefully?"

"It's fucking bliss," Past Mekhi replies with a grin, "I never take anything for granted, from the promise of having a meal every day to being safe, but sleep... having that again, I could never take it for granted."

"Awww, that's nice. So, how did you feel after what Will did for you, like what was your first thought when you found out about it?"

"I mean, I was there with him, but at first, I thought he was making empty promises or feeling guilt," Past Mekhi explains, "but after the first night I slept, I'd woken up...just..."

"Crying," Tippy fills in cause all Mekhis suck when it comes to admitting what they're feeling.

"Yeah, I was emotional," Past Mekhi admits reluctantly. "You don't realise how bad you have things until they get better. I always thought what Rhen did to me was just another thing I had to live through, but it's not. I never deserved any of that."

"Oh my God, is your self-love finally forming?!?" Tippy asks as if she's not the one injecting him with it. "That's so sweet."

"Thank you?"

"You're welcome. What's your craziest dream?"

"To see what lives in the deepest parts of the ocean," they reply together.

"Um... I think they may have meant like in your head, at night."

"Oh, there was this one dream with a massive, worldwide tsunami that I surfed over, but it was still destroying the planet. So to get on the last flight to Colony, I had to kill every president on Earth."

"Um....okay, lots to unpack there," Tippy says with a careful step back, "how about you tell us why are you afraid of owls?"

They both shudder, but Future Mekhi replies first, "The real question is, why isn't everyone afraid of owls?"

"Their heads do a 180; that's not right," Past Mekhi agrees, "plus, have you seen their legs? Their eyes?? They're soulless."

"That's a bit far, but alrighty," Tippy says, concerned, "Future Mekhi, Kat had her wolves, and Nikola has his snake. Do you have your own pet?"

"Well, for one, they're not just pets. Those are conduits," Future Mekhi explains like a snitch, "Two, I don't like animals, but I do have a conduit now too, and yes, Wequie would like being called my pet."

"Wequie?" Mekhi questions, thoughtfully, "That's such a strange name for a pet."

Future Mekhi grins along with everyone in the room.

"While we're steering the pot," Tippy purposefully grabs a handful of linker questions, "Past Mekhi, I'd like you to answer the next few questions. What are your thoughts on linkers?"

Future Mekhi face palms while Past Mekhi runs a hand over his head, "I thought it was a myth before I met Katerina and her mate. I guess what they have is nice, but it's not common. Witches aren't selfless or loving, so to me, linkers are just asking for trouble."

"What about mates? How do you feel about mates?"

They both shrug, "I guess neutral," Past Mekhi says.

"Would you like to have a mate?"

"No," Future Mekhi replies, "it's not really our jurisdiction, and the terms and conditions of that bond are too grey for me."

"Okay, well, 'in your jurisdiction', are you looking forward to meeting your linker?"

"I don't think I'll have a linker."

Future Mekhi stays perfectly quiet.

"Hypothetically speaking?" Tippy pushes as everyone leans forward to listen.

Past Mekhi sighs, "No. If I have a linker, I hope I never meet them. But I really don't think it will happen, they're rare and rarer still for Kastels."

Future Mekhi and Tippy share a knowing look, "Alright, but on the subject of Kastels, Are warlock omegas really as powerful as you, or are you an exception?"

"To be clear, Kastels aren't omegas. It's just the simplest way to compare the treatment in covens vs in packs," Mekhi explains, "but Kastels are not more fertile like omegas. We do not have an ingrained need to nurture or help. We are just weaker than other witches when it comes to harvesting our magic."

"That did not answer the question all of that," Future Mekhi retorts with a scowl, "the answer is no, they are not. We're strong because of our blood."

"Thoras blood?" A human from the crowd asks, "or something else?"

"Both,"

"Wow, so insightful. Thank you for leaving me to answer even more questions in the future," Tippy grumbles, "but while we're talking about annoying omegas, what do you think of Peter?"

"Wait, did you just call Peter annoying?" Future Mekhi asks as he sits up, magic simmering.

"Put that away," Tippy snaps as she snatches the power right out of him. "I'm not getting attacked again, and I never said that. You put that together on your own. Now, answer the question."

"Peter's a sweet kid," Past Mekhi answers begrudgingly, "he welcomed me from the first day while everyone else was still wary of me. He brought me food and looked out for me where he could. He is not annoying. He's kind and one of the only truly good people in this world."

Tippy rolls her eyes, "Alright, no need to start cumming on his leg. Did you know Peter had a crush on you?"

Past Mekhi chokes on air, "He what?!?"

"Why the hell did you think he did all that?" Tippy questions snickering, "he was smitten! In love! Losing his mind!"

"No way," Past Mekhi looks to Future Mekhi, who scratches at the back of his head. "Really? Peter?? Peter Heil?! Damon's little brother, that Peter???!?!"

"To be fair, I didn't know until Wequie pointed it out," Future Mekhi says with a shrug, "he still gets all pissy and defensive whenever Peter's around."

"Your pet pointed it out? Is this a dog or a really smart monkey???"

Future Mekhi cackles while he nods, "Yeah, let's just call him a really smart monkey."

"No, because he has a tail and everything," Tippy replies laughing with Future Mekhi while Past Mekhi reevaluates his life choices. "Past Mekhi, how has training with Kat been going?"

"I can't complain. I mean, I can, but I won't because she'll kill me if I do, but it's good. She's nothing like I expected. I was terrified at first because she's Katerina Amorenia; every witch knows who she is. But she's kinder than all the horror stories. Much kinder than she wants to be too."

"You literally can never tell her that, or she will try to kill you," Tippy warns before turning to Future Mekhi, "with your experience, Is Kat a good teacher?"

"The best," he replies without hesitation, "at first, I thought this lady was crazy, which she one hundred per cent is. She's tried to kill me half a million times, but her methods work, and I've never felt this connected to my magic before. I didn't understand much about my magic before her."

"Awww, we love to hear that, but seriously, keep those thoughts to yourself," Tippy says with a look around for Kat, "The girlies are curious, though, with your newfound strength and shit, What's the craziest thing you've done with your magic up until now? Love you btw."

"Thank you for the love, I'm sorry I can not reciprocate it," Future Mekhi replies, "but the craziest thing I've ever done with my magic isn't something I think I can say."

"Wait, are you talking about..." Tippy wiggles her brows, making hand signs with her fingers to fangs, "the blood incident?"

"Not that one, but that's a close second."

"Oh shit, are you talking about," Tippy looks around and whispers quietly, "adventure 236 holographic movie night?"

Future Mekhi nods very slowly, eyes and ears open for Lincoln.

"Yeah, no," Tippy says nervously, "that shit is staying in the vault! Moving on very quickly, Would you ever want to have children?"

Both Mekhis, "God forbid."

"Well, I'd say that is a very strong no," Tippy says to the semi-sad crowd, "let's be honest, though, no kid should grow up with Wequie. None."

"Now, I'm starting to get worried," Past Mekhi says, looking around, "this monkey sounds like trouble."

Future Mekhi smiles a little, "You have no idea."

"Past Mekhi, Why are you so mysterious?"

"I'm not mysterious. I just don't share everything like the rest of the idiots on this planet. You do not need to share everything you feel or think. All you're doing is telling people exactly how to disappoint you."

"Um, that's depressing as fuck," Tippy says before looking to Future Mekhi, who rubs between his brows.

"He's not wrong, but that's also how we learned to cope with things," he explains stiffly, "if you keep things private, you don't get hurt."

"Also, very depressing. I say we stick with the depressing shit and get them all out. What do you say?"

Everyone, including the Mekhis shout, "No!"

"Awesome! First up, how many siblings do you have?"

Both Mekhis stiffen, unease settling over them, "Why does that matter?"

"Does it matter?" Tippy retorts.

"Eight," Future Mekhi forces out, looking slightly pale. "We have eight."

Past Mekhi looks at him hopefully, "Who died?"

"UH, No! No spoilers!" Tippy cuts in, "Now tell us, How do you feel about incubi?"

"I don't like them," Past Mekhi says calmly, "nothing good comes from creatures like them."

Future Mekhi scratches his neck awkwardly, taking a greedy gulp of water.

"Okay, well, why do you think that? Why do you hate incubi so much?"

"I'm not answering that," Past Mekhi replies quickly.

"Okay," Tippy says with a shrug.

"Oh, come on!" A human shouts from the crowd, standing up with others, "Make him tell us!"

"Damn, okay, let's try again," Tippy allows looking to the Mekhis, "Do you hate incubi because of a personal vendetta or because of how you were raised?"

Past Mekhi stays quiet, but Future Mekhi admits, "The way we were raised."

"Now are you happy?!?" Tippy asks only to ignore all the nos she gets, "I refuse for there to be any spoilers for Devilish! And the answer to why Mekhi hates incubi is a pretty massive spoiler."

"He just said it's the way he was raised!" A way too quick human yells.

"That's 1 piece to the bigger reason," Tippy says, "but I will tell you, somewhere in the books, I think Delicate, someone had a theory, and it's 100% correct. That's all I'm saying."

Angry humans settle down, appeased only because Tippy writes the best smut in the world.

"But, I will allow him to answer this question truthfully. Past Mekhi, would you date an incubus?"

"I'd rather die," he replies, looking to Future Mekhi, who silently rocks in his chair.

"Let's get even darker, Past Mekhi. Before Kat helped you, what did you see in your nightmares?"

"I'm not answeri-"

"No, this one, you have to," Tippy says hypocritically.

Past Mekhi wraps his arms around himself to stop the shaking, "They weren't nightmares, just memories. Memories of everything that happened before I left my coven, that's all."

"You guys should feel ashamed of yourself for bringing this back up," Tippy says, tsking, "anywaysssssssssssss, do you smoke and if you do, why?"

"Cigarettes? No," Past Mekhi says quickly.

"Weed? Yes," Future Mekhi replies with a chuckle. "It's a leisure thing now, I smoke every once in a while, but at first, it was the only way to find peace."

"Okay, coming out of the mystery shit," Tippy says, discarding all the other cards that would lead to spoilers, "If you could go back in time, what would you change? Would you want to change anything?"

"The day I was born," Past Mekhi answers.

"Well, shit," Tippy mutters, "relatable, but God damn! Why are you like this?!"

"You tell me!" Past Mekhi retorts.

"For me, it would be the day he lost his family," Future Mekhi says quietly, "If I could give them back to him, I would."

"Him?" Past Mekhi asks curiously.

"None of your damn business," Tippy cuts in, "this is getting way too deep. Let's get to the random shit, pads or tampons?"

"What the fuck?" Past Mekhi looks around, "who the hell asked that?"

A single human in the crowd sinks lower in their seat.

"It doesn't apply to us, so I don't think we should be giving our opinions on that," Future Mekhi answers, and Past Mekhi nods his agreement. "Aren't you filtering these?"

"Look, I'm just the mediator here," Tippy says, arms out. "I come in, I cause havoc, and then I leave. That's it."

"So, you're the devil?"

"I rebuke that in Jesus' name! How tall are you?"

Past Mekhi, "180 cm, or 5'11 foot if you're weird."

Future Mekhi, "185 cm, or 6 foot if you're weird."

"Wait, how did we grow so much in a couple years?"

"We got some sleep, food and exercise," Future Mekhi replies, "and a home."

"For now," Tippy replies.

"Don't you fucking dare!" Humans shout from the ground, "I will bury you bitch!"

"YOU LOVE THE CHAOS, DON'T BE AFRAID TO ADMIT IT!" Tippy shouts back, basking in the wreckage. "Now, Top, bottom or switch?"

"Switch," they reply together.

"Why do you keep your hair in a buzz cut?"

"It looks best on us, and it's easy to maintain,"

"Would you mind sharing some of those 'special herbs' with me?"

"Not really, but if it messes you up, that's your own problem," Future Mekhi says, shrugging.

"Have you ever been in love?"

Past Mekhi, "No."

Future Mekhi, "I don't know if it's love. He says it is, but he also says he loves my body more than me, so I'm not sure."

Past Mekhi freaks out, but Tippy shuts him up to ask Future Mekhi, "Let's try this; if you were to lose him, how would you feel?"

Future Mekhi thinks for a while before his eyes grow wide, "Maybe it is love."

Tippy unmutes Past Mekhi to ask, "Don't ask either of us to elaborate cause we're not telling you shit. So just answer this lovely wholesome question, What is your favourite thing about each of your friends?

Past Mekhi frowns, narrowing his eyes, "I have friends?"

"Yeah, you're just too dumb to realise it," Future Mekhi replies,
