"Damn, they gave you anger management classes?" I sighed and pulledmy purse up on my shoulder. "Yeah they did." Ellis laughed. "Chile, you the calmest one out of all of us, and you get the anger management classes."

"No, Kerri's the calmest one out of all of us, then me...and you just have no chill." Kerri and I laughed. "She's right E, but damn, I can't believe all of that went down in Atlanta, shit we should have went."

Ellis nodded his head in agreement. "Mhm, but Im glad we didn't, Ryelle was already fucked up...poor little tink tink." I laughed. "Stop, I do kind of feel bad for putting my hands on her now knowing that she was already hurt, but then again I don't because of what I seen."

"I wouldn't have either." Ellis mumbled. "So what's going on now? Are you and August still going through it?" I nodded my head yes. "Yeah, we've been arguing none stop, and I put him out the house yesterday." Kerri shook her head. "Damn, how's Aliyah doing?"

I sighed, not wanting to talk about it. "....She's upset with me, she hasn't said a word to me since he left yesterday, and Im not sure when she's gunna stop giving me the silent treatment."

"Aw, she probably doesn't understand what's going on." I nodded. "I know, all she knows is that her dad left the house, and he won't be with us everyday, that's all that matters to her."

Kerri rubbed my shoulder. "Y'all stay going through it,I hope y'all can just stop and get it together." I shook my head. "Nope, were seperated, like forreal." She frowned. "What?? Seperated?? Are you just taking your time apart or is this the end??" I shrugged."I don't know, but I have been and I've started hanging out with Sean." Ellis smirked. "Wait hold up, come again?"

I chuckled. "I hung out with Sean yesterday, he came over and brought his niece with him so Aliyah could have some one to play with." Kerri frowned. "Wait, didn't you just say you kicked August out yesterday?"

"Yeah, he came home to get his things and saw Sean there, and of course we had to get into another petty arguement." She sighed. "Damn, but I understand the petty arguement part trust me." I frowned. "..Are you and Jason going through something?"

She nodded. "Yeah, we've just been arguing over litte things lately, so I understand were your coming from." I slightly chuckled. "Get used to it, your getting married, petty arguements are gunna be the story of your life." She sighed. "God I hope not."

I pulled my keys out of my purse and took a deep breath. "But anyways, I gotta go before Im late, take care of the shop while Im gone." They both nodded. "Alright, we'll see you later."

AUGUST P.O.V.

I stood up straight once I seen Ryelle pulling into the hotel parking lot. A slight smile formed on my face once I seen her stepping out the car. It's only been a few days since we seen each other. but for some reason it felt longer than it was. Shepushed her shades closer to her face as she walked up to me smiling.

"Hey loser." I chuckled and pulled her into a hug. "Wassup ma." She pulled her purse up on her arm and took a deep breath. "So this is where your staying?" She asked, looking up at the hotel building. "Yeah for now, Ima be out of here soon." She smirked.

"Ah, your going back home?" I shook my head no. "Nah, Im kicked out remember? I can't stay up in a hotel forever, so ima look for a temporary condo or something." She nodded slowly. "Right, right...... well okay."

I looked her up and down and smirked. "What? You got something to say?" She laughed and shook her head no. "You sure?"

"Im sure." She said in a laugh. "Ight, well come inside." I turned around as she followed me back inside the hotel.

SIMONE P.O.V.

I crossed my legs and leaned back into the small couch I was sitting on. This was my first anger management meeting and I was slightly nervous. I never thought I had a problem with my anger before, and now going into this, I didn't know what to expect.

A lady walked into the room and took a seat across from me. "Hello, your Simone Alsina, correct?" I nodded my head yes. "Yes." She smiled and scooted closer to me. "Im Dr.Avery, nice to meet you." I shook her hand and smiled at her.

She pushed her glasses closer to her face and looked down at her chart. "Okay, it's says here that we'll be meeting here every Tuesday and Friday from 2 to 3." I nodded. She looked up from the chart and folded her arms across her lap.

"Well before we get started, I wanted to explain to you what anger management is exactly." I nodded. "Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that you're becoming angry, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a positive way. In no way does it try to keep you from feeling anger or encourage you to hold it in." I took a deep breath and nodded. "Okay."

"So Simone." She started. "Do you feel as if your anger is somewhat out of control?" I bit down on my bottom lip, thinking. "...I didn't before, but I kinda see that is is getting somewhat out of control."She nodded and wrote something down.

"Okay great, the first step was acknowledging that you know your anger is a problem. Now, can you tell me what triggers your anger?" I was silent for a second. "....Different things, anything that I don't like to hear or see upsets me." She nodded. "Alright."

"And how do you react in these situations that make you upset?" I swalloed hard, feeling slightly embarrased to admit this. "...I lash out verbally and physically." The lady nodded as she wrote.

"And what are the outcomes of you lashing out?" I sighed. "Nothing good." She chuckled. "Alright well, we're going to work on how you think and react during situations that upset you. Also, how to relax and stay calm when you start feeling angry, Im gunna teach you some excercises to work through your anger as well as some problem solving techniques when your in troubiling situations."

I nodded my head and took a deep breath. "Alright, Im ready."

AUGUST P.O.V.

"Stop cheating!!" I laughed as I continued to mess with Ryelle's controller. "August stop!!" She said in between laughs. She reached over and grabbed my controller out of my hands, holding it up high, as if I couldn't reach it.

"Now you know damn well I can reach that." I lifted my hand up and tried to grab it from her, but she moved over. "Aw, August can't reach." She said with a smirk on her face. I stood up and snatched the remote out of her hands, catching her off guard.

"Hey!" She started. "Your such a cheater, I still won though." She said moving back over beside me. I turned the game off and faced her. "I didn't know you could play nba 2k14, your actually not that bad." She chuckled. "I know, if you weren't such a cheater I wou;d have won forreal." I sucked my teeth. "Whatever, you wouldn't have beat me." I leaned back into the loveseat and sighed.

"Your the only one I know that would have a Xbox in their hotel room." I chuckled. "Shit, I had to take something from home that would keep me entertained." She nodded. "True, I guess you do need some type of entertainment." I nodded. "And between you and my games, I'll be straight."

She laughed. "So Im a form of entertainment for you?" I smirked. "Of course, what you thought?" She chuckled and pushed me to the side. "Your so mean."

"Nah, Im playing." I started. "But forreal, thanks for flying out here and chillin with me, I needed to do something with someone who keeps me stress free." She slightly smiled. "And I keep you stress free?" I nodded my head yes. "Yeah, I mean, we always have a good time, or a good conversation, it's no drama and that's what I need right now."

"Well your welcome, Im happy to help." She smiled at me and leaned back into her seat. "....SO where you staying at?" I asked, changing the subject. "Oh um, I got a room at a different hotel a few blocks from here." I nodded. "Ight cool, so what you wanna do? My whole day is free?"

She shrugged and got comfortable in her seat. "I just kinda want to relax today, those two flights got me slightly jetlegged." I nodded. "Alright, how about movies and pizza?" She pulled my extra blanket off the arm of the couch and smiled. "Sounds good to me."

SIMONE P.O.V.

I pushed open the door and stepped into Aliyah's ballet class, just in time. My first anger management meeting ran a little over the hour, and I as just getting here as soon as they were letting the kids go. I scanned the room looking for her and slightly smiled once I seen her gathering her things. "Simone." I soft chill ran down my spine once I heard Sean behind me.

I slowly turned around and faced him. "Hey." "Hey." He said smirking. "Okay, let me apologize for what happened the other day, I didn't mean for any of that to go down." He shook his head. "Nah, it's straight I get it, I just told Tia she can see Aliyah the next time."

I smiled. "So you want there to be a next time?" He nodded his head yes. "Yeah, if that's cool with you." I nodded. "Im fine with that."

"While were on the subject." He started. "I need to ask you for a favor." I lifted a brow. "What kind a favor?"

"Im showing a few houses at the end of the week, and I got a few suits in mind to wear, but I just can't decide on one." I chuckled. "Okay and?"

"Maybe you could help me out." He licked his lips and looked me up and down. "You can't pick out a suit yourself?" He nodded. "I can, but I rather for you to help me, since your a stylist and all." I smirked. "You think your smooth huh?" He chuckled. "I try."

I placed my hand on my hip and sighed. "Okay, you can come by tommorow and I'll pick out something for you." He nodded. "I'll see you then." He touched my chin before walking away, causing me to smile.

I turned back around to see Aliyah making her way over to me with her dance bag. "Hey baby." She stood beside me quiet. "...You ready to go?" She nodded her head, making sure not to make eye contact with me.

I sighed and pushed open the door, letting her walk out first. I helped her into the car, and then slid inside the passenger seat. "Did you have fun?" I looked through my mirror at her in the backseat, just staring out the window, silent. I started up the car and backed out of my parking space, thinking about when she would start speaking to me again

**********************

"Aliyah dinner's ready!!" I yelled upstairs. OnceI heard her feet shuffiling down the hallway, I made my way back into the kitchen and fixed her plate. Once we got home, she went straight to her room and did her homework, not asking me for help at all.

I sat her plate on her placemat and began to fix mine. She climbed up in her chair and sat down. "Do you want some juice? Or do you want a little bit of soda??" She ignored me and slid out of her chair and walked over to the fridge, pulling it open and grabbing her a juice box.

I sighed and sat down at the table beside her. Just when I was about to eat, the house phone began to ring. I dropped my fork on my plate and glanced over at the caller I.D. to see August calling. I slightly rolled my eyes and grabbed the phone off the reciever.

"It's for you Li-Li." She looked up from her plate and slowly took the phone out of my hands. Once she seen August calling, her whole it up with excitement. She hit the button and placed the phone to her ear. "Hey daddy." A huge smile spread across her face.

"Im good, Im eating dinner right now." I sat back in my seat and listened to their conversation. "School was good,my ballet class was really fun today." I sighed, knowing that I had asked her the same question earlier. "...I miss you too, when are you coming back?" I looked up at her, hoping she would repeat his answer.

"Yeah of course!" She started. "Can you pick me up from ballet class tommorow?" I frowned, wondering why he wouldn't ask me first. "....Im not speaking to her." She mumbled, but I still could hear her. She sighed and handed the phone over to me, not saying a word.

I took the phone out of her hands and placed it to my ear.

ME: "Hello?"

AUGUST: "Im gunna pick Aliyah up from her ballet class tommorow, so don't worry about getting her."

I frowned.

ME: "Are you asking me or are you telling me?"

AUGUST: "I ain't think it sounded like a question."

I took a deep breath, trying not to get upset.

ME: "And where will you be taking her?"

AUGUST: "Out with me, and back to my hotel, I'll make sure she's back at a decent time."

I scoffed.

ME: "No, I'll just pick her up from whatever hotel your staying at."

AUGUST: "You don't trust me with my own daughter??"

ME: "I didn't say that."

I looked over at Aliyah, who was all in our conversation.

AUGUST: "Im not even gon argue with you, if you want to pick her up then fine."

ME: "Okay, text me the hotel address and room number."

AUGUST: "Yeah." "So what movie do you want to watch next?"

I frowned once I heard a female's voice in the background.

ME: "Who's that??"

He sighed.

AUGUST: "I'll be there to pick Aliyah up tommorow, I'll text you theaddress so you can get her."

I opened my mouth to speak, but the sound of the dial tone stopped me. I sat the phone down on the table, just for Aliyah to be getting up, with her plate in her hand. I watched her step up on the small stepping stool and place her plate in the sink and throw her empty juice box away.

"I'll be up in a minute for your bath." She shook her head and quickly turned around. "I can do it." She walked outof the kitchen and back upstairs.
