A father and daughter competition were the day that her daughter most looked forward. Not because she's one of a participants, but this the day that they were going to leave the country to their long month vacation.

They're too fascinated to the story that Leendon told them, about the place they were going to visit. Their luggages were ready since last week, but there's one more important thing she need to do and that is, to let her daughter left a message to her father. Then right after that, they're set to go.

"Mom! Where can I put my letter to Daddy?" Quien excitedly asked her.

"Princess, you can paste it on the door so it's easy for your Daddy to see it." she replied while double checking the locks.

"But Mom why do I need to just leave Daddy a letter if I can call him to his cellphone?" she asked, feeling weird about it.

"Because your father are busy working with Harry Potter, we don't want to disturb him at the wizard school. Right?" she replied.

"Okey Mom." Quien just nodded​ and walked toward the front door to paste the letter for her Dad.

A minute after, Leendon parked his car in front their house. He approached Quien and curiously looked at the door.

"Hey Princess! What are you doing?" he asked​.

"I need to paste this letter that I wrote for Daddy." Quien replied and continued on what she's doing.

"Do you want me to help you?" Leendon endearingly asked her.

Quien smiled at him and kissed him on his cheeks.

"Thank you Uncle Leend. Can you please paste it on the door, so Daddy would saw it easily?" Quien put her forefinger where Leendon can put her letter.

Leendon gave her a thumbs up.

"Got it! Let me paste it fast, because we need to be on time on the competition." Leend kneeled in front the door and hurriedly paste the letter on the door.

"Are we going to be late?" Quien asked worriedly.

"No Princess, if we're going to leave now." he said, while he carefully paste the letter. " Done! Now, tell your Mom that we're going to leave now.

"Okey." she replied and hurriedly went inside the house.

The competition just started when they arrived. They're already wore their costume so they go directly to their respective seat and wait for the program to start.

After five minutes of waiting, the master of the ceremony emerged at the center of the stage.

"Good Morning parents, students, guests, participants and most of all to our main benefactor of this event. Before we start, let me first introduce to all of you the very generous man who donated ten million dollars for this benefit event. The moment he knew the proceeds of this event are for the sick children, he personally came to my office and offered his help. He said his daughter were the main reason why his heart became more closer to the children. Ladies and Gentlemen let me proudly introduce to all of you the President and CEO of WORLDCON, Engr. Lucas Marcus Montero." the principal proudly introduced and wait for Lucas to emerged on the stage, but the younger version of Lucas were the one who walked confidently at the center of the podium.

"Good day to all of you. My name is Alex Matthew Montero. I am the younger brother of Engr. Lucas Montero. My brother have an important meeting today, so he asked me to personally came here in his behalf. Honestly, he really wanted to watch this event, especially that he were looking forward to see the performance of his own daughter. So let's hope that he can make it. Anyway, he wanted to say that he was so proud to be part of his benefit event. He promised that he will always support every benefit project of this school, so don't hesitate to approached him. Thank you and have a nice day." Alex waved at the crowd before she went down on the podium.

Quien seriously looked at her mother, she have so many things came in her mind about on what she had heard

"Mom, where is WORLDCON? Why the school principal said that daddy were working there? What is President and CEO?" she couriously asked her mother.

"Princess, I will answer all your questions right after this, now let's just focus on your performance first." she smiled at her daughter.

"Okey Mom." she nodded to her and leaned back on her seat.

They looked on their sides when a younger version of Lucas Montero approached them. Then greeted Leendon and stared at Quien and Athena.

"Hi, you must be Dr. Leendon Pierre. I am Alex Montero of Montero Group and Company." he extended his right hand to Leendon.

"Oh yes, Hello, I'm Dr. Pierre. Please to meet you. What can I do for you Mr. Montero?" both men shook their hands.

"Nothing much. Lucas just asked me to thank you for accompanying his daughter to this event." he smiled.

"It's my happiness to take care both of them, they are a family to me. And Quien is like my own daughter. I am the first one who hold her when she came in this world, since that day she became my own daughter. Both of them are too precious to me. So, anytime they need me I'm always there for them." Leendon smiled back.

"They are so lucky to have you." Alex said while he looked at Quien and Athena. "Hello,Athena, right?" he sweetly smiled at her. "And you must be my beautiful niece Quien Montero." he kneeled in front of Quien and hugged her tight.

"You smell nice." Quien giggled.

"Really? thank you!" he loosen his hug, and intently looked at his niece. "You're really look like me" he chucked.

"Oh! You're right!" Quien looked at Alex, checking every details on his body. "You also look like Daddy. Your eyes, hair and everything. You're like a little twin brother of Daddy." Quien crossed her arms to her chest and she glance at Leendon. "Uncle Leend, do I look like him and Daddy?" she asked while trying to find any similarities to Alex.

Leendon laughed to Quien's question. "For what I seen, yes."

"Okey, lets see our similarities." Alex said and smiled to Quien.

"Okey let me see, your eyes and mouth are look like me. You're right! We look like each other." she said happily and clapped her hand. "Oh, we're next!" she hurriedly grabbled Leendon big right hand. "Let's go Uncle Leend!"

Alex chuckled to Quien smartness.

"Good luck." Alex smiled."See you later my beautiful niece. See you too Athe. I will be one of the judges, I think Lucas will be here in any moment. He won't slip this special event." Alex said and bid goodbye to them.

After twenty minutes, Quien and Leendon excitedly waited for their turn. They were very confident for they diligently practiced every night for the past whole month. When the emcee called their names Athena happily cheered to them.

The emcee introduced them.

"Our next participants is our famous dentist, a philanthropy, and he's also one of our big benefactor in this benefit competition. He has a very generous heart for helping people especially the children. He'll be gone in months for a medical mission. But before he left let us enjoy his performance with daughter Quien. So here they are, please give them a warm of applause. Our Dr. Leendon Pierre together with his beautiful princess Quien." the emcee clapped loudly while Leendon and Quien emerged on the stage.

Leendon sat in front of the grand piano while Quien stood in front of the clear white table with a pile of sand.

"Good day everyone, thanks for a nice and so warm introduction. The truth I felt so overwhelmed for the nice words but honestly I'm so nervous to perform in front of you. I'm not really born to be a performer. I better settle for being a dentist." he joked and people start laughing. "But I have someone very especial to me who were born to be an artist and a performer. I proudly introduce to you my beautiful Princess. She's going to show us the wonder of her hands." Leendon smiled at Quien.

The people got amazed with their performance. Leendon played the piano while Quien drew using a sand. In every notes of the song Leendon' play, and every single sand that Quien beautifully draws touched the heart of all the audience. They ended their performance with a standing ovation.

Lucas got teary eyed, he's so proud to his daughter. He was came on time when Quien was just started to draw. He can even tell that his daughter is far more talented than him when it comes to drawing. She was amazing, a very talented kid. His eyes followed her until she entered at the backstage. He decided to approached them right after the announcement of the winner.

While at the backstage, Athena saw Lucas in one of the audiences. Her heart felt so much pain the moment she saw him, she remember again the airport scene. She's not ready to face him, the pain still too much.

"Leend, we need to go at the airport now. The weather report said that the rains will start in a hour. We're going to hit the if we don't leave now." she said. Hoping Leendon will listen to her.

"Are you sure, we still have one and half hours before our boarding time." he asked.

"Yes, now let's go before the rain pours." she replied while holding her daughter tiny hand as they went outside the performing.

After an hour of a long wait, it's the moment to revealed the winners. Everybody at the audiences shouting of Quien and Leendon to be a winner. Lucas got so nervous, he can't explain why. This were the first time he felt dizzy toward the competition. He's very competitive person but he never experience to got nervous like this.

When the emcee announced Quien and Leendon to be the winners. Lucas almost jumped on his seat. He excitedly waited to Quien and Leendon to recieved their awards. But surprisingly, one of Leendon staff emerged on the stage. Lucas instinct told him that something happened so he walked toward his brother who were seated at the table for the judges.

"I'm Denna, the Secretary of Doctor Pierre. In behalf of them I accept this trophy. Doctor Pierre was really excited to accept this award but he was already on board for the medical mission. But, he said, thank you for the recognition. Once again, thank you for this award." Denna smiled then went down at the stage.

"Excuse me Miss, my name is Lucas Montero. I'm looking for Dr. Pierre." Lucas serious face made Leendon staff frighten.

"He is on board for his medical mission." Denna replied.

"Where's Athena and my daughter? Are they with him?" he said while his face started to got redder.

"I don't know Mr. Montero, Dr. Pierre just ring me a while ago before his boarding time and he asked me to come here in case that they're the winners But beside that, I don't know his whereaboats." Denna explained carefully.

"Bullshit! I have a feeling they're with him." Lucas furiously said and he looked at his brother that stood quietly beside him. "Alex call our top investigator, I need to know their location. "And you." he looked at Denna eyes. "Tell your boss to send back my family." he fumed then went outside the Performing theater with Alex in towed.

Lucas Montero, shout loudly as soon as he was inside his car. Cursing himself for being so stupid again. Now he realized, Athena watched the airport scene. She's hurt, that's why she left.
