Ikuto yawned tiredly out stretching his body across the soft mattress then sitting up rubbing at one of his eyes groggily. Ikuto was too far gone to notice that the two bodies that snuggled close to him weren't on either side of him. Panicking my mind race with thoughts before calming down realizing it was already morning. That put another damper on Ikutos mood knowing exactly all the events going to happen today. Across my room my suitcase stood upright ready and set to leave home and let the world direct where he would land. I would of been in a greater mood if it was just a vacation to Hawaii but that's not coming any time soon.

Ikuto's folded a hand over his mouth again yawning before lazily standing up. I walked my way to my bathroom stripping my clothes off all the way there then jumping in the shower turning the hot water on streams of it running through my torso, hands droplets dripping on the tips of my finger nails.

Afterwards Ikuto left the shower a towel wrapped around his waist as he searched through his closet slipping on one of the many plain black tee shirts and dark jeans. He took his leather jacket over his shoulder exiting his room and into the narrow hall that lead to the now bright living room. It annoyed him how everyone was up and awake than the usual peaceful quiet mornings. His mother was probably rampaging their kitchen packing lunches and breakfast for today's events.

I entered the living room finding my mothers spawn of a husband sitting down at the round wooden wool table his eyes scanning through a newspaper.  My eyes rolled at the sight of him hating as much of the sight of the man before him sitting in his table living in this household. Tila and Incho were nowhere to be seen probably went to have a look through outside or meetup with the gang. Ikuto walked in the kitchen his mother taking a glance at him a smile pulling up at the corners of her lips as she pressed her chin and head against her phone.

" Yes, yes I will call you back as soon as we get to the airport." Akemi promised ending the call giving her full attention to me." Morning Ikuto." She smiled once again standing on the tips of her toes to kiss my cheek my nose scrunching in distaste." I'm not a child, mom." Akemi rolled her eyes as I pushed past her to the fridge that stood on the far corner." I'm aware of that Ikuto." She remarked sarcastically patting my shoulder." Did you say your good mornings?" Quirking a brow while snorting under my breath she was referring to her spawn of a husband if I gave my ' good morning greetings to him.'" Of course not. A spawn like him could-"

" Ikuto-"

Huffing in annoyance I pushed past Akemi again a glass of juice in my hands as I neared the table. The spawn in the table raised his eyes to meet mine lowering his newspaper slightly." Good morning Ikuto."

" Gee didn't know the Devils spawn could greet a good morning." The spawn- where are my manners, Hataka glared up at me as I ignored the stare trying to hold back the smirk but failing. Hataka huffed folding the newspaper back in its place taking a sip of his water." Shitsureina." Ikutos eyes narrowed into tiny slits recognizing that this spawn of the devil insulted him in his home language. Smirking, two could play at that game.

Ikuto coughed simultaneously shifting around in his seat." Akuma no supōn." Ikuto coughed in between the word so it was less noticeable but enough for Hataka to hear. Hataka took on his challenge without passing me a glance reopening the folded newspaper." Subete no anata ga motte iru koto wa arimasu ka?"

" Yori ōku no anata ga kangaeru yori, fucktard." Ikuto leaned in closer covering his face with his left hand." That means fucktard in English." Hataka glared more daggers at me as I shrugged them off without a care." You will not speak to me in such a way." My eyes bulged with false surprise as my mouth gape." Oh I'm sorry where are my manners? Take one sip of your water again It'll fly in the air in five seconds top when I punch your gut in." Hataka's face was glowing red by now from the anger he was boiling inside of him. To be fairly honest it pleasured me to see how stupid Hataka was, I hated his guts and he hated mine in which we both didn't get along.

" Stop fighting now or I'm putting this hot pan on both your foreheads." My hands raised in surrender my eyes looking over at Hataka as he tried so dearly to distract himself through that newspaper of his. For my mothers sake, I continued to push his buttons seeing how far he'd finally snap." Just putting it out there, he started it." Hataka glared at me once more. His glaring wrinkling that old face of his I'll be sure to make those marks permeant." You selfish childish boy, learn your place."

" I think I found mine, where's yours?" Before Hataka could place a good enough remark, which I highly doubted, Akemi slammed a burning hot pan on the wool table making Hataka flinch." Ikuto!" My hands were back up against my chest showing my surrender." What? It's not like he earned a place in this household." Akemi sighed annoyed by how childish our arguments were. Akemi knew that I did it for the mere fact to see Hataka so frustratedly pissed.

" Hurry and eat your breakfast, we leave in ten minutes." Akemi reminded making my stomach churn the sudden urge to eat lost gone and replaced by the remorse of leaving. Hataka smirked my eyes rolling at his stupid expressions.

                              - - -

" Text me when you get the chance! Or I swear I will spam your phone." Tila threatened standing on her toes so she could kissed my cheek and hug me tightly. Grunting from how tightly she was hugging me she pulled away tears sparking up on the corners of her eyes but not quite." Gonna miss ya kiddo." Robert raffled my hair making me groan swiping his hand away." I think I'm glad I'm leaving. It would give me a chance to take a break from being called 'kiddo.'" Robert chuckled stuffing his hands into his pocket leaning back against the fence.

" The ganghouse would be less troubled when your not around." Suzuki added in having his fair share in sharing a hug with me before pulling back his long white white braided back loosely around his shoulder." You will be missed Ikuto." Scowling Ikuto pushed at Suzuki's chest in a playful manner." It's just two months, I'll be back to pulling your hair Suzuki." He smiled his glasses tilting down his narrow nose." Looking forward to that."

" Gosh get a f*cking room already." Looking over Suzuki's shoulder the most shortest in the group and most temperamental." Okada I almost forgot about your b*tchy a**." Okada huffed crossings his arms around his chest looking at me right in the eye." Your a pain, leave already." Smirking Ikuto went over to Okada wrapping his arms around the small of Okada's back his smirk growing wider when he didn't struggle away from him." I'll go don't have to worry about my where a bouts." Okada pulled away a small blush tinting his cheeks.

" A see you soon is fine." Ikuto shrugged backing away from Okada as he looked over at Incho whoms arm was draped around Tila's shoulder. Ikuto made a simple hand sign to Incho and a quick hug." Tell me when you get your first lay." Snorting both males pulled away smirking stupidly.

" I'll update you about the Blood's every so often. I set a chip on your watch so you'll be able to get the signals." Suzuki informed showing me how to power the watch and unlock the data. Ikuto nodded in understanding." Again since we already figured out what to do for now we need to plan out how to undo any of these corrupted murder cases." Everyone agreed to those terms.

" Ikuto we're leaving now!" Akemi yelled out followed by a slam of a car door closing. Taking a deep breath in everyone's attention was back on me." Till then Ikuto." Robert gave me a salute while I did the same." See ya old man." Waving goodbye to everyone Ikuto made his way to Akemis car hoping in the back seat. Akemi looked back him a smile turning on the corners of her lips." Are you ready sweetheart." Hataka asked Akemi a grim expression on his face as he passed me a glance. Akemi nodded Ikuto's eyes on the window seeing as his friends stood there waiting till the car was in far distance so they could all depart.

The car pulled away from they're drive way. An idea popped on the top of Ikuto's head as he smirked rolling down the window sticking his head out when he was in a nice far enough distance." Okada sucks Roberts d*ck for a living!!" Ikuto could see from here that Okada's cheeks were flared in a bright red as his fists clenched at his sides. Suzuki, Incho and Tila burst out into laughter slapping their knees.

" I'm going to kill you Ikuto Taro!!"

It was about nine maybe even five maybe even six in the evening when we finally got to Tokyo.

I remembered being in Tokyo and hating the life I had with it in the past. It was extremely boring, all my professors like to get they're noses all over my home life.

" I suggest taking your son to a therapist! He needs extra help with his anger issues!" My mother Akemi sighed in frustration giving my professor a small smile." I-I'm aware of my sons-" She looked over at me gulping strongly." Issues." Ikuto tusked sensing his mothers distress." I assure you I'm trying my hardest to help with his anger issues but he just-"

" Ms.Taro I understand your having home problems but this cannot go on. I cannot teach Ikuto if he doesn't try to pay attention in class! parents are always making constant complaints about your son distracting their children's attention in they're lessons!"

" Well if you stop yelling and giving my mother such a hard time she might think about your options." Ikuto pressed in between his mothers conversation. Akemi mouth opened in surprise my professors mouth gaped open as well." Excuse me young man?" Akemi glared at Ikuto grabbing his shoulder trying to push him away from the small living room." Ikuto I told you to go off to bed. This isn't the time to be pestering me."

" But mom he's bothering you and he's only being a burden." The professor fed up stands from his position in one of the seats in the living room glaring at Ikuto." You see! This is the type of behavior your son has."

" Yes I know that and I will take matters into my own hands I just need a little more tim-"

" A little more time!? I'm sorry for making such a ruckus but this is unacceptable! Take my advice and take that-that crude of a child to a therapist." With that my professor made his way to the door slamming it shut behind him obviously putting all his frustration and anger into that door. Akemi on the other hand sighed stressfully kneeling down in front of Ikuto her shoulders slumping in exhaustion.

" Ikuto don't listen to him he didn't mean what he sai-"

" I get it mom. It's not like he was the first person to call me names." Akemi sighed once more reaching out to stroke my cheek. A slow smile was turning on her face but it didn't reach her eyes." Ikuto why can't you behave in school? Are the kids giving you trouble?" Ikuto pouted crossing his arms around his chest rolling his eyes." No. But all of them act stupid and immature." Akemi frowned pulling down Ikuto onto the floor embracing him in a tight hug.

" We're going through a lot right now." Akemi pulled away brushing at the loose strings of hair that by passed onto Ikuto's face." But that doesn't mean you've to grow up so fast and stand those responsibilities." Akemi finished pulling Ikuto into a hug once more petting his hair from the back. They stayed like that for a while in silence Ikuto being greedy nuzzling further into his mothers hug missing just being able to hug his mother.

" Ikuto promise me something?" Akemi whispered against his ear him sighing at the proposal that he was about to induce in." Don't grow up too fast." She pulled away again taking my face in between her hands placing a kiss to my forehead giving me a small smile.

A small smile that didn't reach the same plum colored eyes that he shared with the woman.

" Ikuto, Ikuto wake up honey."

Jolting awake Akemi shook at my shoulder a frown tracing her features." We're here." Groaning while stretching my limps out Akemi steps aside to give me room to exit out of the vehicle. Hataka was hauling my suitcase out of the truck grunting once he gotten the large suitcase out. Apparently Tila over packed maybe worried that having one or two supplies weren't enough.

The next thing I know it Akemi was slamming her small frame against me holding me tightly into her arms stroking my hair. Light tears wet my collarbone as my eyes bulged with bewilderment." Mom-"

" I'm going to miss you very much sweetheart." Akemi interrupted if possible embracing me even tighter. Giving up I held her tightly as well not realizing leaving my mom for two months would actually affect me as much. This was the woman that gave him life into this world, she put up with his misbehavior and  dealt with so much misjudgment from people because of how much I hated other people breaking the bond me and my mother had. Even if I pissed Akemi off she wouldn't dare lay a finger on me or disown me, she simply smiled and told me what was right from wrong.

I didn't know that I was going to miss her this much.

Akemi pulled away from the embrace wiping at her eyes a smile still plastered on her face." Well it's late and you need to be up early for your new classes." Akemi choked on a sob but wiped it away again stroking my cheek and standing on her toes to kiss my forehead." Please stay out of trouble and eat well." Chuckling I pulled my mother into another embrace catching her off by surprise." I'm going to miss you too, mom." I whispered not loud enough for her stupid husband to hear.

She choked again pulling away this time kissing my cheek and forehead once more before she was entering the passengers side of the car." I'll give you a call every once a day just to see how things are patching up. Tell Takeshi I said hello." Akemi informed putting her seatbelt in. Hataka gave me a simple wave of goodbye not bothering to fed me the whole ' goodbye stepson I'll really miss you.' crap. I'm glad he choose the right option.

Akemi waved goodbye as I did the same they're car pulling away from the large parking space.

Once they're car was far gone and went through the odd ancient gate I took in my surroundings.

                " Two months. . .heh."
