~Jake's POV~

“Skye!” I yelled as I ran up to his front door. When he saw me running he laughed.

“What is it? And don’t run, you’re going to slip and fall.”

“My mom sent me over with some pie. She says thanks for inviting us over for Thanksgiving.” I said presenting the pie.

“It wasn’t a problem. I’ll pass the message on to Vanessa. Besides, we had enough room since it was only the two of you.”

“Yea, Mark changed his mind at the last minute. Ditched us for my dad.” I shrugged.

We moved over to his porch bench. “Will you ever see him again?”

I looked at Skye. “No, I don’t think so. He left without explaining or saying goodbye. So I don’t care.”

We were silent for a while. We both turned to look up at the sky. The sun had already gone down and it was beginning to get darker.

“Are you going to stay for a while?”

“No, I have to go. I’ve got some things to do.” I said. I knew I was being vague, but who could blame me, with all the things I had planned.

“Oh I see.” He sounded disappointed.

“Why are you so sad? You’re coming with me.” he smiled when I said that.  He took the pie inside and led him back to my car and quickly got in on the driver’s side.

“So, where are we going?” he questioned.

“It’s for me to know and for you to have fun finding out.” I smiled and winked at him before driving to our first destination.

We arrived at an ice-rink that was already filled with people. “We’re going to skate? But I didn’t bring my skates.”

“We’re not skating. Maybe some other night.” I promised.

I motioned for Skye to wait for me while I go buy some hot chocolate. On my way there I searched for one of my buddies.

“Hey, is everything ready?” I asked him, clearly excited. I hope nothing went wrong tonight. I hoped more than anything that I didn’t just jinx myself by thinking that.

“Yea, my cousin’s finishing the final touches. You can go up so long.” I started walking away. “Yo Jake! Good luck”

I smiled at him and then hurried off to Skye. I handed him the hot chocolate and he seemed to appreciate its heat.

“Hey, let’s go up there.” I pointed to the room where a view of the entire ice-rink could be seen. It was used when there were shows and other events. “I heard there was something going on tonight.”

Skye raised his eyebrow at me. “You watch ice-performances?”

“Not really. But this was is different. Come let’s go. We’re going to be late.”

“Late for what?” he said as I dragged him by his arm up the stairs. This way was faster since there were quite a few people waiting at the elevator.

When we got there I let out a breath. Thank goodness it didn’t start without us. I pulled Skye into a hug and smiled. “I love you Skye.”

he opened his mouth to say something but was stopped when flashed of blue lights started lighting up the place. His eyes gleamed with wonder and he looked up at me in realization.

I just held him tighter and sipped my hot chocolate while enjoying the show.

~Skye's POV~

I stared at this lights show going on below. I was in complete awe. Jake did this…for me? I continued watching and saw how different colors were added and how all the lights danced around the rink.

There were little elementary girls as well as a few of Sam’s classmates down there too. After a while I noticed that with the lights they were spelling out words.

“Skye.” that was the first word.

“I love you.” by this time my eyes were already tearing up.

To think that Jake would do this for me made my heart feel like it was going to jump out of my chest. My stomach felt like it was being attacked my butterflies.

But, I must have been cursed. At that moment, all the lights powered out. We were surrounded in total darkness. I frowned and turned to walk away. Jake held me in place and leaned closer to my ear.

“Stay, and look up.”

I looked up but saw nothing. That’s when it happened. I saw like a million fireworks being shot up into the sky. They made different shaped. The biggest was a heart that was joined by a ‘J’ and a ‘S’. I continued to watch. My eyes went wide every time I saw something new.

Words started appearing one by one in the sky. “Will-you-be-my-boyfriend?” I gasped at this.

The last word was “Jake” with a little heart before his name. I looked up at Jake with tears in my eyes.

“This was all I could think of.” He said smiling but still not looking at me. “I was afraid that if I asked you directly again, you’d just say no.”

I finally turned towards me and took my hands in his. “You did all this…for me?”

“Yes Skye. I love you and that’s never going to change. I never thought I’d fall for someone like you. You’re sarcastic, super smart, you don’t care what other’s think of you and you stick up for everybody. At first I hated these things about you. But now, these are the things that make me love you more and more each day.” He squeezed my hand. “So, will you Skye? Will you be my boyfriend?”

“Jake, you’re an idiot! Do you know that?” I heard some people gasp behind us. “Of course! Why would I say no now?”

“Fuck yea!” he said before crashing his lips to mine. I heard people clapping in the background and I just held onto Jake tighter. I didn’t care about them. Jake was all that mattered now. We were in our own little world.

He broke away from the kiss and I pouted. “Don’t be sad babe. There’s more where that came from. But we have other things to do now.”

I shivered when he called me ‘babe’. But the good type of shiver. “Like what?”

“You’ll see.” There was more? This could have been the biggest surprise yet. What else could he have come up with?

We got back to his car, but this time he didn’t take me anywhere extravagant. He took me to his house. I furrowed my brows when he parked the car in the driveway.

“It’s more private this way.” he answered my un-asked question.

I followed him into the house and took off my coat while he switched on the lights. I watched his every move. He motioned for him to follow him into the living room. On the floor were a few cushions and a covered platter on the coffee table.

“I thought candles were overdoing it, so I left them out.”

“No, this is okay. I like it.” I reassured him.

We walked over to the table and sat down on opposite ends. I lifted up the cover of the platter and was surprised to see some homemade cheese pizza. I grinned and wrapped a string of cheese around my finger. I moved it closer to my mouth and licked it off.

I saw Jake’s eyes widened and he was staring at my mouth. He leaned across the table and made as if he was going to kiss me. Instead he grabbed a piece of pizza and started chowing down on it. I scowled at him and shook my head.

He laughed and choked down the rest of the piece. “Oh, did you want some?”

“I’m not mad because you ate the pizza.”

“So, you wanted something else?” he smirked at me. “Well then you’re going to get it.”

He leaned over again, his face lingering just above mine. He came in closer and gently pressed his lips to mine. I pulled away and grabbed a slice of pizza with a huge smile on my face.

After we finished all the pizza and watched a movie, while making out here and there, Jake guided me to his bedroom. I wasn’t completely sure what he had planned. Whether we were just going to call it a night or…

Once we got to his room he turned to face me. “Skye, you mean everything to me, I wouldn’t want to do anything you’re not comfortable with. You have to tell me if you don’t want this.”

“Tell me what you’re going to do and I’ll tell you if I’m onboard with this plan.” I said teasingly.

“Well first I’m going to kiss you, all over. I’m going to get you all heated up so that I know you’re enjoying just as much as I am telling you thing.” He kissed me on my neck. “And then I’m going to show you just how much I can love you.”

I was taking fast breaths. I couldn’t think properly. Well, that was probably because all my blood was currently flowing through a different part of my body.

“Do it.” It was quick. But that was all it took for Jake to respond.

He kissed me, and kissed me hard. He opened his mouth a little and I stuck my tongue into his mouth. He growled and pulled me in closer. He walked back and I followed him. I fell down on top of him on the bed.

As I was straddling him I lifted up his shirt and trailed kisses down his chest. He flipped us over and helped me sit up. He pulled my shirt off and tossed it somewhere behind him. After mine, he did the same to his.

“You are completely sure right?” he asked again.

“If you ask me that again I’m going to take matters in my own hands.” I said fed up.

“Oh, kinky.” He winked at me.

He leaned down again and captured my mouth with his. I bit his bottom lip as he started grinding against me. i ran my hands against his back and dug my nails into it when he grabbed me down there.

I moaned as he squeezed a bit harder. “You like that?”

“It’d be better if we weren’t separated by so many layers.” I said.

“Oh baby, now you’re talking.” He pulled on my bottom lip and undid the button on my jeans. I stopped him and showed him I could do that by myself. It was faster if we undressed ourselves.

Now down to our underwear, this is where I started to get nervous. I looked down and noticed that he was already fully hard. That made two of us.

He pulled down my underwear just enough so that I was exposed. I felt his hand trace over it lightly and closed my eyes while arching into the touch. His hand felt warm ad strangely comfortable. Like it belonged there.

“Hold on tight baby.” That was all he said before I felt his tongue. I moaned so loudly that I had to cover my mouth. “Don’t do that. I want to hear you.”

I blushed and looked away to my side. He continued his ministrations and I carried on moaning as if I was getting paid to do it. I gripped the sheets tighter, so tight that my knuckles were beginning to turn white. It wasn’t long before that feeling of bliss and contentment overcame me.

He leaned up over me and starting sucking on my neck. As strange as I felt about him sucking my neck, I was rather enjoying it. “Y-you swa-”

“Shh, the fun’s just started.” He silenced me by planting a quick kiss on my lips.

“You too. I want to do it to you too.”

“I’m fine babe. I can wait.” He said. “This is about you. Tonight you are all that matters.”

He did all the necessary preparations and before I knew it, he was inside and I was breathing hard and harsh breaths. It hurt and it felt like I was being ripped open from the inside. “Be gentle, it’s my first time.”

“I can see the pain written all over your face, and you still have time to joke around? Damn, you’re great.” He said kissing me. I winced and he pulled back. “Sorry, heat of the moment.”

I nodded. “Okay, you can move now.”

He started out slow and after a few minutes, picked up speed. He didn’t go too fast and I was happy about that. There was a time when he hit a spot inside me that made me squirm. The pleasure was so great, it was almost unbearable.

“You okay there?” he sounded worried.

“I-I’m…uh…Ah!” I arched my back. I looked up to find his blue eyes staring directly at me.

Whenever he hit that spot, I moaned. This action was repeated about five more times before he stilled. I closed my eyes and saw sparks go off behind my eyelids. I kept my eyes closed and felt Jake leave me. he walked out of his room before coming back with a wet towel. He wiped both of us off and smiled down at me.

“Thank you.” I said.

He furrowed his brow. “What for?”

“For not giving up on me.” I threw the towel down on the floor and laid down next to me. I rested my head on his shoulder and felt a blanket cover my body. “I love you.”

I heard a faint “I love you too.” Before I was taken by total darkness.

now be nice guys, even though it wasn't all there...it was my first time writing a scene like that.
