...Amber.

"Amber?" You called her name and approached Amber's desk; her expression continuing to be one of despair. "Is everything okay? You seem so...glum..."

"Oh...hey (Y/n)..." She miserably mumbled, looking up to lock eyes with you.

"What's going on?" You reached out to touch her shoulder, but that made her break down.

"Laura and...and Cadence...they're still...they're still in hospital." Amber wept and wrapped her arms around you in a huge hug as she stood up.

"T-The knife thrown at Laura...It...It had to be pulled out and she...she was in so much pain." Amber was crying into your chest by this point, traumatised. "C-Cadie is still hurt too...and they both haven't left the hospital yet..." Ah, so that's why they were MIA today.

"Aw Amb, I'm sure they'll be out soon." You returned the hug and tried to comfort her, "These types of injuries take time to heal."

"I know, I know, but..." She broke away and wiped at her eyes, recovering from her sudden outburst. "But what if they don't recover? What if the injuries are fatal? What if—"

"Amber, you're overthi—"

"What if they never ever leave the hospital!?" Amber clutched at her head and you placed your hands on her shoulders, shooting her a soothing look.

"Amber, listen to me." You attempted to console your panicked friend and calm her down - not wanting her to continue freaking out. "They're going to be fine. I'm sure if they were fatal wounds, the doctors would've informed you. I'm also pretty sure Laura and Cadence will return to class soon."

"How can you be so sure?" Amber spoke anxiously, picking up her bag and gripping the strap. Because thinking that way is common sense - is what you wanted to say, but you held your tongue; wanting to cheer her up.

"Because their parents both have phones, so they would've texted you if something majorly bad was going to happen." You pointed out. "Or the doctors would have. Wouldn't you agree?"

"That...That makes sense..." She nodded and pulled herself together, relief washing over her face as her fear faded. "Thank you, (Y/n). I...I really appreciate you helping me out."

"Anytime." You smiled whilst you pushed Freddy and Michael to the side, wanting to make sure she was somewhat alright. "Hey, would you like to walk home together?"

"Oh, no thanks." Amber rejected your offer with a weak smile of her own, "I...I have something to do. I'll be going now."

She left before you could say anything back to her, confusion clouding your mind as you simply stood there. "Take care then, Amber!" You didn't even know if she'd heard you or not, but hopefully she did.

You walked out of the room yourself and hummed under your breath, wondering if your walk home was going like normal. Wait, Freddy had promised you that he'd take you to see Norman, hadn't he? So you sent a quick message to your mom and told her you'd be late home, due to having to do something. A second or two later a gasp slipped through your lips, not expecting to see Michael standing right behind the corner. W...What was he doing inside the building!? And why was he even here in the first place? Surely this couldn't be because of you - otherwise this stalking thing was spiralling way out of control.

"Do you need something from me?" You curiously questioned, bewildered by his baffling behaviour. He nodded.

"How am I meant to know what you want? And why do I seem to have it?" You began to feel a little irritated; your lack of knowledge starting to push your buttons a bit.

The stalker dipped his hand into his boiler suit's pocket and pulled out a notepad and pen, holding them in his hands as he wrote down his answer. Then, he passed the notepad over to you. "I ᑕᗩᑎ'T TO TIKIG ᗩᗷOT YO. I O'T KO ᗯᕼY. I ᗯᗩᑎT YO Y Y IE. ᗩᒪᗯᗩY." [A/N: "I CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT YOU. I DON'T KNOW WHY. I WANT YOU BY MY SIDE. ALWAYS."

Your face flushed a faint pink, not knowing how to react to such an obsessive response. "I...um, well I...I'm flattered, but I can't stay by your side." You replied in a soft tone, not wanting to set him off or anything.

Unfortunately, he didn't like how you answered him; the silent male grasping both of your wrists and pinning you against the wall. This - of course - caused you to drop the notepad. "H-Hey! What are you doing!?" You squeaked, looking into his dark-brown orbs whilst they stared back at you intently.

You expected him to take it further or become somewhat violent, but instead he let go of your wrists - cradling your cheeks and caressing your skin with his rough thumbs. "I'm sorry, okay? But I just...can't." You bit your lip and tried to stop your slight blush, not understanding what was happening.

After a minute, Michael bent down and picked the notepad back up - holding the pen once more. "I O'T GIE ᑌᑭ. YO ᗩᖇE IE. I Iᒪᒪ TKE OT ᗩᑎYOE ᗯᕼO GET I Y ᗯᗩY." [A/N: "I WON'T GIVE UP. YOU ARE MINE. I WILL TAKE OUT ANYONE WHO GETS IN MY WAY."]

"So you're willing to go up against the other slashers...?" You spoke with hesitation, "I mean, I don't think Hannibal likes me that way at all - and I don't know Norman, but Freddy acts strange around me. Not to mention Jason randomly declared true love."

"I O'T ᑕᗩᖇE ᗯᕼO I ᕼᗩᐯE TO KIᒪᒪ. YO Iᒪᒪ TY Y Y IE." [A/N: "I DON'T CARE WHO I HAVE TO KILL. YOU WILL STAY BY MY SIDE."] Michael's next scrawl made you flinch, not expecting it to be so threatening. What should you do?

"I...I just need time to process this." You decided finally, thinking it over and trying to brush past him. Except, that didn't happen.

Michael curled his left hand around your right wrist, preventing you from walking away as he pulled you back a tiny bit. "Look, I can't do anything more for you." You huffed.

"O'T EᗩᐯE." [A/N: "DON'T LEAVE."] You relented after reading that; your empathetic side deciding to take charge.

"I have to leave, but you can keep me company if you'd like to." You lightly offered, "Only until we leave campus, okay?" Michael nodded, freeing your wrist and standing beside you.

So you and Michael started to walk through the hallway, your pink cheeks darkening when the killer received a ton of unwanted attention. "If you stalk me again sometime, can you - oh I don't know - wait for me outside?" You muttered unhappily, disgruntled by how this situation could turn into something worse.

He slowly nodded, the stalker taking it one step further and sliding his fingers through yours; holding your hand and moving as close as he could to your body's side. You couldn't even say anything, trying to ignore people's murmurs and Michael's actions. Would Freddy be waiting for you when you left the grounds? And if so, how on Earth was he going to react? Oh god, probably another fight. Why did they all seem to fawn and fight over you? Were you that important? None of this made any sense to you whatsoever, your mind not being able to comprehend any of this. What were you supposed to do in this sort of situation?

"How am I going to fucking react? Why don't you tell me, princess~?" A voice drawled out, the dream *demon leaning against the gate's wall. Crap, here we go...

"Freddy listen, this isn't what it looks like." You tugged your hand out of Michael's and took a deep breath, trying to explain properly. "He's been stalking me all day, and I told him he could walk with me until we left the campus grounds - that's it." You told him nothing but the truth, the burnt male checking your thoughts to make sure you were being honest.

"Still," His expression darkened, "I thought I told you that you weren't allowed to go near them anymore." The dream demon glared at Michael with animosity, and the stalker glared right back at him; both males hating the other as you stood in-between.

"What's your problem?" You retorted fiercely, "I just so happened to meet him in one of the hallways. There's nothing wrong with that."

"Nothing wrong with that? Are you for fucking real?" Freddy growled and held out his gloved hand, eyeing Michael with tremendous hatred. "He's nothing but a cold-blooded creep. So get over here, doll-face. Now." He demanded darkly.

You looked at Michael for a moment and then glanced at Freddy, not wanting to be ordered around. You weren't going to take this. "No."
