"I don't know about you guys, but this place just looks abandoned..." Cadence remarked awkwardly, gazing around Camp Crystal Lake and frowning a little bit.

"I think the cabins and the lake compliment each other pretty well." You timidly commented - standing nearby the gorgeous lake and growing mesmerised by how lovely it looked. "In my opinion, it looks great."

"I mean jeez," Laura folded her arms and dismissively looked at both the lake and the cabins - her expression one of disappointment, "I was expecting something cool, or something we could all do together."

"I'm with Laura on this one, (Y/n)," Amber sighed and shook her head, also looking disappointed, "I mean, I guess the lake looks nice at least..."

"Hey, c'mon you guys," You actually argued back, shaking your head, "Camp Crystal Lake has been deserted for a very long time, so of course it's going to look abandoned. You guys are being way too critical here."

You stopped looking at your friends and just stared at lake; still feeling impressed by how pretty it was. The top of the water sparkled while the sun shone through the silvery clouds slightly, the atmosphere causing you to become entranced. The rundown cabins weren't completely ruined, in fact the camp had potential. Unbeknownst to you, you - and your friends - were being watched. He wielded a bloody machete, wore ragged clothing...and a dirtied hockey-mask. The male hated how more people had trespassed into his camp, and how three of them didn't even like the way Crystal Lake looked in the first place.

However...his blue orbs flickered over to where you were standing; somewhat pleased that you at least enjoyed the environment surrounding everyone. In fact, he found you to be much prettier than the other girls there, with your gorgeous (h/c) hair and beautiful (e/c) eyes. Not to mention how you were defending said camp and appreciating everything around you. Still...his eyes swivelled back to the other three, detesting their insults and their dismissive attitudes. How dare they discredit Camp Crystal Lake in such a manner. Mommy would be deeply offended. Actually...she'd want him to take out said trespassers, and take them out immediately. So that's what he'd do.

"I don't know about being way too critical," Amber huffed, "I mean, look at this place. Maybe it was a mistake coming here."

"Well we are trespassing." You pointed out, "We should head back. No one's supposed to be here after all."

"I'm with (Y/n) on this one." Cadence sided with you, gripping her handbag's handle lightly. "We might get caught, or even worse get in trouble. Let's just chill at Laura's house."

Amber rolled her eyes, but you could tell she was in on what you were saying. "Ugh, fine. Laura, you down for that?" She asked and turned to the dark-haired girl, wondering if Laura would be okay with the idea.

"Yeah, it's all good." Your third friend nodded and stretched her arms in the air, "Should we get going then?" She suggested airily, turning towards the Camp's entrance/exit and began to head in its direction.

"Wait, who the hell is that?" Amber exclaimed in a disgusted voice, pointing across the lake and spotting a masked figure stalking you all.

"I don't know, but I get the feeling they don't like us being here, Amb." Cadence chipped in, grabbing the dark-haired girl by the wrist and pulling her in the direction of the exit.

"We should leave you guys." You began to panic, knowing that a mysterious male in ragged clothing most likely spelled trouble, "He doesn't look that friendly."

Before any of your friends could reply - or any of you could leave - a pocketknife got thrown across the glimmering lake at sickening speed; getting lodged in Laura's chest. She cried out and all of you went into complete shock, not knowing how to react to such a sudden attack. Where did that even—? Your eyes swivelled to the masked man across the lake and connected the dots, knowing that he must've thrown it. The next knife hit Cadence in the side, causing her to let out the second cry and start running towards the exit. Amber managed to dodge the knife thrown at her and for some reason you didn't receive any attack - you being safe.

"You guys need to leave! NOW!" You shrieked in alarm, clutching your arms and trying to get them to safety. "This guy is dangerous!!"

"He's nuts!" Cadence sobbed, traumatised by this guy's actions, "What kind of guy goes around and throws knives at people?"

"He could be Jason Voorhees." Amber anxiously spoke, grabbing both Cadence and Laura's wrists and dragging them towards the exit/entrance of Camp Crystal Lake.

"Wait who...?" Cadence gazed at Amber in complete confusion. "Who's that...?"

"He's a Crystal Lake legend." Laura chimed in, shaking her head at Amber's answer, "This guy must be some sort of copycat."

"I don't think he's a copycat..." You shook your head and hurried behind them, taking another look at this guy. He looked enraged.

But why? What did you guys do? Was someone really this mad over four girls trespassing a little bit? "You guys go on ahead. I'll distract him." You decided bravely.

"But—"

"Cadence, didn't you hear me? GO!" You gave her a small push and Amber dipped her head as a nod, clearly grateful for your sacrifice.

"Thank you, (Y/n)." Laura joined in, going back to leaving the camp. "Hope you can make it out. This guy's no fucking joke."

"I'm going to try. Take care, you guys." You made sure your friends were in the clear before spinning around, scared when you saw the same male just a few metres away from you.

"U-Um...I'm sorry..." You swallowed and attempted to retry, "I didn't realise Crystal Lake was so valued...and that trespassing was such a big deal to whoever defended the camp."

The hockey-masked male paused and tilted his head to the side, obviously being a little hesitant about whether or not to take your apology seriously. "Please believe me - you didn't need to throw pocketknives at my friends. They just wanted to visit someplace nice-looking, that's all." You explained faintly, hugging your arms even tighter than before.

"Y-uh...Y...ou...th...in...k-uh...C-uh...ry...st-uh...al-uh...L-uh...ak-uh...e...i...s-uh...n-uh...ice...l-uh...oo...k-uh...in...g-uh...?" You jumped at the sound of his rough voice, not expecting a question. [A/N: "You think Crystal Lake is nice-looking...?"]

But still, you forced a smile to your face and decided to answer him. "Of course I do! The cute cabins, the fantastic forest, and the best thing of all - the lovely-looking lake! Camp Crystal Lake is simply stunning, and that's why we wanted to visit it today." You clasped your hands closer to your chest and then continued. "We weren't going to damage it or anything - like I said earlier, we only wanted to visit."

"N-uh...oh...w-uh...on-uh...e...v-uh...is...it...s-uh..." He growled out, whipping out his machete and holding it menacingly. [A/N: "No one visits..."]

"But why? Why does no one visit?" You persisted innocently, the male opposite you finding your attitude to be oddly adorable.

"N-uh...oh...w-uh...on-uh...e...is...ah... ll...ow-uh...ed-uh...t-uh...o..." He firmly stomped on the ground to prove his point and you slowly became less afraid. [A/N: "No one is allowed to..."]

"Are you...by any chance...Jason...?" You fearfully questioned, "...As in Jason Voorhees...? The Crystal Lake Killer?"

He gave a cold nod and tightened his grip on his weapon, not understanding why he - Jason - was so infamous. "I'm...I'm (Y/n)..." You introduced yourself apprehensively and then carried on with the conversation. "It's really...nice to meet you! I've heard stories about you, but stories are just stories, y'know...?"

Strangely enough, your attempts at conversation seemed to calm him down and cheered him up, the notorious killer lowering his weapon a tad. "Y-uh...Y-uh...ou...d-uh...oh...n-uh...'t-uh...th...in-uh...k-uh...I'm-uh...s-uh...ca...ry...uh...?" Jason slowly asked you, cocking his head further and taking one small step backwards. [A/N: "You don't think I'm scary...?"]

"Not at all, I don't find anything about you scary." You bashfully replied, "I mean...I've only known you through the stories that people have told. They say you're Jason Voorhees - someone who'll protect and patrol the Camp until the end of time."

"Th...Th...ah...t-uh...is-uh...t-uh...rue..." Jason spoke again, "I...I...w-uh...il...l-uh...p-uh...ro-h...t-uh...ec-uh...t-uh...ah...nd-uh...p-uh...ah...t-uh...ro...l-uh...un...t-uh...il-uh...t-uh...he...eh...nd-uh...of...t-uh...im-uh...e..." His voice was fierce, and the way he held himself was firm - being controlled by only his mother. [A/N: "That is true." "I will protect and patrol until the end of time..."]

"Don't you ever want anything for yourself...?" You used the last of your courage to keep going, curious about this seemingly, misunderstood male. "Like, to live with other people? Or make friends with the people around the lake? I know this psychiatrist/therapist that could help you."

"N-uh...oh...I...I...d-uh...oh...n't-uh..." Jason snapped out ferociously, "H-uh...ah...nn-uh...ih...b-uh...al-uh...w-uh...oh...n't-uh...b-uh...e...ab-uh...l-uh...e...t-uh...o...h-uh...el...p-uh..." His response made your eyes widen in surprise. [A/N: "No I don't." "Hannibal won't be able to help..."]

He...He knew Hannibal...? Did that mean he knew Michael and Freddy as well...?
