Nicolas POV

I followed my nose and ended up in the commons. It smelt like vanilla and Strawberry's. Then I saw her, the most beautiful woman, long brown hair, brown eyes, LelaAnn. I instantly fell in love but then my mood changed. I had to reject her, I don't think my father would ever approve of the girl that used to wash our dishes to be the next Luna. Plus she is my best friends sister I couldn't do that!

~After Rejection and after she ran away~

Im driving back to school when my father mind links me and he is pissed!
He angrily yells "pack meeting now"
What the actual fuck did we do!

~at home~

I get home and my heart is racing. Is it about LelaAnn and her being my mate! I hope he knows I rejected her.

I walk in the pack house and I didn't smell LelaAnn, I wanted to go talk to her! I walk to the meeting house and I saw Dylan, boy did he look pissed!
I walk up to him and greeted "hey man what's up"
He punched me

and that's when we started fighting!
My dad broke us up and said "what is the meaning of this"?

"He just punched me out of no where" I said angrily

"You rejected my sister and she ran away" Dylan said

"What" I said in shock, my mate ran away!

"Yes and its all of your fault"

he did not just blame me

"I wasn't the only reason and you know it, you and your damn family issues was the main problem, that made her run away". I said

"No, all of you are the problem" my father said in his Alpha voice

"What"? Me and Dylan said in unison.

"Meet me in the meeting house"

Father sat down and said to me "You rejected your mate for what reason"

"I rejected LelaAnn for you I thought that you wouldn't accept us"

"What makes you think I would not accept you, I liked LelaAnn"

I was lost for words
So I left and went to go find LelaAnn

LelaAnn's POV

Im all out in the open, no werewolves, no supernatural creatures, except me!

I go to the airport and got my ticket out of this place!

New Jersey here I come!
