"Let's get back on mission, shall we?" Nicholas muttered under his breath.

Two of them walked out of the room, staying close to one another. They can hear the firing sound from below.

That means the attack has began, most of guest and guards who had drank the spiked drink have fainted, thanks to Nicholas.

Their members are doing great, Jacob is passing information to them, he told them that Lucifer went to Underground basement.

Well they expected something like that, so they are on their way to Underground basement.

They had only one mission in their mind, that is

Kill Lucifer,

Lucifer's guards are all over the Mansion now, they spotted two guards.

"I bet I can take out both of the two guards in less than five seconds without them even giving them a chance to even raise their guns to their shoulder level." Nicholas spoke in a challenging tone

"What would happen if you fail?" Callista asked with a raised eyebrow.

"If I fail, then you get to rub it in my face and I will do whatever three dares you to want me to do."

"Deal"

Nicholas slowly moved towards the two guards, trying to be as quiet as possible. Once he reached near them, he stood straight "Hey boys..."

The two guards turned around, but before they could make a movement against him, he attacked them. he took out the guard on the right first, before taking out the another using a combination of strikes to the face and throat. They both fell flat on the ground and Nicholas stood above with a snug look on his face "I win."

"Don't get too cocky" Callista spoke, making him smirk.

Soon Nicholas and Callista went into action, They got their guns ready to attack. Nicholas watched in shock as her eyes turned black in an instant, Before he could open his mouth to speak, she already moved ahead. Next second they were shooting left and right, All they could hear was the sounds of firing and screams.

Eva was alone now, he was fighting a guard who is twice her size, who managed to make a cut on her shoulder, it wasn't that deep, But deep enough to make Blood drip from her fingers. With a growl, she lunged forward, her knife flying through the air hitting his neck.

He fell onto the ground, blood spilling from his neck. Eva took out her gun and shot him on head.

Her shoulder and neck are bruised in fight, fighting with mens twice the size of her isn't a easy job.

Pulling out her knife from his neck, she walked towards the basement.

Surprisingly, the path was empty, which only meant, DANGER, Especially since she lost her earphone during the fight, Eva had her gun ready in her hand, She slowly moved forward.

Nicholas shot the man in his head, the man fell on the ground with a loud thump. He looked around him, only to find bodies of the guards he killed.

"Jacob, where's Eva?" He asked through the microphone

"Boss, she went to basement, I am not connected with her for the past five minutes"

Nicholas cursed under his breath, Before rushing towards the basement, shooting whoever came into his path.

He know that Eva is a great fighter, she is trained for it, but she is still a child, A young girl fighting grown ass mens, he can feel himself getting worried sick.

"You better be fine" he muttered under his breath.

He would never admit it loud that he care for her, he care for her as a friend, as a brother. He know that Lucifer want her, he was initially confused about why would Lucifer want a young girl like her. But now getting to know about her, watching her fight, he understood.

She isn't afraid of blood, she have a heart that is too strong for a young girl. She have this fire inside her, that can burn out everything.

He feel sick thinking about, what she must have gone through to end like this. She was so cold towards him first, but slowly she started to warm up, She is still cold, but they gave came a long way to understand each other.

There's something in her eyes that makes him feel nervous. Sometimes she looks so cold, next second he can see her looking relaxed, it's like she is a two different person. One is cold, dominant, emotionless, and other is much calmer, sassy and easy to get along along type person.

Seriously that girl is a mystery.

"Where you going Doll face?" One of the guys spoke slowing stepping forward. Eva said nothing and tried to walk forward but felt someone's chest bump into her head, She is starting to get annoyed.

"Someone with such a pretty face shouldn't be roaming around at night, especially at a place like this alone. Maybe you should stay with us for the night, huh?" the man said, he was about to touch her face, but she quickly grabbed his hand, twisted it and started to sprain. He squealed helplessly,

"Aaaaeeekk!" As she finally let go, she immediately sucker-punched him straight in the nose. He fell to the ground unconscious.

"She knocked out Blade!" One of the guys said and they all charged at her. He didn't expected her to fight back, he thought her to be one of the trainee of the guests, who came with their master and got lost wandering after the fight started.

Eva couldn't help but smirk a bit at the fact they chose to fight her, and also because the guy's name was Blade.

The first two guys that charged at her were kicked into each other. She stepped on one of the guy's foot with her deadly boots . He squealed in pain and got punched straight in his chest. He wheezed and tried to breath but it was too late. She head-butted him and he fell straight to the ground. She flipped over the other guy in front of him and did a scissor-kick in his groin.

"Motherf-" He started to say. But then she sprained his ankle straight with her hands and he fell. She got up and turned around slowly to see the last guy quietly whimpering, she immediately took out her gun and shot all of them.

Her eyes are now deadly black, she feel so charged, like she is under some kind of drug.

She smirked again and looked at her wounds that have gotten worse, especially her shoulder. But what she didn't expected was a gun pointing at her head from back.

She froze at the place, she knew that it's not time to act recklessly, one wrong move then her head will be boom.

"I didn't expected to get you in my hands so soon Eva" The person spoke, making her stiffen.

She know that voice clearly, the same voice that trained her, the same voice she once trusted, the same voice she believed to be of her savior.

Luca

Right hand of Lucifer.

He was the one, who took her to knight academy, he was the one who introduced her to Lucifer. He was the one incharge of her training. He was the one who destroyed their plans, the same one who was the reason for them getting caught, the one behind Calieb and Emily's death.

The hate she feel for him is may be more than the what she feels for Lucifer.

She slowly turned to meet the eyes of her attacker.

She was right, it was Luca.

"Luca" her voice filled with venom.

"I see you haven't changed a bit" he spoke with a evil smirk, as he eyes her carefully, the gun still pointed at her forehead, ignoring the anger in her eyes.

"I advise you not to try anything foolish because I know your moves better than yourself, don't forget that it was me who trained to Eva Gabriel, so don't even dare" he spoke in a threatening voice, as he grabbed her chin harshly.

"I will kill you" she spoke through gritted teeth, as she gave him the deadliest looks.

"How petty of you to even think that you can threaten me with you words, In few more minutes I will gets all your mens in their feet, I will make them beg for their death, as you watch them tortured in front of your eyes" he started to laugh like a manic, his nails digging through her skin so deeply that it started to bleed.

He know that, she can't outsmart him, he is way more powerful and strong than her, she don't even have a chance infront of him. But he is impressed by her capabilities and skill, the way she managed to make it to here, without getting killed, she surely will make a great assassin.

He smirked knowing that Lucifer will be happy to get her in his hands finally, there is no escape for her, they will make her bend in the way they want, even if it meant torturing her to agree to them.

Nicholas reached the basement, but there's no sign of Eva anywhere, bodies of men lie of the ground bleeding.

"Eva" he shouted, as he kept on looking for her.

He was continuously firing and throwing knife here and there. He was getting more and more angrier as seconds passed.

"EVA, WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?" he shouted,

"No need to shout, she is where she needs to be" a voice spoke.

Nicholas turned around immediately, he knew that man, if he isn't wrong this man is the left hand of Lucifer.

Gary

Both of them have their gun pointed at each other head, ready to fire.

"Where is she?" Nicholas asked, his voice dangerously low.

"Well I can't tell that, but I can tell you one thing for sure, that is, you are soon going to meet your death at my hands" Gary spoke lazily making Nicholas blood boil.

"Your mens are loosing, Finding her is mission impossible, and most importantly you are going to die now" Gary spoke with a smirk.

Before Nicholas could give back a reply, three guns were pointed at his head, but Nicholas kept his gun firmly at Gary's head.

If he is to die, then he will take this asshole with him.

"So say goodbye bastard" Gary spoke with a evil smirk.

Next moment a loud thump was heard as the lifeless body fell into the ground.
