Alfonso pov

After my talk with Noah, Alana came in and called for me to come. So now we are standing in front of the guy who sent her the text.

"Before I say anything I just want to make sure of some things." He said, and I nodded for him to continue.

" you don't hurt innocent right? No matter who's their family? People like Alexa"

"No never, only the ones who choose this life and who choose to try and hurt my family," I tell him.

" I want in, I want to be part of your mafia, I can't see more innocent people get hurt." I thought about it.

"You know what you have to do if you switch mafia" and he nodded.

" I work for the Irish Mafia, the same that kidnapped her the last time. The guy who took over the last time was killed by the brother of the boss that your daughter killed when she freed herself. But it was all kept quiet so that you would think that they were your allies, and then revenge you behind your back. They still don't know you know." Now I was raging. They played me and now my daughter is laying right there because of it.

Noah's pov

They had been out there for a little while when we started hearing screaming and banging. It sounded like Alfonso was the one screaming.

"Mom, you need to take me out there please!" I tell my mom

My mom helps me to sit in a wheelchair and we make it out. I was right, Alfonso was fuming.

"What's going on!" I scream and everyone stops.

At that Alfonso just sits on the ground on puts his hand on his face. Alana tells me what happened. I can't believe we missed this they had to have known we helped them because not even we knew about this.

"Dad, did you guys know?" I ask my father who was standing beside me.

"No son I promise. They haven't even hired us since the last time. We really thought they were ended. But that is not what concerns me, what concerns me is how did they know where you guys were, how did they kill her guard with you guys not even hearing him, because from what Alfonso told me he was really beaten up, and you guys must have heard him if it happened when he was guarding you. Something really fishy is going on this doesn't connect the dots." My dad says

"Wait you are right, do you know anything?" Alfonso asks the guy who has a crush on Alana who I found out his name was Paolo.

"No not really, at first we had no info on her, but I think about a week ago the boss found out about her relationship with him because he always said be careful both her and her boyfriend are trained and that's why I think he knew about you," Paolo says.

"But only her guards and our family know about your relationship so it can't be someone from our side," Alfonso says confused.

Who the hell would want to hurt Alexa and me?

They were all just speaking their mind back and forth. But what I loved about all of this is no one is blaming the other side, my parents aren't blaming her family or the other way around.

"What did you say that made you guys fight?" I whisper to Alana who is now standing beside me too

"I may have indirectly told Alexa that I was taking her away from them" at that, I just looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"I know, I know but I was grieving, I finally make a relationship with my little sister but she is constantly in danger"

"You know who our most common clients are?" I ask her, and she shakes her head

"Women, unfortunately, women in this world are always in danger. They don't know when a sick psychopath is going to harass them. Even worse some don't have someone to look for them if they go missing. Your sister has a village that would go through fire for her. I don't know how much you know about her homeless life. But she used to sleep in a graveyard. Do you even realize the amount of danger she was in every time her naive self decided to sleep there? She didn't even wake up when they found her and carried her to their house." She looks at me with wide eyes

"My little sister is crazy isn't she" I laugh at that and nod.

My head was hurting from all the drama

I don't really care right now all I want is to see Alexa. So I ask if Alana could roll me to her room.

Going into her room I am surprised because sitting there was Alexa crying her eyes out.
