Third-Person POV:

RECAP

The door suddenly slammed open and a deep voice was heard, "I am quite hurt that you started the party without me," to which Andrea rolls her eyes while Ares grins as he looks at Andrea and says, "Look who is finally here."

Andrea eyes him with distaste which was visible on her face while the intruder just gives her a small smirk and says, "I can literally feel your love for me, darling. No need to make it obvious," his Greek accent being prominent. 

Andrea scowls widely before she turns around and ignores him. She takes a deep breath and reminds herself that she has to just keep up with this asshole until they find the Russian heir. On being ignored he just shakes his head in amusement and comes inside while closing the door behind him. 

When Roman spots the man, his eyes widen in shock as he splutters with confusion and looks at both Andrea and him, "How-? wait what?"  with his jaw dropped.

"I think you guys broke him," Ares says from behind, poking his head between Andrea and the man.

Andrea just kicks his chair causing Roman to get startled by the sudden movement as he breaks out of his shocked state and asks, "Why are you both together?" and says with accusation at the man, "I thought you had to go somewhere urgently that is why you cut short the meeting,"

"You know Roman before you came for the meeting I decided to pay our dear friend Nikolas a visit and we clicked on instantly and decided to work together," Andrea says while shrugging to which Ares snorts and Lia scoffs while the Nikolas aka the intruder scowls.

FLASHBACK 

NIKOLAS'S POV

I just groan into my pillow as the loud noise of alarm intrudes my ears. I take the alarm and smash it against the wall in irritation. I just ruffle my already messy hair and try to reach for water to see it empty. I groggily walk down the stair and open my refrigerator only to be startled by a female voice behind me, "Took you long enough," I turn around to see a girl sitting on my sofa eating an apple. 

"You know you should restock your fridge dude," she gives me a disappointed look as she takes another bite of the apple and says, "I could not find a single edible thing so I had to resort to this," pointing at the apple as I open my drawer and point my gun at her. 

"Tell me who the fuck are you and how did you enter or else I will fucking shoot you"

"I am Andrea and we have some things to discuss urgently,"

I lose all my patience and shoot aiming at the vase that is placed just beside her as it breaks into pieces but that damn girl holds eye contact with me unflinching.

"Are you done with your tantrums?" she asks with a calm tone as she continues without the care of the gun being held on her head, "If yes then listen, I work with Ares," 

I lower my gun at the mention of his name. He worked in the Elite Organisation and had been sent here to help me with certain tasks. "Call him,"

"He is outside," she says with a shrug, she certainly is not here to kill me because if she wanted she would have done that by now. By the looks of it, she must be in the top positions if she can pass through my security. 

"Show me your tattoo," I demand as she just sends me an annoyed look and shows her hand which confirms that she is part of the organization. 

I take my phone out and let my doors open. I take in the short girl on my couch, with black hair and brown eyes wearing a short black skirt and white turtleneck. She had a constant blank look on her face. 

The door opens as Ares walks in with his usual smile with a blonde girl trailing behind him. I give him a slight nod which he reciprocated with a small side hug. 

"What is this about?" I ask Ares as he just tells me to sit down so we can discuss. 

"I am going to kidnap Roman," the couch girl says, Roman? Why does that name sound familiar?

"And that concerns me because?" in an agitated voice

"You do not remember who he is, do you?" the couch girl asks with a deadpan look, "Second in command of the Russian Mafia? Does that ring any bell to you?"

Oh right, the one I am meeting today. Did she say kidnap him? "No,"

"No?" she repeats,

"I am going to do that and kill him,"

The girl scoffs and says, "No I will be the one who is going to kidnap him and kill him so I just wanted to inform you since it is your territory so you don't cause any hurdle in between,"

I give her a wide fake smile and say, "Please darling, I will be the one to kill him,"

"No, I will kill him,"

"No, I will,"

"I said I will,"

"I don't care, I will kill him,"

"He is mine to kill,"

"No, he is mine to kill,"

"They sound like two girls fighting over a guy," Ares says this to the blonde girl as both our heads jerk in his direction,

"Shut up," the couch girl and I both say this in unison to Ares as that bastard just grins widely and we both send each other a glare after that, 

"On a serious note, we could all work together," Ares suggests as the blonde girl just nods,

"I am not working with this bitch,"

"I am not working with this asshole," we both say simultaneously,

"What did you just call me?" we turn towards each other and ask it in unison again,

This is getting creepy.

"Can we look at the pressing issues?" the blonde girl says, "We both have the same enemy and it would be wise on both of our sides to work together."

Both the blonde girl and Ares look at the couch girl for confirmation. What was her name again? They hold eye contact as in the end, the couch girl just sighs.

She just nods to herself and says, "We could kidnap Roman after the meeting and no one would suspect Nikolas because he would have already left the club. There would be no grounds on which you could be accused of anything and you could let us go through the plan without interruption. We would be using your warehouse to torture him." as says while making this plan up and occasionally nodding to herself,

The couch girl looks at me after she is done explaining as I just shrug and say, "Sounds reasonable,"

"So, Andrea?" Ares asks the couch girl, I mean Andrea.

"We could try it as it is benefiting both sides," she says, "But that does not make me feel any less murderous towards you,"

"Don't worry darling, the feeling is mutual,"

"But he always works alone," 

"Well, a certain someone sparked my interest," Nikolas says while looking through the weapons placed on the table as Ares smiles wide knowingly standing behind them. Andrea goes away to let Nikolas get his information and stands beside Ares and Lia while saying in her usual bored tone, "Wipe that smile off your face before I smack it off," 

Ares being Ares does the opposite and in turn, Andrea just asks him a simple question causing him to send a glare towards her, "Don't you have something which you wanted to inform Lia about?" 

Lia perks upon mentioning her name and looks between the two with confusion and asks, "What is going on?"

Ares cuts Andrea off before she can even open her mouth, "We need to talk about this," with a strained voice, "In a minute,"

"Why did you do that?" Ares goes and asks Andrea in a hushed tone with anger laced in his voice.

"I told you to stop that shit brewing inside your head which I am well aware of. I need this information Ares and after that, I am done with these people. I am not going to replace her. Get this shit inside your head," 

"I am sorry," he says while looking down but still looks at her in slight anger and says, "But what you did is more bitchy,"

"I know," Andrea shrugs and continues, "She deserves to know. She would be devastated if she heard it from someone else and stop avoiding the inevitable," as Ares just gulps and nods but asks, "You won't need us here?" 

Andrea just says while looking at the man being mutilated and says, "It would rather be a good riddance," to which Andrea ignores the offending look thrown her way. 

Ares just scoffs and goes out with a confused Lia after giving a small wave to Nikolas which he returns. 

Such a bloody social butterfly, Andrea thinks and rolls her eyes.

Andrea stands beside Nikolas and asks, "What did he say so far?"

"The name of the Russian heir is Maxim Romanov," 

"Who informed you about the Rhett and I going to ice rink?" Andrea asks with a raised eyebrow to Roman,

"Look I genuinely do not know much about who that person is but all I know is that that person is someone close to you," he looks at Andrea with a pleading look, "It was Maxim who did all the dealings with that person," to which Andrea just nods, "For today also, we were tipped that you were going to kidnap me tomorrow,"

"Do you have something on him?" Nikolas wishpers to Andrea,

"Probably," 

"No wonder, he is answering all the questions like a good little bitch," as he looks at Andrea with an impressed look.

"Anyways, it is the skull gang. Those bastards are forming a ring in which they are selling children because they are easier to manipulate and we were not able to detect them because even though they are formed a ring, they are doing it under the cover of charity. The children are portrayed as an orphan with a fucked up background like an abusive household or dead family and the one in charge acts as if they saved them from a hellhole," Nikolas explains to Andrea,

"They kept this act up with the children too until they were sold, right?" 

"Correct, especially the ones which were not locked up so no one tried to run away,"

"No wonder, no one was able to escape, and let me guess they were simply killed if too stubborn,"

"Yes and people around them would not suspect when rich people buy them because they are trying to get them a comfortable home after being through shitty life," he says with an eye roll,

Andrea looks at Roman as he bleeds from mostly all parts of his body with all his fingers chopped off, his one eyeball out while the other one is squashed, along with a lot of creative carvings, "I need to know how to find Maxim as well as all the events for this,"

"There is a charity ball held every month to sell them. It is in London and Maxim will be there this year."
