Adena felt twice as better once she and Craig returned to his apartment. She had a few bags of clothes from her favorite stores. Retail therapy was underrated. It felt good twice because men's clothing, as much as she looked good in it, was more rugged. It was good to wear clothes that fit her that were brand new instead of recycling her outfit from Saturday. She was literally thinking about burning the outfit in the fireplace and reimbursing Kimberly for it.

Ok, this burning clothes in fireplaces can't turn into a regular thing, Adena...

Getting new panties though wasn't as fun without a husband or boyfriend around. They LOVE it and give the best compliments when they do. Adena had to learn again how to just model them for herself and unfortunately, that depressed her.

But teasing Craig in Victoria's Secret made it all worth it. "Hey what you think about these?" she had asked him and then tossed a g-string at him. It almost hit him in the face. He turned pure red and didn't know how to answer as he fumbled with the g string and put it back with the others. She chuckled, reminiscing about it, which she did several times throughout the day.

By later that night, they were both relaxed, in his sweats, sitting on the couch and munching on leftover Chinese food. "We gotta find a way to work that food off," she said with a laugh as Next Friday ended and the credits rolled. "Wow I haven't seen that movie in a long time," she said to him. They had a full comedic movie marathon. They watched "Dumb and Dumber", "Friday" and "Next Friday". "Ready for 'Friday After Next?'" she asked him.

Craig looked at his watch, "Unfortunately, I have to get ready to go."

"Where you going?" she asked him.

"I have to DJ. I still have that job at least. I can dance off all this food we've been eating" he said to her and then looked at her. He had fun with her but he didn't want to leave her here. "I don't want to leave you here-"

"Well do you mind if I come along?" she asked him. Not believing that she was asking him that, she wasn't a clubber at all but if she stuck by Craig, she probably would have fun. She knew from experience that he would look out for her.

"Are you asking to sit in the DJ booth with me?" he asked her.

"I can sit with you in the DJ booth?" she asked him. He nodded, "Yeah, I wanna see what life as a DJ is like."

"Ok...sure," he said with a smile. "I'll be right back," he said as he got some clothes together and went into his bathroom.

While he did so, she changed into her new outfit and ran her fingers through her long straight black hair, she looked in her purse and dabbed some perfume on herself, and put on some light mascara and lip gloss. He walked out of the bathroom and she smiled. He was cute. He had on another pair of designer jeans, Timbs, a tan-colored sweater with a tan toboggan over his head.

"Ready?" he asked her.

"Sure," she said as he went into his closet and got out his equipment. "What club are you playing tonight?"

"Fever," he said. "Your favorite right?"

As we know, Adena has been here several times but this time was a different experience. They went through the back door of the club, no hassle at the velvet ropes, no freezing waiting outside. Craig immediately started setting up. A waitress delivered his favorite drinks on the house.

"Oh you got a new friend here," the waitress said when she saw Adena. Usually one or a few of the regular groupies were up here but she was brand new. "What can I get you?" she asked her. Adena felt like she was in VIP or something.

"Get anything you want," Craig said to her. "No whiskey though."

"Shut up," she said to him with a smile. "Um...wine? Red? Moscato?" she asked her. She nodded and went back to the bar.

"CD's gotta new girl up there" the waitress gossiped to a bartender. "Hope his usuals don't show."

"Or at least the ones that care," the bartender said as she looked up at the DJ booth.

"Trust me, they all do."

Soon, the club was packed and the party was in full swing. Adena sat next to Craig as he worked, dancing in her seat as she sipped on her wine and looked at the drink menu every now and then. Should she stick to wine or try something new?

That was her theme for this week, wasn't it?

Capricorn's diet and exercise routine should be carefully handled...

Adena started to laugh as Craig played some electronica, she was having a great time. Partying was much better on her terms, which meant 'everyone stays away from me until I say so.' At her high school, a lot of the white kids loved this music. Just hearing it took her back to prom and all the high school parties that she went to.

"What's so funny miss lady?" Craig asked her as he drank his scotch. He programmed the songs so that they would play on their own, which gave him a small break. Without really knowing it, he hasn't taken one since they got here hours ago, he was trying to impress her but he didn't want her to know it.

"This music is just funny to me," Adena said to him, "My friends in high school loved it but at first I could never feel it like they could. They would dance just like them," she said as she pointed to the people that were jumping around.

"So you never jumped around and danced to it? Not once?" he asked her.

"I mean I have once it grew on me."

"Show me."

"No...no way."

"Come on, believe me, no one is watching you, they can't see you. It's just me" Craig said, "Come on," he said to her. He noticed her tapping her feet, singing along, swaying a little but she wasn't dancing. Everyone danced harder when they were up here. Did she not like what he was playing? He noticed she was no longer drinking wine because her wine glass was gone and she was holding a martini glass with green liquid in it. "What are you drinking on now?"

"A green apple martini! It's so good!" Adena laughed, he could tell that she had more martinis than he had scotch. But he liked it, she wasn't as uptight and self-conscious when she was inebriated. Then surprisingly she got up and started to jump around and dance. He laughed in surprise.

"There you go! There you go!" he said with a laugh as she jumped up and down. She was slowly coming out of her shell with him.

It might have been because she was on her third drink, but just jumping and dancing around felt so freeing right now.

"Music's got me feeling so free..." were the lyrics. Then the song auto-faded into a 90's dancehall track.

"I love this song!" Adena practically shouted. Then to his surprise, she started winding her hips. Goddamn, was she a belly dancer too? She made it look so effortless. He couldn't help but stare at her flat stomach.

A beautiful girl with a gorgeous body that could dance was always his weakness.

"Aye! I see you" he said as he danced along with her. Now he started getting hot, he took off his sweater and tossed it onto the velveted couch behind them.

Adena paused her hip whining for a second once she saw him take off his sweater. He was wearing a white tank top underneath.

Or a "wife beater" but she really HATES that term for it...

The tension in the booth started getting thick. Like you could cut it with a knife, most would say. Slowly and surely, the two started dancing closer and closer together. If you were watching, it kind of would have been torturous too.

Just dance together already, you know you want to!

Adena turned around and backed up until she felt Craig's chest against her back. She started feeling hot but it probably was due to her wearing a thick, cropped sweater.

Sure it is.

"Take the stars out the sky for you..."

Soon she felt his hips whining against hers and they instantly found a rhythm, she smiled as she raised her glass in the air and then -

They both heard someone shout, "ADENA?!"

Adena looked around and then saw Missy.

On the whole, Capricorns are not quarrelsome, unless someone is trying to give them orders...
