*Morning - Dragon Kingdom of Lugnica*

Y/N walks around observing the people and the street. The people nearby stares at him because of his unique appearance.

Y/N: 'I am standing out quite a bit.'

Realizing that he is getting a lot of attention from the many onlookers. He went to a nearby alley to hide away from the prying eyes. Finding himself safe, he continues to walk through alley.

???: "If you don't wanna get hurt, cough up whatever you've got!"

Y/N turned to the source of the voice inspecting them. Three individuals, one short, one skinny but average height, and one bulky. He can tell that these people are weak.

Skinny Thug: "You've got some pretty valuable things on you. That dagger pendant could sell quite a bit, and that blade on your back looks pretty expensive."

Y/N narrows his eyes.

Y/N: "Leave..."

Short Thug: "Huh, Leave you? Like heck we will!"

Bulky Thug: "I don't feel like this is a good idea..." Replying with a shaky voice.

Skinny Thug: "Why are you getting scared? This is only one guy!"

Bulky Thug: "Yeah but the aura that guy gives off... It's... S-Scary." The thug stuttered.

Y/N concluded that they won't go away. deeming that they are too weak for him, he grabs Kogatana on his neck with a stony expression.

Y/N: "Unfortunately, I do not carry anything smaller than this."

Skinny Thug: "Huh? Are you underestimating us?!"

The Short and Skinny thugs pulled out their knives, while the Bulky thug hesitated.

Bulky Thug: "Hey, we should leave him alone."

Skinny Thug: "What the hell man? Draw out your weapon, we outnumber him 3 to 1!"

Bulky Thug: "Ugh... Alright."

The Bulky Thug also proceeded to draw out his knife. Y/N frowns and does a heavy sigh. The three has drawn their knives, but he proceeded to stand on the same spot, looking at them in the eyes.

Y/N: "Come then."

Skinny Thug: "Your getting on my nerves!"

The Skinny and Short Thug ran after Y/N intending to stab and slice Y/N with their knives. Y/N stands on the same spot awaited their strike. The Skinny Thug closes in to Y/N, but it got parried as Y/N strikes the knife with his Kogatana shattering its blade. He proceeded to strike the skinny thug on the chest enough to knock him out of shock but not injure him.

Skinny Thug: "Gugh!"

The skinny thug fell to the ground with his shattered knife, the short thug proceeded to try striking Y/N on the back. Y/N predicted this as he side stepped out of the way and striking the short thug with his elbow at the back of his head.

Y/N: "What a disgraceful attack, you pathetic coward."

Looking at the two knocked out thugs. Y/N shifts his gaze at the bulky thug being the last one standing.

Y/N: "Would you like to try or take your friends and leave me?"

The bulky thug, who had before been skeptical of the stranger, surrendered.

Bulky Thug: "I-I won't! I'll take my friends and leave!"

Y/N: "Go ahead."

The Bulky Thug went to pick up his friends and leave Y/N fast. Y/N stared at the place where the thugs were last seen. Placing his Kogatana back on his necklace and proceeded to leave the area and explore around.

*Noon - Dragon Kingdom of Lugnica*

Y/N is now resting on top of someone's roof. He has noticed that the writings and letters of this kingdom is much different to what he learned back in the sea.

Y/N: 'I don't remember any islands to have a different language as this.'

Y/N noted that the sea was missing. Y/N jumped high with Geppo. But the only thing he could see with his enhanced eyesight with Ken Haki is more land and mountains. And farther beyond what seems to be an endless void after the lands.

Y/N: 'The world I am currently in is not the same as before.'

Y/N concluded that he is no longer in the same world he was in. But this is fine for Y/N. if he can find someone strong, capable of defeating him, he will then be able to end his boredom. Being the strongest and unbeatable of his time. He can find someone to fight and develop himself to get stronger and beat a more powerful swordsman.

Y/N: "This is quite exciting!"

Y/N with a wide grin, expecting a lot of fun exploring this new world he is in. His hands trembled in excitement. But first, he has to solve his financial issue as the money he has doesn't work within this world.

Y/N: 'Time to move.'

Y/N got up from his rest and proceeded to jump off the roofs. Walking to what seems to be a marketplace with a fountain in the middle. But what caught his eye is a man standing in the middle. The man with a black hair appears to be wearing different clothes than what he sees to the people around. Observing him in the shadows, he had an incredulous stare and sparkling eyes.

Subaru: "Am I summoned into a parallel world?!"

Y/N widened his eyes with a dazed look.

Y/N: 'Does he come from the same world as I was?'

Y/N intends to find out as he hides behind the shadows.

*Timeskip - Afternoon*

After many unfortunate events from Subaru, he rests upon the same alley that Y/N went this morning. With his clothes drenched in water, he complains about the unfairness of his life.

Y/N: "Hmph. What a fool."

Subaru glares at his phone. Stomping the ground while complaining about his summon. The same three thugs approached Subaru.

Subaru: "Hey, is she finally here? The cute girl who summoned... Me..."

Subaru's with a dazed look and mouth wide open at their appearance.

Short Thug: "What are you babbling about?"

Skinny Thug: "If you don't wanna get hurt, cough up whatever you've got!"

The Skinny Thug grabbed Subaru at the neck of his clothes.

Subaru: "Crap, it's a compulsory event..."

Y/N: "He's in trouble."

Y/N was about to move when a voice sounded behind them.

???: "Move it, move it! You guys! Out of my way!"

A blonde-haired girl ran to the direction of Subaru and the thugs.

Subaru: "Here we go! Is that the cute girl that summoned me?!"

The girl slowed down.

Blonde-haired girl: "Summoned? I dunno what you're talkin' about, but I'm busy! Sorry! Live Strong!"

The girl ran again and went past them. Subaru widens his eyes as he stared at her.

Subaru: "Wait, what? What?!"

The blonde-haired girl proceeded to jump between the walls and onto the roofs.

Y/N: 'What a fast kid. But that kind of speed is not normal for someone her age.'

Her ability to move so quick impressed Y/N but it doesn't impress him too much as feats like those are not rare for him. The Thugs and Subaru was speechless at the entrance of the girl, but they went back on trying to rob Subaru. Subaru was preparing to fight back as Y/N observes Subaru who furrowed his eyebrows and closes his eyes. Then Subaru moved.

Subaru: "You lumps of EXP!"

Subaru punched the bulky thug quite hard as the sound of the fist colliding reverberated. Subaru kicked the short thug sending him flying.

Subaru: "I didn't expect it to hurt me that much... But this world is set up that I'll be strong! My adrenaline is surging! I've got this!"

Subaru, with a playful grin, ran at the skinny thug prepared to punch him until the thug pulled out a knife. Which Subaru saw as he changed and went into a dogeza position.

Subaru: "I'm sorry! It was all my fault! Forgive me! Spare me!"

The thugs kicked Subaru which prompted Subaru to hold his head in pain. The other thugs started to get up and approach Subaru.

Short Thug: "Play games with us, will you?! Die, scum!"

The thugs were about to kick Subaru again, Y/N moved.

Y/N: "Stop."

Landing in the alley, the thugs stopped and turned at the source of the voice turning their face pale with trembling hands.

Y/N: "Stop or else..."

Y/N grabbed the hilt of Yoru which made the thugs shudder with jerky movements.

Bulky Thug: "Its him again!"

Skinny Thug: "S-Screw this, we can't mess with him!"

The three thugs proceeded to run away with heavy steps. They have experienced the strength of Y/N. Subaru held his head in pain while laying on the ground. Y/N approached him.

Y/N: "Hey, are you fine? If you are, get up."

Subaru proceeded to stand up still holding his head in pain.

Subaru: "Thanks for uhh... saving me."

Subaru avoids his eyes.

Y/N: "Not a problem. I only came to you to ask a question."

Subaru does a wide grin as his eyes sparkles.

Subaru: "Are you the companion that will follow me, the hero, on his quest?!"

Y/N stares at Subaru in silence. Y/N squeezes his eyebrows together as he has difficulties in finding the right words.

Y/N: "Um, what?"

Subaru felt like his body was collapsing by itself as he stumbles his words.

Subaru: "A-anyways, what's your question?"

Y/N: "Are you from an-

Suddenly a new voice appeared behind them.

???: "That's enough!"
