"Lascia ch'io pianga mia cruda sorte,"
He woke up to the sound of a beautiful voice. He slowly got up and wore his robe.
"E che sospiri la libertà"
He walked through the corridors and descended the stairs. He knew where exactly he was going.
He could hear her beautiful voice and the piano clearly, as he got closer. Piano? How?!He tought. He was really surprised.

"E che sospiri,
e che sospiri la libertà"
The music room's door was wide open so he could see her from a distance. She was playing the piano, elegantly and singing. Her eyes were closed and she was moving with every note.

"Lascia ch'io pianga mia cruda sorte,
E che sospiri la libertà"
Sherlock stepped inside the room. She didn't realize. She was wearing a silk dark red night gown and a robe with same colour.
The silk gown, made her features more clear. She had a perfect shaped body. With her dark red hair and her pale white skin, she was looking more mysterious yet, beautiful than ever.

"Il duolo infranga queste ritorte de miei martiri sol per pietà,
de miei martiri sol per pietà."
She was looking different when she was in music. She was looking more peaceful and relaxed. She wasn't the thief or the deceiver. She was a musician, a genious composer right now. And for a moment, for just a one sparkling moment, Sherlock wanted to kiss her. Then he deleted this from his mind. He had lost control and he needed to gain it again.

"E che sospiri la libertà"
She finished the aria and stayed silent for a moment.
"How long have you been standing there?"she asked without turning to him.
"Not long."he answered.
"You are an early riser like me."she said with a grin. "It's much better to see you awake you know"she said turning to him. It was still strange to see her without a mask.
"How can you possibly do corapetition and sing at the same time?"he asked with an impressed expression on his face.
"I'm a musical genious. No one can do this. It's technically impossible, but not for me."she said, proudly.
Sherlock saw the beautiful stradivarious and went through it.
"It is really old. Older then me. I'd be gentle if I were you. I can really kill you if you harm it." she said, the moment Sherlock took it. He placed it under his chin and took the bow.
"For me?"he said and started to play.
Her eyes widened. She was astounded. How could he?!she thought. Then she gave up and started to sing.
With every note, as if her voice was getting more and more beautiful. She was exceptional in the highest notes.
She looked at him while she was singing. His eyes were closed. He seemed peaceful and
"Shall be lifted never more."
He finished the piece with a trell.
"How could you play this?"she asked, surprised.
"Miss Westenra, surely, you can not be the only musical genious in the world."he said smiling playfully.
"It was my aria and you've just heard it once."she was still astounded.
"I'm a musical genious."
Both smiled deridingly at each other.
"So, Miss Westenra, I think it's time to get down with business."

"Mr. Lancer, please state your full name for the record."the agent's voice was heard in the interrogation room.
"Nathaniel Howard Lancer."the man who was being questioned said.
"Tell me your connection with the infamous woman in mask."the agent said.
"I work for her. I do whatever she wants."he replied. His face was blank which was irritating Mycroft Holmes, the most.
"Mr. Lancer, please be more specific."the agent said. Lancer smiled and leaned back.
"I'm sorry sir but she is not a specific person."he said, still irritatingly smiling.
"Mr. Lancer, you are not helpful. Please cooperate us."

"Maybe I don't want to help you."

Mycroft's fist slammed the glass. But it wasn't heard.
"Be calm Mr. Holmes. He will talk I guarantee."Anthea said confidently then bursted into the room.
"You can go agent Parker."she said to the agent. The agent looked at her in disbelief but then slowly stood up and left the room.
"Mr. Lancer, listen to me. You either answer my questions or you will be locked in a small cell and tortured in many ways until you beg for your death.. It's up to you. So please be cooperative."she said quickly, directly looking at the elder man's eyes. He didn't seem scared however.
"I don't care."he said recklessly.
"You don't care? You left me no choice then."she stood up and walked towards him. she grabbed his arms and threw him through the floor. He felt dizzy because of the fall and he didn't see her, taking her gun. She pulled the trigger without thinking twice, targeting his lower leg.
He let out a faint cry as the bullet hit.
"Talk."she said, calmly. He let out another cry. He curled up.
"I said talk!"she shouted this time. She then came to his side and stepped on his wound with her high heels.
He let out an agonizing cry. His face went pale. He was in too much pain.
"I used to work for her family!"he said, breathing roughly.
"What happened to her family?"she asked, not pulling her foot from his wound.
"They died."he cried again.
"When?"
"Eleven years ago!"he shouted in pain. She let him go.
"See, you can talk."she said.
"What is her name?"she asked.
"Wilhelmina Eveleigh."he said, in pain.
"Wilhelmina Eveligh deceased in 2005. She is using a fake identity now. What is it?"
"I don't know."he said, whispering. She happened to move towards him.
"Believe me I don't know."she stopped. She knew he was lying but she was willing to get another answers.
"Where is Sherlock Holmes?"she asked. Mycroft's heartbeats fastened. His eyes were focused on Lancer's mouth. He was waiting what he was going to say, then he gave up and bursted into the room.
Anthea turned to him in surprise. Mycroft walked towards the poor injured man, laying on the floor in pain.
"Where is he? Do tell me."he said in a strong voice.
"He is alive."Lancer said. "He is injured badly. But he is healing. He was fine the last time I saw him."he said and stooped to take a few heavy breaths.
"you still haven't answered my question. WHERE.IS. HE?"he barked. Even Anthea stepped back.
"In the manor."the man said. His face was becoming more and more pale with every passing second. He was losing too much blood but Mycrıft Holmes didn't care about this. His little brother did matter the most right now.
"In the manor."Lancer said again.
"In which manor?!"Anthea asled harshly.
"The manor."he repeated himself.
"In WHICH MANOR!"Mycroft shouted in furry.
"I don't know."Lancer said and mycroft grabbed his neck in an inhuman way.
"Tell me you disgusting insect. Where is the manor?!"he hissed.
"The sapphire night."he told him, barely talking. Then he went unconscious.
Mycroft threw him through the floor...

Regan and Sherlock sat together on the large table in the dining room.
"Have you seen Nathaniel?"Regan asked Lucia, who was serving their drinks.
"I haven't seen him since last night."she said. Regan nodded then Lucia left the room.
"Who is Nathaniel?"Sherlock asked, grabbing his mug.
"My stewart. He used to work for my dad. Now he works for me. He is a very honest man. Also, he is the one who saved your life with Lucia."she said. Sherlock raised his eyebrows and sipped his coffee.
"Lucia is my only alive sibling. She is my aunt. She raised me after my all family died. She helped me to survive in this cruel world. And she helped me to free my music. I owe her so much."she said.
"What happened on the day your family died?"he asked.
"It was a massacre. They burnt our old mansion when I was on my way to the house. On that day, we were having our annual family meeting. My two uncles, my grandparents, my uncles' wives my two aunts except Lucia, my cousins, my mother, my dad and my sister... All of them were inside the mansion. They had locked all the entrences and burnt it. They had let them burn alive. I wasn't there because I was late. I had missed the train. And when I had reached there, it was too late..."her skin went pale. She was having difficulty in holding her tears.
"I tried to move on. But a month later, I decided to do something. I was going to take my revenge. I planned my fake death. Aunt Lucia helped me to dissapear in Europe. I waited for the right time to come back. I prepared myself. I lived with homeless durg addicts, thieves, murderers, nobels, rich people. I turned into the hollow thief. Then I came back here in London. I bought this mansion. I found Lucia and Nathaniel. And I started to take my revenge, step by step..."
"Who are they?"he asked. He was carefully listening her words. He felt an urge to hold her hand but he quickly gave up the silly idea. He didn't know what happened to his control on sentiments.
"Thomas Sinclair, Alma Headstone, Cresside Morgan, the Millstones and him."she said harshly.
"You ruined their lives, caused to their suicides."
"They killed my family."she hissed. "Besides, their suicides weren't my fault."
"Mrs. Millstone is in asylum and Reginald Millstone has lost everything and Veronica is dead."
"They deserved it."she said recklessly.
"And you blew me up."
Her eyes widened in terror.
"It wasn't intentional. I didn't betray you!"she shouted.
"Then why there are deep scars on my chest and my wrist is broken?"he yelled at her.
"I was trying to save you!"
"Were you?!"he let out a laugh in disbelief.
"He had set up the bomb. I knew when it was going to explode. I was planning to get you out of the room before it explode. However he lied to me about the explosion time. I didn't lock you inside. His man came by and shut the door. I tried to shout and struggled to free myself. But he was too strong for me to deal with. He got me outside and left there. It was too late for me to SAVE YOU!"she hit the mug to the table. It broke.
"Who was he?"he asked calmly. Her face was red with anger.
"It doesn't concern you. What I want you to do is, find the killer of Veronica and prevent my identity to reveal. Because your sniffy brother has just started a red bulten to find me."she said in a strong and demanding voice.
"I haven't taken your case yet."he said recklessly, sipping his coffee.
"You WILL."she hissed angrily.
"No I won't. And I think it's time for me to leave. Thanks for 'saving' my life."he said and stood up. He heard her laughing when he reached the door.
"You can not possibly leave here unless I tell you you can."she said smiling.
"I don't need your command."Sherlock insisted.
"Fine, try to get out. I won't stop you. But my precious manor will."she said rising from her chair.
"Oh I'm a prisoner now."Sherlock said sarcastically.
Regan walked towards him. Sherlock felt chills as he saw her walking.
She was exceptional. Different. Elegant. Impressive. Smart. Extraordinary. She was the darkness. She was the empress. And now she was ruling his heart.
"And I didn't say you could go."she said closing the gap between them.
"I wish I had never met you."he whispered to her. She smirked.
"It wasn't a coincidence. I was trying to get your attention."she whispered. He felt her soft breath on his neck, as she buried her head on it.
"I know. And you managed to get it."
"And I managed to deceive you, baffle you and beat you. Didn't I?"she said victoriously. The connection between them was getting stronger.
"But still, you are the thief and I'm the dedective. I can still arrest you. I can still put you in a prison."he said holding her hand.
"What makes you stop?"he felt her warm breath again on his neck.
"Nothing. I still have your strings."
"And I still have yours. Remember."she said looking at him. Her pupils had dilated. He could hear her fastened heartbeats. He felt chills when he saw her beautiful, piercing eyes.
"How can I forget?"
With that, he kissed her crimson lips passionately, making her both surprised and delighted...
