Sherlock looked at his watch. It was 11pm. He still got an hour to be there. He didn't know the reason but he suddenly felt an uneasy feeling inside him. Could this be a trap? Moreover, the message was saying 'you will be free' and this was the most concerning thing of all.
Sherlock was sure that the owner of the message didn't mean 'free' in a good way which means she was in danger. Her life was definitely in danger.

Beyond all of this, why would he care for her life? After all, she was a criminal and she was responsible for that explosion. But these were just his brain telling him to stop being deceived by his feelings. He knew that she saved his life. So, he had to return this favour. But the main problem is, though he didn't want to accept, he did care for her. This was why he was so very willing to risk his life tonight to save her.
He looked at the great stone on his table. Why did they want this stone so much? Surely, it must have been something other than it's value. But what was it? Why couldn't he just see the reasons? Why his brain was functioning irritatingly slow tonight?
Sentiments, little brother. He could hear his brother saying these inside his mind palace.
He mentally shook himself at last. No, he was not in love with her. Liar. He heard Irene Adler saying. He didn't care-or did he?- And no, he definitely didn't care for her. Liar, Said Mycroft again. And he was just returning the favour, that's all. Liar...

Regan stood in front of her mirror. She was wearing her signature tight black dress. She wore silk black gloves. With wearing her white mask, she threw one last look at her reflection on the mirror and decided that she was ready. She took her long black cloak and slipped into the darkness of the night.

"Sherlock, I don't want to leave you alone."John said, not pleased about his friend's plan.
"John, it's the only possible way to finish this." Sherlock glanced him while wearing his coat.
"So, I'm coming with the police half an hour later after you leave?"
"It's indispensable that you stick with the plan."said Sherlock gravely.
"Are you alright? You seem...worried."
Sherlock didn't look back at his friend.
"See you in there."with saying these and ignoring his friend's deep concern, he left the flat with the great stone in his pocket.

It wasn't cold outside which was suprising considering the fact that it was in February.

After twenty minutes of riding, he paid the cab, and got out.
The message was saying 'Southbank', but where in Southbank?
There weren't any people walking or sitting on the banks. He was alone which was not good at all.
He looked at his watch, it was 11.55pm. So he decided to wait for any movements. Something inside him was saying that he wasn't going to wait too much...
"Who are you waiting for? Your lover?"
He was startled by the voice coming behind him. He knew that mechanic voice and it can only belong one person.
"And what are you doing here?"he asked in return, hiding his suprise. He couldn't even see her in the darkness, he could only see her mask which made her scarier than ever.
She didn't move.
"Appearently you got the message."she said.
He furrowed his eyebrows. The message...Did she left it for him?
"The message I left for you. I didn't think that you would fall into my trap. It seems that you are not as clever as you claim."
He was having difficulty in hiding his shock and disappointment. And, he failed because his eyes were betraying him.
"Why are you suprised? Surely you didn't think that you could just get into my computers?"

He suddenly felt chills. He felt the danger was coming. She stepped through him. He wanted to step back but he was locked.
"Now give me the stone and no harm will come to you."she said reaching her hand.
"Why do you want this stone? I know it's not about it's value. There is something more, much more going on."he managed to say. His voice, thank God, didn't cracked.
"Which is not your business. Now give me the stone."she demanded.
He shook his head. All of a sudden, something sparkled in his eyes.
"So that reveals a lot then."
Now it was her turn to be suprised. But by her chance, her outfit was enough to hide any emotion that likely to be revealed.

"Are you ready?"he heard his big brother. He was typing a code in the computer.
"Oh yes."he said eagerly, without looking at his brother. With typing six more numbers, he finished his job and locked the computer.
"Good. You know, I don't want anything to go wrong. So please make sure you finish this."his brother said, walking through his large office.
"Everything is under control. And I'm sure that he will turn up. However, I don't want to kill him. I have much more interesting plans for him."
His brother raised his eyebrows and shook his head.
"Sorry little brother but I don't want your toys around me, especially if they are...harmful. You have to get rid of him if it'll be necessary."
"Anyway I don't think that he would do such a thing to cost his life. However, I'm not sure about her."
The older one sighed.
"We've discussed this. She is dangerous. She is an obstacle. We can't trust her. Therefore, she must be exterminated." there was something sinister in his tone. His little brother was suprised.
"Dear God, you really are afraid of her."
The older man didn't seem offended.
"This is called taking precaution little brother, not fear. Unfortunately, we still need her."
"We can finish the code without her."the younger one protested.
"It would take a lot of time. Besides, we have something very precious against her. She doesn't have a chance."he smirked.
His brother slightly laughed.
"Well then, it's play time."with that, the younger Irish man left the office.

"I can help you."Sherlock said, trying to see her eyes beyond her mask.
She shook her head.
"I don't want your help anymore. I've never wanted your help. I was just playing with you. Did you really think that I needed your help?"
"Then why did you save my life?"
She stopped for a moment. Walked towards him. Gently touched his chin. Then her hand slipped down through his chest.
This conversation wasn't going anywhere near good.
"Like I said before, I'm not a murderer."
Sherlock smirked. Their gazes locked.
"Liar."
"What about you? Why did you want to help me? Why you didn't even try to escape from my house?"she said, stepping back.
"Well wasn't it obvious? I was trying to get the stone."he said recklessly.
Inside her mask, her anger was boiling.
"But you are in danger. They are not just after the stone. They are after you too. They have things against you and you are tied up. Their intentions are not friendly. Even if I don't know who they are, I can see the danger you are in. So let me help, for God's sake! Give up this silly revenge game of yours. Your life is in danger!"
"Enough!"this was her real voice. He astounded for a moment but he was glad that he cracked her.
"Don't speak further or I will definitely kill you. I had never betrayed you. I saved your life! I tried to keep you out of this I tried to protect you! I bloody trusted you! I bloody cared for you! And what did I get in return? Your treason!"
By his disadvantage, he wasn't wearing a mask to hide his expressions. He needed to find a way out.
"Touch, touchy"
Both of them turned back to see the owner of the voice.
"You!"Sherlock hissed, his eyes widened.
"Yeah, me. Aren't you pleased to see me Sherlock?"he walked towards them.
"I should have known."Sherlock muttered under his breath.
"She is right. She tried to keep you out of the game but you never listened her. Because you were too distracted."he said deridingly.
"So, now give me the stone. I got a dash."
Sherlock shook his head.
"Tell me the importance of that stone."said Sherlock.
After the day in the pool, he didn't think that he would be that suprised too see Jim Moriarty again.
"Honey look, I'm not in my mood. So give me the stone."
Sherlock didn't move. His mind was overworking now.
"Ok, let me give you some courage."with that he grabbed Regan and without giving her a chance to react, he took of her mask and threw. Regan felt the gun leaned against her temple.
"So what?"Sherlock said recklessly.
"It's too cliche but you made me say it. Give me the stone or I'll pull the trigger."
"Is that suppose to scare me?"
Moriarty nodded his head. Then released Regan.
"You're right. She means nothing to you."he said sympathetically. Regan's eyes became crimson. She was breathing heavily.
"You see my dear, he never loved you. He didn't even try to save you. He used you. He betrayed you. He played with your feelings. He made you vulnerable. But he's got a point too. You are beautiful. You are clever. Even cleverer than him. He couldn't stand this."Moriarty was speaking softly to her ear.
"Enough!"Sherlock yelled. Moriarty raised his head to look at him than turned back to Regan, who was looking sinisterly at Sherlock.
"You see, he can't even bare to accept what he'd done."he smirked.
Regan had locked her gaze to Sherlock. Sherlock could see something inside her was dying. He could see her suffering. And her pain was turning into anger, revenge.
Moriarty then slowly gave his gun to Regan.
Regan took it, without hesitation.
"Regan..."Sherlock could manage to say.
"You will be free"Moriarty whispered her ear.
A single tear soaked her cheek.
"I loved you."she said and pulled the trigger.
