Elena was feeling restless. She loved the kiss, even thinking about it created a fuzzy feeling her. She felt the kiss was filled with passion. Although she had only one boyfriend before in her life but those kisses with him were always bland and she knew that he was not  the one for her but she tried to make it possible and dated him for the sake of it. But it didn't worked out, 6 months in the relationship, and they broke up. But this kiss alone made her hot and bothered but she did not want to admit anything. She forced herself to believe the kiss was amazing because he was experienced. She  had read so many articles after their first meet, in curiousity to know  more about him. She decided to leave the topic of kiss for now, and started doing her chores.
When Michael stopped the car at his office, There was no press this time, they had scattered tired of waiting and Leo opened the door for Hayden. He absentmindedly got out of it and headed direct towards his private elevator. Leo followed him But he didn't paid any attention. He went straight to his office feeling lightheaded to do all the files checkings and pending meetings he has been lacking in..
  Leo remained roaming outside his office working on his phone and keeping check on Hayden. The day went by smoothly for him after his meeting with HER.
Elena too decided to avoid thinking much about the kiss because she was sure it didn't meant much to him and it was casual for him. She decided to sleep on it to think clearly about this topic tomorrow.

Next day Elena was having her breakfast on the dining table when she saw the newspaper on the table. She slide it towards her with her index finger to go through it once while having breakfast.
On the front page it was written in bold letters ' HAYDEN McCarthy's FIANCE VERONICA MARTINS WAS SEEN GOING IN HIS OFFICE BUILDING YESTERDAY MORNING TO SPEND SOME QUALITY TIME WITH HIM. ACCORDING TO THE SOURCES THEY FOUND OUT PERSONALLY FROM THE TO BE BRIDE's MOUTH, THAT THERE WILL BE WEDDING BELLS SOON. THEY HAVE EVEN HIRED A PLANNER. ALTHOUGH PLANNER's NAME IS NOT REVEALED YET...'
She felt betrayed. Although she knew he was going to be married but this, he had come to her after spending so called quality time with her and to top it off kissed her, fooling her to believe it was real - Whatever she was feeling, he was too. But it was all illusion and now her vision cleared. She was now going to focus on 'Avoid Hayden' mission. Before it went out of her hand and her heart stopped listening her like a lovesick fan she is and started dreaming of forever fairy tales and happily ever afters with Hayden she has to let go of her liking towards him.
"Ellie Ellie" came Noel's voice running from bedroom to kitchen. Elena blink back the tears, too self respected to be the other woman, she promised herself to let go of her this teeny weeny crush(actually more than that) she had developed in some days. She believed in herself and was determined to do it at any cost.
"Ellie, good morwing" Noel said.
"Good morning, my baby, hop on" she said pointing to her lap and fed her food while her sister was making pancakes and omelettes for them. Then standing up she said bye to Aliya and Noel and got in her car to go to her office.
Hayden was feeling happy for the first time in his life, although he was masking it with a cold facade in front of world, but to his dear ones, it can be felt he was more relaxed, laid back and seemed peaceful...

That day Elena was restless. She was not feeling like working. For a person who was dedicated to her work, she almost screamed at herself for not able to wipe that kiss from her mind.. she picked up her phone, put it in her pocket and without her car keys, exit the building and started walking down the road in direction opposite to her apartment. After 15-20 minutes she saw a park, where children were playing. She started playing with them and didn't realised so much time had passed it was actually started getting dark. She bid them goodbye and with brisk walk, started towards her office again. Some creeps were eyeing her. She felt stupid for not bringing her car. She walked faster when she ran into someone.
"Ow" she exclaimed painfully..
Two pair of arms hold her from waist and steadied her. She gazed up to see a hot looking man, blue eyes gazing at her. She backed up and eyed him warily thinking he might be a creep too.
"What is a pretty girl like you doing here at this time?"  "Nothing, sorry, I will just go" she said walking away. He hold her wrist to prevent her from going.
" Woah, relax girl, if it makes you comfortable with me, I am David" he said giving his hand to shake.
"Okayy, I am Elena" she said contemplating while dragging the word okay.
"let me drop you at your place, trust me its not safe here" he said trying take her hand..
"Wait, what if its not safe with you instead" she told him bluntly taking her hand to her chest.
"And why would you think that, I am genuine, you can trust me, we will go to your place your way and you can shout for help when you think its not the right way, what do you think?" He asked to convince.
"Fine" she said after giving a much thought. She got in his car with him and told him the way to her place, as promised David parked his car under her building. She sighed in relief. "Thank you, thank you so much, I owe you" she said facing him..
"No worries, yes you owe me, so you can repay it by becoming friends and going out for a coffee?" He winked..
She hesitated for a coffee date, she doesn't want any more complications in her life. When David notice her hesitation he spoke "Don't worry cutie pie, I play for the same team, its just a friendly date"
" really?" suddenly she got excited to have a gay friend "wow, I mean really wow, you really are gay?" She questioned "yeah why" he asked noticing her weird behaviour.
" Because I love it, I have always wanted a gay friend" she told him cherrily "wow" she muttered to herself.
He chuckled. She really is a sunshine. So much happiness on a gay friend. "Okay bye and thanks again" this time she hugged him. He laughed out loud hugging her said "bye"
Elena got out of the car with a lifted mood, afterall her long time wish to be a friend with gay has come true. Then she remembered something, she turned fastly "David" she called him, he was going to start the car
"yes?" 
"Your number please" she grinned.
"Oh yeah sure" he chuckled again at her enthusiasm at her being friends with him. They both bade bye after exchanging their numbers. In the meantime , now that she thought about , she didn't think about Hayden while playing with kids or while being with David. So from tomorrow, in free time she was going to do exactly same. Spend time with them....
