"Y/N! Open the door."

"Are you there?"

"Y/n ahh!"

Scoffing at the annoying mutt who has been yelling in front of Y/n's door for the past 10 minutes, I open the door.

Oh it's Y/n's friend who I met yesterday.

"She's not there," I said bluntly.

"Then where is she?" He turned to me.

"I don't know."

"What do you mean by 'I don't know'? Where is she?"

Inviting him to my house, I explained him everything that happened that night.

"What are you saying? Do you know where you've brought this to?" He scolded.

"Have you reported to the police?"

"No I can't," I had to explain why I can't go to the cops.

"What are we gonna do?" He asked.

I pulled out the large black book from my side placing it on the table.

"Black Magic?"

"Yes look, I've obtained something from it," I pulled out the notepad where I had jotted down my observations.

"I did the bubble test to find Y/n's location but it didn't work for her alone so I'm not sure if she's dead or outside this world."

"What do you mean? None of this makes sense!"

"I'm guessing that she must be in one of the parallel worlds. So our task for now is to find in which parallel world Y/n is."

"What should we do for that?" He asked me.

"I don't know yet," I sighed as we stare at the book in front of us.

Taehyung's POV

Sighing, I lower down the binoculars that I've been using to watch over Y/n's house which has shown no change for the past 24 hours. The windows and curtains remain closed since last night.

The last time I saw her out was when she was with her friend at a restaurant.

Did I miss something when hyung called up on me last night? That was the only time I left her unattended hoping that she would have been to bed seeing her close the windows and curtains.

Strolling my way to her apartment I stand there waiting for her to answer after pressing the doorbell.

No response.

I ring it 3 more times but still no answer.

I stood rooted in my spot when I heard some fainted voices of men talking about Y/n from the opposite door.

Looking around for CCTV cameras, I pretended to go on my phone just to not look suspicious. I slowly moved towards their door to hear them talk.

"What do you mean? None of this makes sense!"

"Hmm... I'm guessing that she must be in one of the parallel worlds. So our task for now is to find in which parallel world Y/n is."

Oh no...

Did they take her away?

That's the last thing I wanted to happen. I was away for a single night and she's already gone!

I walked out of her apartment determined to find her for which I've my own ways.

Your POV

It's been an hour I guess? I've been sitting here staring at the wall ahead at utmost boredom.

That's when I spot something drawn on the wall opposite to me. Walking closer to it, I found 3 stick figures scratched onto the wall, the first one covering its eyes, second one covering its ears and third one covering its mouth indicating see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil.

Each figure had been named. First figure saying JK, second saying JM, and third one TH.

I didn't understand anything by it so shrugging it off I walk back to my seat. That's when I heard a 'thud' from one of the cupboards. This made me snap my head towards that direction. Daring not to take a step forward, I froze in place.

I heard footsteps approaching the basement door. The door opened and he walked in, eyes roaming around the room to check if I've messed with anything.

"Don't repeat this next time," He said gesturing me to come out.

I hum in response following him.

"What's your name?" I ask.

"Jin."

He escorted me to an unfamiliar bedroom.

"Sit and wait. My brother will be here shortly," He said turning back to leave.

I scanned the room and waited for whoever was about to walk in. Soon, the door flung open and my eyes grew as big as the moon.

"JIMIN!?"

"Hi Y/n," He said closing the door behind.

"Jimin! W-why did you--"

"I'll tell you."

I stare at him carefully as he pulls a chair from the corner of the room to sit down in front of me.

"Y/n..." He started, " I've brought you here only for your good, so please don't be afraid."

I stayed silent not knowing how to react before he asked a forbidden question.

"Have you ever seen your father?"

"No"

Mom told me that dad died when I was 3. Speaking about dad always got my mom really upset so I stopped talking about it.

"That's because, when you were 3 your dad died in a car accident. Isn't that what your mom told you? It's time for you to know the truth Y/n.

He didn't die in an accident,

he was killed."

I wasn't able to take in the fact that my father was killed.

"W-what"

"Your father was very much powerful. But no matter how powerful you are, your heart is your only source of death. He was stabbed right into the heart and that's why he couldn't survive. Or else he could've survived for centuries."

"Centuries? What are you even-"

"Yes because,

YOUR FATHER WAS A VAMPIRE."
