Your POV

I sat in my bedroom pulling out the diary from under my pillow.

I would say I've read about 15% of this book as of now. I can tell that this was written by an anonymous girl who was kidnapped.

I continued to read from where I left.

"Loneliness began to engulf me as I sat in the same dark room for weeks. Kidnapped by these heartless vampires, I cried thinking of my mom and sister.
I yearn to go back home every second. My father passed away when I was small so my mom was everything.

One day I overheard these vampires, talking about getting rid of me making my heart race in the fear of death.

I must kill my capturers and escape this place. Since I was conscious when they brought me here, I know how to go back to my own world.

The day I finally get to put my escape plan into action had come. The room I was locked in, had an attached restroom.

I found an iron rod perched in the corner of the wall so an idea kicked in. That afternoon, when one of them came in to give me lunch, I pretended to have been lying down unconsciously with the iron rod hidden behind me.

The man panicked seeing me unconscious. When he came close to wake me up, I striked the iron rod at his head knocking him down.

The other man was not difficult to dodge. I kept running and running until I reached the dark side of the city. The door to the parallel world was somewhere close by. I still remember how they brought me here.

I finally found the door and went back to my own world. I had finally escaped!

A few weeks had passed by. No one came insearch of me since the day I had escaped.

I am now a happy teenager who started going to college. That day when I walked back home, my mom was excited to see me.

Mom kept questioning me like, "Oh sweety! How have you been? Are they feeding you good in the hostel? How are your studies?" and I had to make up replies to make her think I was happy.

I met this really sweet girl named Jennie. We've become really close in the past days. I could call her my only best friend!
We've been together for about a month and she has changed my life so much.
We got along so well.

Author's POV:

One day on her way home Jennie was blocked by a guy almost her age. He said he needed Jennie to do him a favour. She denied his request because he was a complete stranger, but he knew her.

"If you don't listen to me, then I'll spread your bitter little secret to everyone in your college," He whispered.

"W-what do you know about me!?" She stuttered. The boy leaned into her ear once again and whispered, "I know that you're a werewolf."

Jennie was terrified. She tried her best to hide her identity, even from her best friend but how did this random guy come to know?

"How do you know?!"

"I have my own ways," He smirked.

"P-please don't tell anyone!"

"Oh but you've to do me a favour!"

"Fine!"

"Great... You agreed. Let's sit and talk," The boy said taking her to a nearby bench.

"What should I do?" Jennie asked.

"You've to help me kidnap someone."

The girl gasped in shock. Though she was a werewolf, she's never indulged in such matters.

"W-what?! Me? Wae?"

"There's a reason I'm asking you to do this. Do you know how your father died?" He asked.

"He was the alpha of our clan. I've heard that he was killed by his enemy," She replied.

"He was killed by a vampire. Werewolves and vampires are enemies," Jennie only nodded mindlessly to his words.

Never once she questioned who he was or how he knew her.

"The vampire who killed your father is now dead. But his child is alive in this world, in your college. Don't you wanna get revenge? If you don't kill her now, once she comes to know that you're a werewolf, she will kill you," He provoked her.

"What are you saying! Kidnapping someone is not as simple as you think!" She shouted at him.

"Shhh... I know. That's why you've to do as I say...." The unknown boy started describing his plan to her. Just for the sake of hiding her identity, she was going to help a sinner.

The day had finally come. Jennie convinced herself that she was doing this for her father.

"Here," He said handing her a small silver knife.

"You wanted me to help you kidnap not kill!" She shouted.

"Just don't stab her in the heart. She won't die," He spoke restlessly.

"How can you be like this?" Jennie teared up.

"If she comes to know that you're going to kill her, then you will be in danger. So you have to stab her from behind," He said ignoring her question.

When classes for that day ended, the boy came running over to Jennie.

"Go now she's waiting in the art room!" He urged.

She quietly sneaked into the art room to be met with a girl facing her back towards Jennie. She was staring at the sketches pinned up on the wall.

Nervously holding the knife in her sweaty palms, she lifted it up.

In a swish, Jennie pierced the silver sword right into the girl's lower back forcing a yelp out of her in the impact.

Jennie's face filled with pure horror when the girl turned around looking at her with bloodshot eyes.

It was her one and only best friend.

Jennie was so shocked that she couldn't get a word out of her mouth. Tears started dripping down her friend's eyes.

"J-Jennie..... W-why... " Was all the she could whisper before falling down. Jennie caught her friend before her head hit the floor.

"I d-didn't know it could be you," Jennie started to cry.

"I'm so sorry."
