First thing Sunday morning Jay threw her suitcases into the back of her car, ready for the drive to Manchester.

'Are you sure you'll manage all that driving on your own?' Her Mum asked.

'I'll be fine. I've got plenty of snacks and a bottle of juice with me and I'll take regular stops and stick to the speed limits I promise' Jay reassured her.

'It feels like you only just got back and you're off again' her Dad said sadly.

'I know, but I'm going to be with Josh so you don't need to worry, do you?' Josh had always been golden boy, and if there was anyone her Mum trusted to look after her- it was Josh.

After a lot of hugs and kisses, Jay was finally off. She waited until she got round the corner before she hit play on her playlist and cranked the volume up. For her car was no ordinary car on long drives, oh no, it was a karaoke machine on wheels. 'Yes, S Club 7!' She exclaimed to herself as 'Don't stop moving' began. She didn't even bat an eyelid when the driver in the car next to her at the junction gave her a thumbs up for her dancing at the red light. This felt like the right thing to do and she was going to make the most of every minute.

Josh and Anna hadn't told Olly that his Aunty Jay was coming to stay. He was only 7, and far too excited for his football game that morning to have noticed the spare room getting made up. He hadn't even batted an eyelid at the extra food that Anna had bought in Asda on their way home after football.

'Dad, show me the video of my goal again' Olly begged Josh, when they got home.

'Here we go' said Josh handing him his phone.

'Absolute screamer!' Said Olly, congratulating himself again. 'Has Aunty Jay not replied? You did send her it, didn't you?'

'She must be busy wee man, give her a chance' laughed Josh, knowing she was almost there. She'd text him a picture of a large Costa latte from the services about an hour ago so she wasn't far.

As if on cue, the door went.

'Can you get that Olly?' Asked Josh, 'I'll be right behind you mate'

Josh stood back and started to record as Olly opened the door.

'AUNTEEEEEE JAAAAAAAAAY' he squealed, as she picked him up and span him around.

'God, you got big' she laughed, putting him down.

Josh stopped recording and stepped forward to give Jay a hug, whilst Anna appeared from the kitchen to greet her with a massive hug too.

'How long are you here for?' Asked Olly enthusiastically, eyeing the suitcase she had just brought in with her.

'Not sure yet buddy' she said ruffling his blond curly hair. 'Probably a while though, depends if your Dad chucks me out for being naughty' she said, giving Olly a wink.

'Can you come to my football next week then?' He asked.

'Are you kidding? When you score screamers like that one today, of course I'm going to come!'

'Jay, have you got tears in your eyes?' Asked Anna, raising her eyebrow at her. Jay was never normally so sentimental.

'I just realised how much I've missed you all. I mean París was amazing and it was good being home in Edinburgh with Mum and Dad, but being here is even better'

'Yeah I mean those places, they're good, but we've got Man United here' Olly bragged.

'When did you get so obsessed with football? What happened to Thomas the Tank?' asked Jay, Olly had grown up so much since she was last with him.

'Blame Ronaldo' said Anna. 'Since he arrived at United in the summer it's all I've heard about from him and Josh. Honestly, it's a relief to have another non- football fan in the house to balance things out'

'Ronnie is like a God Anna, you can't take his name in vain, he's the GOAT' Josh was shaking his head at the both of them.

'Then he should live on a farm with th rest of the animals' retorted Anna, knowing fine well what he meant.

Jay had been worried when Josh got married that it might mean they wouldn't be as close at they'd always been, but Anna was just like them. Even the eternally single Jay had to admit, the two of them were made for each other. It gave her hope that there was maybe someone for everyone in the world. Even her.

'Come on you three, dinners ready. I made a roast since we're celebrating you being here Jay, if that's not too much of a come down from Paris?' Anna joked.

'I mean French food is good, but give me a Yorkshire pudding and gravy any day of the week'

Jay couldn't help but smile, coming here was definitely the right decision.

As expected, Jack's night in London with the boys was messy. NDA required type messy. As he lay in bed the next morning he tried to put the pieces together.

The boys had started off in a private dining room in a restaurant, but right from the off, it was more about the drinks than the food. The staff who were looking after them were clearly amused by their antics, and kept bringing them fresh drinks the second their glasses were empty. Once they turned the music up so Mason could dance on the table, it had all gone downhill from there.

Surprisingly, considering who was in their group, they'd managed to get from the restaurant to the club pretty much unnoticed. They'd then slipped in the back entrance, straight into the VIP area and that's when the real carnage began. Madders had DM'd some girls, who brought some friends, who brought some coke and it had just gone from there.

Jack had tried to say no, he'd tried to think about Tasha at home waiting for him, but she never wanted sex when he did, and boy did he ever at that moment. He leaned back in the booth as a girl started to grind on him, and that's the point where he'd said Fuck it!

He'd taken two of them back to the hotel and they'd immediately began to perform for him; stripping, and kissing each other. He'd thought about just watching. That wouldn't be cheating would it? He could even have a cheeky wank whilst he watched maybe? But then they'd pulled him in for a three way kiss and all hopes of him stopping himself were gone.

After the girls had left and he made his way to the hotel restaurant to meet the rest of the boys for breakfast.

'Oi Oi! Dirty boy!' Laughed Mason.

'Who me? Never!' said Jack, giving him a cheeky wink. 'Where's Madders?'

'Had to go home, one of the girls from last night sent Kennedy a pic of her giving him a BJ' said Chilly shaking his head.

'Fuck sake' laughed Jack. He knew fine well Madders would buy her a few new handbags and maybe a trip to Dubai and it would all be fine again. That's what a lot of the players Mrs were like. That's what Tasha was like.

'What you smiling at Dec?' asked Chilly, noticing the grin on his face from across the table.

'Just Lauren, she sent me a picture of the dog' he replied holding up his phone to show them all.

For as much as Jack had enjoyed his night with two blonde Insta clones who had literally bent over backwards to please him, he couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy at Dec and Lauren. They just seemed to be relationship goals to Jack. Lauren was a regular fixture at Dec's games and knew almost as much about football as he did. She could happily sit with the boys and hold her own, without making it all about her like Tasha did. Not to mention the fact that despite Dec being easily recognisable, they still managed to go places without the press mysteriously being tipped off. They just seemed such a together couple, and to top it off, Dec had never even so much as thought about cheating on her.

Jack checked his phone and there was a message from Tasha. He couldn't wait to see her morning cheerfulness. (Yes that was sarcasm)

Tasha: You are in the Sun, partying, again. It makes me look like the idiot and my vlog is meant to be about being a strong independent woman and you look like you're a single guy taking the piss.

Jack: Sorry, I just had a few too many . I'll take you out for dinner tomorrow and you can call the paps. Deal?

Tasha: Deal, I suppose. See you later x

He sighed, there really wasn't much fun left in their brand of dysfunctional now.

Jack quickly looked up the article in the Sun.

'Record signing Jack Grealish and his England pals have a boozy night out in London' was the headline. Pretty mild considering what had taken place.

'What do you reckon boys? I think these pics are quite good' laughed Jack, showing his phone to Chilly and Phil. The girls had managed to avoid the photographers, but Phil was clearly holding up a very bleary-eyed Jack in most of them.

'Pep's going to kill you for those, but at least those birds aren't in the picture' laughed Phil, talking from experience.

'Good point. Tasha's already pissed about these, can you imagine' he laughed.

'How is she anyway?' Asked Chilly, who'd known her for years. He'd always had a soft spot for her, but anyone could see that her and Jack were on a course to destroying each other.

'Good. I think. I dunno' he shrugged. She was the last thing he wanted to talk about right now.
