"Not usually the first reaction I get from a pretty girl." Camila arrogant voice chimes in while sending me a wink.

Rolling my eyes I decide to not engage in her bait and make myself scarce in the back seat. My logic was if I sat in the back seat I could ignore her grey eyes that kept glancing at me every few minutes. That and every time she touched me my brain short fuses and I forget everything else.

Seemed like I was the only one who was liking the vehicle arrangement. Karin and Camila kept switching radio stations which causes Karin to slap Camila hand and in return Camila slaps his hand.

"You guys really should wait to beat up each other once we reached the resort." I joke slightly finding this situation funny.

"This is your fault, princess. If you just agreed to ride the front passenger seat I wouldn't be in a slap battle with your friend." Camila glances in the review mirror catching my heat up face from her nickname.

"If she's a princess, what does that make me?" Karin interjects Camila and me.

"A peasant." Both Camila and me say at the same time which causes us both to break out in laughter.

Maybe just maybe this trip wouldn't be so bad.

I take everything I said back. I didn't realize how long of a trip is was to Camila's family ski lodge. It had already been three hours. I know what you guys are thinking wow only three hours. When you have two dominant personalities in a car with you the last thing you want to be is crammed in a little vehicle with them.

"You sure you know where you going Steele?" My best friend asks exhausted his jet black hair was sticking up on all side mostly from him constantly running his hand through it.

"As sure as your sexuality, Lucas." Camila snips back knuckles tightening around the steering wheel.

Feeling the tension I decide to lean over to change the music only for both Camila and Karin to slap my hand away.

"Well at least you two are in sync about something for once." I mumble which causes Camila to shoot me an curious look and Karin just starts laughing.

"We were in sync with more than just the radio." Karin adds suggestively which makes me just shutter at the thought of him with Camila.

"Enough. Shit I need get gas." Camila sighs.

"Where we are literally in middle of no where?" Karin asks gesturing to the countless of trees we have pass. He was right we haven't seen any sort of civilization in awhile.

"There's a gas station up ahead." Camila nods to a sign that was deluded to Karin and my eyes.

"Thank god I can finally do some stretching get out of this tin can." Karin says relief.

"Do you vote to leave him on side of the ride?" Camila jokingly adds while looking at me.

I nod my head yes. "He's decent looking he be able find a ride."

Karin looks mortified scoffs, "I will become an episode of I.D channel. You can't leave me."

"Relax Karin, your like a leech no matter how many times we get rid of you keep latching back on." Camila adds with a more serious tone which causes me to raise an eye brow in return.

Not wanting think much of what Camila said I open the door to also stretch my legs. Camila mini copper was nice but after awhile it begins to cramp up on you.

"You flexing for me?" A raspy voice asks which causes me to look up revealing someone I didn't think I be seeing on this trip.

What was the freaking odds?

"Axial? What are you doing here?" I ask surprised. I couldn't help but let my eyes scan her tall toned body. Which was hidden behind a loose maroon sweatshirt topped off with her leather jacket. She sported ripped of jeans and combat boots. I guess this cold weather didn't effect her much. I mean she was pretty hot.

"I'm getting gas. What else?" Axial's snarky attitude kicks in which causes me to roll my eyes and began walk away from her only to be halted by her strong hand.

"Sorry. I'm sorry." Still having a hold of my arm Axial jerks me into her which causes my blue beanie to come off unraveling my mess of brunette hair which was tied by a hair bow on the side.

"I missed this." Axial states while her grip on me remained firm. It was almost like she was afraid if she loosened up I would flee at any given moment.

Axial vanilla honey perfume smelt just a good as it always did and she herself looked just as good as she always did. Effortlessly beautiful.

Almost in a trance like state I didn't realize another voice breaking what spell I was under apart.

"Evelyn?" Fiona's soft voice asks just as surprised to see me like I was Axial.

"What are the odds?" Camila's voice chimes in from behind me.

Suddenly feeling like I was a kid being caught with my hand in the cookie jar I try to get out of Axial grasp only for her to tighten it around me. Was she trying to prove something or just make someone angry?

Camila's stone grey eyes were glaring a hole in Axial arm around me and Fiona also looked frustrated but held her composure unlike Camila.

"Problem ladies?" Axial asks casually raising an eye brow at Camila almost challenging her in a way.

"Nope. I just wanted tell Evelyn car is filled and ready to go." Camila surprisingly says calmly and walks off to the mini copper.

"Think I struck a nerve." Axial chuckles while letting me go.

"That wasn't cool." Fiona adds getting in her blue Porsche.

Axial just shrugs and gives me a wink before getting in the passenger side of Fiona's Porsche. Wait they are riding together and better question was where was they off to?
