The lunch was hands down the best meal of your life and it wasn't about the food. It was about the people and that feeling.

The table was filled with laughter and giggles.

You mother couldn't stop showering you with the compliments for *the best meal of her life* in her words. Bam and others also appreciated that the food was very delicious, which made you so happy. It was always these small things that you craved for, preparing meals for your family, people appreciating it. Having meals together; this was all you wanted in your life.

Your mom sat right beside you with Yun on her lap.

Not only did I get my daughter back but also such an adorable grandson, I could fly in happiness right now. " She kept repeating the same line over and over again, making you smile each time. You hadn't expected her to be so happy  to meet Yun  but nevertheless it made you extremely happy.

Jimin was definitely a very funny guy, he kept cracking silly jokes which kept everyone entertained. Although you both didn't talk too much, he was such a flirt and he was shamelessly flirting with you giving you extra sweet compliments right in front of you mother and brother who didn't seem to mind. Probably used to his nature.

you couldn't help but notice the strange discomfort  and the fake smiles on the duo that sat opposite to you. You also noticed them taking secret glances at one another.

Bam had been awfully quiet since everyone came and it's just your hunch that tells that it had something to do with the entry of the beautiful woman, Rhea that he kept stealing glances of every now and then.

After the lunch, Riha insisted that your mother rests, it was vital for her especially after the long travel they had done considering her health. Despite a lot of declining and whining, Atlast she agreed when Yun decided to join her. It was good since you had to put him to sleep anyway. So after giving him his meds you took him to her room.

Her eyes twinkled with love and joy when you entered. There was so much to be said, so much that you both wanted to talk about but something didn't let you. Maybe with time you would grow more comfortable talking to her.  It was just the first day after all.

On Yun's request she agreed to tell him a story . So you left the duo but your mother made sure to kiss your head reminding you how grateful she was  that you were here and it managed to make you emotional just like every other tiny thing that were enough to make you cry.

It was two days back when you broke down crying just because Lily cancelled her plan with you . And mind you it wasn't something new, you were quite accustomed to Lily ghosting you due to her emergency cases but somehow it was enough to accuse her that she doesn't want to spend time with you anymore now that she has a boyfriend and you don't. Had she not been your doctor she definitely would be shocked by your irrelevant accusation. But she knew your hormones better.

"I hope you don't mind me being here" you asked sitting on the same bench admiring the belt of flowers in the garden, your favourite spot.

"Of Course not. In Fact we haven't gotten a chance to talk properly yet. You seem such a wonderful person I would love to know" She smiled giving you a soft smile.

You couldn't help but notice the dullness on her face, you don't consider yourself as some face reader but you do know you are quite good at reading people's emotions.

"Seriously? There is nothing too interesting  about me to tell it's all boring. But I would love to know about you, you don't seem to be Korean. How come you speak our language so good?" You asked genuinely curious.

Rhea was tan skinned, with slight wavy hairs chestnut brown  . Her eyes were beautiful almond shaped and the highlight of her face were her High cheekbones. Though her looks clearly gave off she wasn't from here but then she spoke decent Korean.

" Actually I am half Korean, my mum is from here and I have come to Korea a few times before too. I really like it here and boring is the last adjective I would use for you. " She gave a stern look, making you giggle.

"Okie if that's what you think. So you are here for vacation or something?"

You see something flash in her eyes, it was only for a second before she hid it with a fake smile.

"No , actually I am here for a surgery then i will have to go back." she answers in a low tone.

"Surgery? What surgery?"

"Well it's really important and you could say it's complicated one. Initially it was my professor rather my mentor who was supposed to come but then he had some issues so he sent me" she answered.

Why does this sound like something I have heard before.

"Is the surgery here in Seoul?"

"Actually Yes, it's such a weird coincidence. It's in Seoul hospital itself. Dr. Kim Taehyung, that's the one who is working with me . I am yet to meet him though, we have our first meeting tomorrow"

Dr. Will who was supposed to come can't come now due to some health issues but he is sending his most trusted student. After she comes, we will set the date for surgery in this month itself.

"Y..you are here for Y..Yun?" You asked half surprised and half shocked but judging by her expression she surely didn't understand your words.

"Such a small world really" You sigh. "Rhea, Taehyung is my best friend and also Yun's doctor, Yun is the patient you are here for. His actual name is Soyun"

Riha finally registered your words. Soyun . She definitely read the name on the files Taehyung had emailed her.

People are indeed right, it's such a small world.

You re-read the messages you had received a few days back.

Yn, i .i DON'T know what to say now. No words can mend my mistake. I feel like shit for saying those words to you. I swear on my unborn child that I didn't mean a word.

I am so sorry Yn, sorry for hurting you so badly.
No amount of apologies can be enough and I know that. I really don't know what I am supposed to do now. What can I do to receive your forgiveness but I know I can do anything.

I am going crazy , crazy in this house alone. I don't know how I lived alone for all these years but now it is unbearable. Without you and Yun I don't even feel like coming back to this apartment.

Yn, Taehyung told me that you met your family. I am extremely happy for you, I hope you are happy with them.  I know how much you always longed for it.
Just know that no matter what I am always here even if I made some mistakes , I still want you to know that I miss you and Yun so much. I hope you can forgive me someday.

Your eyes teared up reading the series of texts, there wasn't a single day he didn't message in fact he messaged multiple times in a day. You hadn't responded to even a single one.

It was already hard and he is making it even harder showing this side of him making you fall even more. You aren't even angry anymore the only reason you are avoiding him is simply because you want to clear your head and heart. You can't go back to the way you two were, it's not healthy for you,  not now when you have realised everything is just in your head.

You and him aren't possible.

And it's crushing your heart everytime you think about it. But you can't stay avoiding him anymore.

Tomorrow you have an appointment. It will be your first appointment of the third trimester . Although Namjoon did text you that you can go alone if you are uncomfortable seeing him yet but you declined. Whatever is going on between you two shouldn't affect the fact that he has all the right to see his child. You can't take that from him especially when you know how ecstatic he is everytime he sees the little bean on the screen.

Come to the hospital directly, I will be there by 1 .

You responded making sure to keep it simple and to the point nothing more than necessary.

Tomorrow is definitely not going to be easy.

"You can't be too busy to drop her to the hospital Bamie. How will the poor girl go alone in the new city" Ruby exclaimed at her son who was ready to leave for the office.

"She isn't new here mom. She has come here twice already. She can  easily book a taxi. The hospital is on the opposite side. I also have to drop Yun , if i take her i will be late for the meeting mum" Bam grumbled .

"I.its okay aunty, i will book a cab. " Rhea awkwardly smiled not daring to even look at Bam.

"Nonsense-"

"It's okay, she can come with me" You walked down with Yun who was dressed for his school carrying his tiny iron man backpack.
"I have an appointment today and she has to go to the same hospital so we can go together. "

"You have an appointment? You should have told me earlier princess, I would have cleared my schedule" Bam spoke while you sat down on the dining table .

"It's fine I can go alone, not like I am new here. I don't want to trouble you for every tiny thing" You gave him a small smile serving yourself and Yun.

"Really? Are we going there again? I already told you Yn, I want to be there for you even in the tiniest things. You are my priority over anything in this world. Don't hesitate to tell me about anything please" his voice was stern but soft at the same time.

You couldn't help but give him a small nod.

With all honesty, you were enjoying this attention, this love and care; it was new for you but it just inflated your heart with too much happiness.

Rhea was there listening to all this quietly fighting to maintain her smile, she could feel a lump rising in her throat but she knew better than to let her tears out, that too in front of all these people. She looked at your smiling face, she felt like a horrible person for this but she felt extremely jealous of you.

"You know what? Let me make a call and see if I can delay the meeting . I don't feel good about sending you alone"

"Good morning lovely peoples. Good morning champ"

"Good morning Jimin" Yun chimed.

Yes Jimin, that's what he wanted Yun to address him as, uncle felt too old to him and he didn't want to be called Hyung.

" Oh Jimin you are right on time, could you maybe take Yn with you to the hospital, she has an appointment ...and Dr. Rhea too"

"Uhm I don't see why not. Two beautiful ladies with me in a car, What more could I ask for"

You just rolled your eyes at his usual comment while he gave you a wink.

"No no, I am not the driver so I want someone to accompany me ladies. It will be lonely driving alone" Jimin pouted looking at you both through the rear view mirror .

"Uh okay, I will come. '' Rhea was about to open the door but he stopped her.

"I would appreciate it more if the beautiful woman on your right could be the one ."

You sighed but agreed because you had kind of grown to understand him. He was a very fun, flirty and happy go lucky kind of person  but he wasn't bad or irritating. You might not want to admit it but his silly and lame humour had begun to grow on you.

"Ahh I can already predict this is going to be the best ride of my life" Jimin grinned when you sat beside you. You just gave him an usual eye roll. No of times he had made you do that in just a few days!

It was around a half an hour ride  and Jimin kept you engaged in some talk or the other, Rhea was mostly zoned out staring out of the window not paying much attention to your conversation.

"But on a serious note Pretty face, I really have so much respect for you. It might sound weird coming from my mouth because I am not really good at saying these kind of stuff but, ever since I met you and your little boy , I can't help but admire you. You are such a beautiful, kind and wonderful woman. I can see why hyung is so proud of you."

You look at him surprised. He was right, it was weird hearing this from him but it definitely warmed your heart.

"Thank you Jimin." Was all you could reply.
"So how did you meet my brother? Same class or something?"

"Oh no no pretty face, I am nowhere as smart as you brother. He majors is law and buisness study. I can't understand shit about any of it. Actually we were in the same college but I am a  dance student. And to answer your question, we met through I common friend almost 4 years back"

You just nodded , just hearing he is a dance student made you curious to know more. The only thing in the world you feel passionate about but  before the conversation could move any further Jimin parked outside the tall building .

You had just gotten down from the car, when you noticed a very familiar car and a very familiar face.

Namjoon stood leaned against his , his gaze fixed right on you. A sudden wave of nervousness ran in your body.

It had been a week you last sae those beautiful dragon eyes.

I hope this long chapter makes up for my inactivity. I am genuinely trying to be consistent but it's a little difficult.
