You groaned trying to find something wearable. Nothing you tried did a good job in hiding your tiny stomach. Past days weather was on a cooler side so you always wore a cardigan on something while going out but today it was sunny and hot.

You preferred wearing loose baggy clothes at home so it was certain that no one had yet noticed it but today it might change. You chose a simple white dress that was the loosest one you could find.

Fixing your hair and applying some lip tint you left your room not forgetting to grab your purse.

Namjoon was comfortably seated on the couch replying to some mail sipping his coffee that ajumma had just placed on the table. His mind was completely focused on the screen, he didn't even notice you who was taking nervous steps down the stairs.

You felt anxious, it felt like a combination of anxiety, dread, and excitement all at once. Your palms were getting sweaty, felt that fluttery nervousness in your stomach. You didn't even know why you were feeling a bunch of emotions all at once . Why did it feel so exciting yet nerve wrecking? So what if he was gonna notice your bump for the first time? Why did it make you feel this way?

"I..i am ready Namjoon." You informed , standing beside him. He just hummed while typing something on his phone. You awkwardly stood there for a minute or so until he was finally done with whatever work he was busy and his cup empty now.

"Let's go" He said walking ahead of you, he didn't even give you a full glance.

You almost sighed in disappointment seeing he didn't even notice it. You silently followed him to the parking lot. He was still reading something on his phone.

He paused a little away from his car typing something quickly. "Anndd doonnee" He closed his phone and put it in his pocket finally.

You both sat in the car.

"So where do you want to go?" He asked, turning to you. He saw you struggling with the belt so he leaned in and took the strap from you fixing it , that's when his eyes fell upon your belly.

His hands froze as he blankly stared, you didn't fail to notice this.

"i..is that?" He felt so blank that it was hard for him to even form any sentence.

You gave him a small nod. "Yes it's your baby, he is growing"

His lips curved into a full smile, a smile that directly came from his heart.

"C..can I please feel it?" He hesitantly asked. Your nod was all it took for him to gently caress his hands over your belly. "You are growing so well baby, daddy can't wait to see you"

And this was the first time he talked to your sweet bun... oh he wasn't yours though ...

"You are coming in?" You asked Namjoon who was now standing in the women section looking through some clothes.

"Why wouldn't I?" He shrugged, pulling out a cute pyjama set.

"No I mean you don't have to roam around with me . You can go to the men's section or wait in the cafeteria maybe" It felt weird him going through clothes for you.

" Common Yn, I am here to help you shop and I am doing that, now don't mind me and look around if you like anything" He put the set in the basket which was almost full and most of them were picked by him.

How am I even gonna pay for all these?

"Namjoon I already told you I am gonna pay right? You can't pay for me please . I can't accept this" You sternly said, giving back his black card.

Namjoon had to agree in defeat, he couldn't force you.

"okk but I have a condition" He suddenly exclaimed.

You looked at him with suspicious eyes, you could tell he was thinking something.

"What?" You asked.

"See you know how happy I am today right?" Of course you know from the time he has seen your bump , that beautiful smile had not left his soft lips.

"So.... since I am so happy and I want to thank you for everything, for bearing my stupid behaviour, for keeping up with my sick attitude and most importantly for this little blessing. Let me gift the ones I have chosen please"

All the clothes he chose were so expensive that you had rejected them, he argues that he will pay but ofc you don't want that. And those clothes were way too expensive for your bank account.

"You can't reject my gift Yn! It isn't fair. I am your friend so I can give you gifts can't I?" You rolled your eyes at the silly things he was saying to make you agree but it was cute.

Who would have thought that the man who didn't utter more than a sentence a few months back would be pleading to you like this for something so silly.

You did judge him wrong.

You had to agree in defeat which made him so happy.

"thank god I don't have to leave that cute pajamas" You internally did a small happy dance.

" Let's go to the food court" He said, coming out of the store with two bags full of clothes.

"Are you sure? These look heavy. Let's just go back home"

"Don't worry I will go and put them in the car. Till then you go and wait in the food cout okay?"

He went down while you had to go up. You both were on the 4th court and the food court was on the 10th floor. When you reached the 10th floor, you knew Namjoon would take some time so you decided to stroll around a little.

This floor just had a few shops of men's accessories because a large part of it was occupied by the food court. You were just checking out the shop's when your eyes fell on a beautiful watch, if it were women's you would have definitely bought.

But then it clicked you that Taehyung mentioned that his birthday was just next month. It would look really good on him so you went in to buy it for him.

You were about to pay for it when your eyes fell on another pair, the colours were similar but it looked more classy and elegant. It wasn't Taehyung's style but you knew someone whom it would suit perfectly.

He is my friend too so it's okay to buy him a present isn't it?

"Excuse me? Please pack that one too. Thank you"

Thank god you had taken a big purse so you could hide it from Namjoon, you had no problem showing Tae's but you wanted to keep his surprise. You wanted to give it on a special day.

You exited the shop and were walking towards the food court which was on the opposite side on the floor when you felt something weird. You felt as if someone was following you . But then who would follow you that to in such a crowded place? You thought you were just thinking too much so you shrugged the thought and increase your pace when you saw Namjoon already sitting at a table.

"Where were you?" He asked when you sat down. " I was waiting for 5 minutes already, I was about to call you" He spoke a little worried.

" I am sorry I was strolling around" You paused, digging your hand in your purse taking out a black box. You sighed seeing it was the right one. "But then I saw this and it reminded me of someone so I bought" You smiled handing him the box.

Namjoon found the watch beautiful, yes it wasn't like the ones he had but it was really nice. More on the casual and informal. He really liked it.

She bought it for me? Why does this make me so happy?

"It's really nice." Namjoon smiled.

"I know right, the moment I saw it I thought of Taehyung, he told me he has a collection of watches and his black was lost. He wanted to buy one so I thought it would be perfect. And his birthday is also coming so it would be the perfect gift"

Namjoon's smile dropped for a second but he was quick enough to cover it.

Again Taehyung? Has he done some black magic on her?

You both ordered the food, although the watch made his mood off for a second but he soon forgot it since it was a special day for him, he had felt his child for the first time.

The duo eating and chatting happily were unaware of the third person who sat not too far from them. His gaze was directly on Yn , studying her cry feature.

"You are indeed my princess." Bam mumbled, looking at you.

He took out the photo from his pocket, the only photo he had with you.

"I will bring you back home soon princess. You will be back with me. I will give you everything you deserve and you won't have to do such things ever again " He placed a kiss on the photo before sliding it back into his pocket continuing to admire you again.

You hadn't even finished your meal when your phone rang, it was Taehyung.

"hello?" You cheerfully greeted siping your drink.

Namjoon couldn't hear what Taehyung said but he just saw the phone drop from your hands before you abruptly stood up.

"Namjoon please take me to Tae"
