Next day,

Everyone at home woke up early than usual. Abhi is not yet home. Anish and Rishi lied everyone that they are Abhi's condo.

Sakshi walked to Sitaara's room as Situ didn't wake up yet. She twisted the knob and peeked inside only to find the sleeping figure of Sitaara on the floor. She went inside not making any noise and sat beside Situ. Sakshi caressed her tear-stained cheeks, that's when her gaze fell on Sitaara's neck where it bruised badly. Just looking at it anyone can say it happened out of aggression, not love. Tears sprang up in her eyes realising her son's cruel act. She made Sitaara's headrest in her lap and kissed her temples. She waited for Sitaara to open her eyes for about an hour but there wasn't any movement in Sitaara. She panicked and tried to wake up Sitaara but Situ didn't open her eyes. Placing her head on the floor, Sakshi ran out of the room and started screaming everyone's name.

Soon, all the family members were found in Abhi's and Situ's room. Naman lifted Sitaara in his arms and placed her on the bed. Aarya contacted doctor Muktha who is also Aarya's and Situ's closest friend, a high school friend.

She sat beside Sitaara caressing her hair. Suddenly, Sitaara started taking harsh breathes and was mumbling a few words crying and shivering in her sleep.

"No...pl..ese do..n't le..ave me. I ca..n't li.ve wi..tho.ut yo.u. Don't go. Please. Please... don't push me away like this. Don't leave me Ra-"
Before she utter 'Raj' Aarya hugged her.

"Sh.. don't cry. We are here for you. Relax. No one is leaving you. Everyone is here'' whispered Aarya rubbing her back.

Sitaara opened her eyes slightly as tears were rolling down her cheeks.

"I love him, my Raj" she whispered inaudibly and fainted. Aarya blinked away her tears and made her backrest on the bed. Everyone looked at her with fear and worry.

"Shall we call to Mridula and tell her about Situ?" Asked Sakshi.

"No, mummy. It's fine. She will be normal again" said Aarya. Before Sakshi could reply, Dr Muktha came inside. She and Aarya greeted each other. Muktha checked on Situ and injected her fluids as she was burning in fever.

"She will be fine, uncle. It's just she fainted unable to take stress" said Muktha to Aman.

"Aarya, can you get me the medicines she is using. I just want to have a check on them for prescribing other medicines" said Muktha. Aarya nodded and went to the closet. She came back with a box and gave that to Muktha. After going through them, Muktha's face went pale and she looked at Situ in shock.

"Is everything right, doctor?" Asked Naman.

"Her husband?" Asked Muktha.

"He is at the office and doesn't know about her condition. We are trying to contact him" said Disha. Muktha nodded.

"What happened Muktha?" Asked Aarya. Muktha shook her head in nothing and took pics of medicines in her mobile and gave them back to Aarya. Aarya placed them in its place while Muktha prescribed Medicines.

"Aarya can guide me out to the main door? Asked Muktha, secretly conveying that she wants to speak something. Understanding her, Aarya nodded.

Muktha gave a prescription to Naman and left from there along with Aarya.

"What is it, Mukki?" Asked Aarya once they reached the door.

"Did anything happen with Situ in past?" Asked Muktha. Aarya nodded with tears.

"Viraj Sehgal, our sports captain, our senior and represented our school in science Olympiad and won the first prize, remember? Asked Aarya.

"Viru anna? Sitaara and he used to fight all the time. Sitaara used to call him caveman or something like that. Is he the one?" Asked Muktha. Aarya nodded wiping her tears and narrating everything about Sitaara's past making Muktha cry at the end.

"We consulted many top psychiatrists when we were in the US but they couldn't help her as she never cooperated with doctors. She is living like a corpse. Just because she is in between our families she is behaving that everything is fine though it's not" said Aarya.

"She is on drugs," said Muktha making Aarya look at her in shock.

"Yes! She is on drugs, Aaru. Those pills are to keep her away from the real world" said Muktha. Tears were flowing down Aarya's cheeks.

"I guess, it's been 2 months and am sure her body already got formulated for them and trust me Aarya, every medication she is taking and those drugs are really of high dosage and would lead to unnecessary problems," said Muktha.

"I will share you a few pics, just exchange the tablets with them so that she won't doubt it. Initially, she may act weird but try to cope up with it" added Muktha. Aarya nodded.

"Take care of her, bye," said Muktha and left their mansion.

Abhi woke up and found himself on the hospital bed with an IV connected to the back of his palm. He looked at either side and saw Rishi and Anish sleeping with their head resting on the bed.

He closed his eyes with his hand on his eyes. Tears were streaming down his cheeks remembering Sitaara's words.

I hate you.
I hate your touch.
I hate your presence around me.

He got up furiously and pulled out the IV off his hand and got down the bed. He saw car keys dangling out of Anish's pocket. He took them and left from there with a bleeding hand.

After some time, Anish and Rishi woke up yelping in pain holding their nape.

"Man!! It hurts groaned" Rishi with closed eyes massaging his nape.

"I feel terrible pain to even tilt my head, Rishi" groaned Anish. Rishi hummed.

They opened their eyes properly and found an empty bed.

"Where did he go?" They both asked simultaneously and checked in the washroom, outside the ward but didn't find Abhi.

"I just don't understand this bastard. He never cares about anything when he is upset or angry. Selfish bastard" muttered Rishi.

"Rishi, I'll call Aastha and ask if he went home. You just make a call to Abhi's condo security guard and ask if Abhi has come there" said Anish fishing out his phone. Rishi nodded and moved aside. They both made the calls and turned to each other.

"He isn't at his condo," said Rishi. Anish was silent.

"What happened, Ani? Is he at his mansion?" Asked Rishi.

"No!" Said Anish.

"Then he must be at the office. Let's go there. I'll clear the bills and will be back and I need to give a good lecture to the staff here for their wonderful care for patients" said Rishi sarcastically.

"Sitaara fainted. She cried all night. Now, she is suffering from a high temperature. It's been an hour doctor gave her medications but she isn't awake yet. Seem like this bastard must have bitten her harshly like a vampire, blood oozed out her neck" said Anish.

"He still needs psychiatrists, Anish. He is behaving like an animal again. I can't afford to lose another friend" said Rishi. Anish sighed.

"Let's go and meet him. Then we will take him home" said Anish stuffing his hand in his pocket to find keys but he didn't find them.

"Abhi took my car keys and went away, Rishi. Bloody idiot. We need to find cabs now'' said Anish shaking his head in annoyance. Rishi chuckled nodding as it always happens; Abhi stealing Anish's car and Anish's carelessness to keep his belongings safely.

They paid hospital bills and hailed a cab. Soon they reached Abhi's office. Everyone was looking at them weirdly.

"Why are they looking at us like that?" Mumbled Rishi.

"We both are in our jeans and shirt and filled with mud here and there due to yesterday night at Samhith's grave," said Anish.

"Everything is because of that Asshole, Abhi" hissed Rishi.

They saw Vinay coming towards them sweating profusely and hurriedly.

"Your asshole boss is here, isn't it?" Asked Anish. Vinay nodded wiping his sweat.

"So, volcano burst? Huh?" Asked Rishi chuckling.

"To an extent where it can burn the whole world," said Vinay chuckling.

"He fired 25 employees in 30 minutes and am sure if he doesn't cool soon, we have to recruit thousands of employees again," said Vinay.

"We will handle him. Tell us where is he?" Asked Rishi.

"Conference room. He asked no one to disturb him" said Vinay.

"And we don't come under that 'no one' category" chirped Anish like a girl and went away with Rishi.

They both opened the conference room door open and saw everything dark except the light emitting from the huge screen. They saw the screen which is showing Abhi's and Sitaara's pics.

Abhi was so much engrossed in the pics that he didn't even hear his phone ringing sound. At last, he lifted the call coming out of the trance with his eyes fixed on the screen. Hearing the person from another side he stood up with a jerk and turned around and saw Rishi and Anish. He hung the call and ran to them shoving the phone in his pocket.

"Ani, Rishi, Sitaara fainted. She is burning in fever. Let's go" he said as a tear rolled down his eyes already. Anish and Rishi nodded thanking their stars as Abhi agreed easily to go to their mansion, unlike every time.

I feel to kill myself when your lust full gaze falls on me.

"You guys go and check on her. I have an important meeting" he said suddenly when they were about to step out of the conference hall.

"Why? What happened? She needs you" said Anish. Abhi chuckled humourlessly shaking his head with painful expressions on his face.

"Get my clothes too. Go back" he said ignoring Anish's words.

"Abhi, you-"

"Go right now" he screamed making them shiver at his voice. They nodded and went away taking Anish's keys from Abhi.

Rishi and Anish reached the mansion and parked the car. They both walked inside the mansion and saw Sakshi and others sitting on the couch with frowns. Hearing footsteps, they lifted their faces.

"He is at the office and couldn't come due to an important meeting," said Anish.

"Ask your friend not to come, it's better like that or else I don't know how am gonna whoop his ass for hurting my sil" shouted Aastha.

"Aastha...baby... it's not how you think. Abhi's condi-"

"Shut up, Ani. Don't defend him. One word from you and stay at your friend's place without even meeting your daughter for one whole month" shouted Aastha cutting off him. Anish sighed and nodded his head.

They both went to Sitaara's room. She sat up resting her back on the headboard of the bed talking to Abhi's cousins and Arjun.

"Situ, are you fine?" Asked Rishi going to her. She turned to him smiling and nodding

"Mani? Did he come? He must be hungry by now. See, it's 8:45 already. How is his hand? Did you guys take him to the doctor? He is fine.. right? Where did he sleep all night? Where is he now? Speak something dammit!!" She said everything in one go.

"If you let us, we will speak something," said Rishi with a smirk.

"And... for your question, he is fine now at his office and his hand is bandaged as we took him to hospital and we stayed the whole night at hosi--- *fake cough*--- we stayed the whole night at his condo," said Anish. She nodded.

"He sent you for clothes?" Asked Situ. They nodded.

"So he isn't coming?" She asked. They nodded. She thinned her lips looking away.

"I'll get his clothes," she said removing her duvet.

"No..no... you take rest. I'll get it by myself" said Anish.

"You sure?" Asked Situ.

"His closet isn't new to me. We even used to exchange our inner garments during our hostel days and we know every fucking corner of his closet. So, yeah am sure" said Anish.

"You guys exchanged inners?" Asked Dhruv making faces.

"That's hostel Life. If you don't find it in your cupboard then it must be on somebody's body" said Rishi shrugging his shoulders.

"Upper clothes are okay! But...inners? That's.. that's.. gross!!" Said Dhruv.

"You and Vikram ever did that, Arjun?" Asked Aarya. Arjun looked away nodding his head.

"Yuck!! Shit! That's so dirty, Arjun" screamed Aarya throwing a pillow on his face while Situ chuckled.

"Come on! When we were in Mumbai at our penthouse, we used to give our clothes to laundry once in a week so we were left with only that choice due to lack of backups" said Arjun.

"Wait! You and Vikram fought for something in our 3rd year and didn't speak to each other for 3 freaking months. When we asked the reason you guys told us that it's something personal. Please don't tell that it was about your inner clothes" said Aarya.

"It....was?!" Said Arjun avoiding eye contact with Aarya.

"That's so fucking immature of you both. I just can't believe, you guys being best friends since we were in our nursery and fought for something you shouldn't at the age of 20!! Arghh... that's so disgusting, Jun" shouted Aarya. Everyone chuckled.

"I'll get Mani's box for lunch," said Sitaara standing up.

"Don't ask me to back off because I won't. He won't eat it if I don't pack his lunch and he didn't eat even yesterday night" said Sitaara when Aastha who came inside, about to oppose her. They sighed.

"Anish anna, maroon suit with his watch, cufflinks, Tie and his goggles if needed are placed together in 4th cupboard," said Sitaara and went away.

"She is like this only. Once she starts loving or liking a person she takes care of them like a baby no matter what's said Arjun. They smiled Anish went inside the closet.

"Man! His closet is very well organised and completely changed. There are many maroon suits! How shall I pick?" Whined Anish coming back.

"We know every fucking corner of his closet" Dhruv imitated Anish's words laughing.

"Let his wife come, Ani. Only she can select what is perfect for your asshole best friend" said Aastha. Anish nodded not daring to look at her as he knew he is in a deep pit.

"Situ looks very pale and weakness can be seen clearly on her face and in her posture. Am sure Sid gonna break Abhi's bones into the mixture if he comes to know" said Rishi sighing and sitting on the couch.

"Did this ever happen, Aarya? I mean fainting like this?" Asked Anish looking at Aarya and Arjun. They both looked at each other and nodded meekly.

"I just don't understand why Anna did that to an already broken soul!!" Mumbled Aarya.

"Aarya, we know she has a past. Please tell us what happened in her past? We can help her for sure" said Rishi. Aarya chuckled humourlessly wiping her tears.

"What do you all know about her? She smiles, mingles easily, never get angry, tries to make people around happy all the time? Huh? This is what you people know about her! You can't even imagine what she has gone through! No one can help her! If that was possible, we people wouldn't face this day. Unless she let us in her world and let us heal herself, we can't do anything. And...about her past? To be honest, I don't want to share it. It's her personal. She has to express herself" said Aarya.

"I thought Abhi anna can heal her, but he behaved like a beast. I know it's only one incident that occurred but that one incident can clearly show up in the future. Make sure he won't do that or else I will make Sid anna take Situ away from all of us. When it comes to Situ, I don't even care about my own brother's pain. Situ will be my priority at any cost" said Aarya seriously. They nodded.

Sitaara came inside with a lunch box, juice, water bottle, his snacks and smiled at them though she is weak.

"I didn't find the exact one, Situ. Please select it yourself" said Anish pouting making her chuckle and nod. Placing things on the table, she went inside the closet and came back within two minutes will all the things.

"Woah! Situ, you are a superwoman" said Anish chuckling. She smiled placing everything in a duffle bag and gave that to Rishi.

"Ani, ask Taara to take care of herself, do not get off the bed, do not skip her meals and tablets, do not run all around the mansion" Anish readout looking into his phone. He lifted his head and smiled at Situ.

"Your husband! He sent me this message" said Anish. She nodded while others smiled. Waving at them, they went away.

After some time, Abhi's cousins too left leaving Aarya and Arjun behind with Sitaara and Vikram joining them.

"You fine, Situ?" Asked Vikram cupping her cheek. She nodded smiling.

Once Vikram moved back, Aarya slapped Sitaara hardly making Arjun and Vikram shock.

"What the fuck, Aarya?" Mumbled Vikram and Arjun.

"Ask her! She is on drugs to forget her past. What's wrong with you, situ? Do you know how foolish it is? That's... that's truly unexpected from you. When Vikram and Arjun were on drugs you were the one who taught them a good lesson and made them leave that disgusting habit. Now, you are into it? I just can't believe you are doing such things" said Aarya while Situ looked down, Arjun and Vikram were shocked.

"Am sorry! I didn't find any other way to gulp my pain. To behave as if nothing happened in my past at my in-laws, I needed to do it" said Sitaara in a whisper. Aarya slapped her again.

"Don't give such lame excuses, Situ. Right now, I just feel to bang your head to the wall" shouted Aarya.

"Who is the one who gave you this advice and supplied drugs to you?" Asked Vikram.

"Vineeth, the same man who once gave you those in past. I met him accidentally two months ago in Tamilnadu when I visited there. Then I contacted him on the day before wedding rituals started, he came home at night without anyone's notice and supplied them" said, Situ. Arjun and Vikram rubbed their faces unable to decipher what this girl changing herself into.

"I'll talk to him. You are not taking those dangerous and disgusting things, Sitaara. If at all you want them disobeying our orders, forget that you have three best friends. We cut our ties with you" said Vikram sternly. She nodded.

"I just can't believe you acting so immaturely. Vineeth supplies very high dosage drugs and you were buying them from him. Man!! This so fucking madness" mumbled Arjun racking his hair.

"Am sorry" whispered Situ. They fell in silence.

"I want to reopen Viraj Sehgal's murder case," she said. Three friends looked at her shocked.

"What?" They breathed out in shock.

"Yes! I want to reopen and want the police to investigate Raj's murder case. Make sure my brother Siddhanth doubt us but he shouldn't know completely that we reopened the case. When Spy on his every move, including my husband Abhimanyu, will try to bury the truth and we can catch them easily. Prime suspects are Siddhanth Shetty and Abhimanyu Chowdary. This time I want justice at any cost. Take out all call recordings of Sid anna and Mani 2 and a half years ago, know about their rivals, their connection with weapons dealers, know about the persons who brought Ra..Raj's..de..a..d bo..dy to us, also find out about Raj's any kind of connections with Sid anna or anyone suspicious" said Situ.

"Situ, stop speaking like a bitch. Abhi anna doesn't even know Viraj bhaiyya heck I highly doubt if he ever heard his name. How can you suspect him? And... though Sid anna hate Viru bhaiyya with his guts since our school days, he supported you, his family and done many more things for Viru bhaiyya's family. You just can't accuse them of who is your good wishers" said
