Seated in front of the television that boring morning, you had been watching the news with half your mind on the current affairs and half your mind on your best friend who also seemed to be bored out of his mind.

You watched out of the corner of your eye when he grabbed his green elephant watering jug and filled it with water so that he could water his little cactus on the balcony. You sat with your legs crossed close to you and began unconsciously picking at your nails when you grimaced in disgust at the sight of dried up animal carcasses that looked as if they had been sucked to the bone.

"Sai!... Mosquito outbreak! City Z is in the path." You said loudly to yourself, speaking and not really caring if he heard or not, that's his fault for not listening. The man was silent as he crouched down and began to pour the droplets of water over his beloved plant.

"Mhmmmm" He murmured to himself, silently acknowledging your words without you knowing. You only sighed and looked around but stopped when you heard what sounded like Saitama growling to himself.

"Damn... Mosquito!..." He growled in a frustrated voice and when you made it to the window you swore you could hear him grinding his teeth together when he abruptly dropped the watering jug and stood still as a solider.

Watching in amusement, you kept staring at Saitama when he jumped from his spot and leaped into the air, clapping his hands together to kill the menacing bug. His claps echoed and had an after effect with a breeze and you were shocked to see his claps couldn't actually kill the blood-sucking insect.

He jumped high and low, clapping in the air and you were surprised he didn't leap off of the balcony until suddenly-

"Hey! Get back here!!" He jumped straight inside to grab some bug spray and rocketed out of the apartment building where he landed on the ground gracefully but took off leaving a breeze of dust behind him.

You gasped to yourself at how quickly that whole scene just escalated and then turned to slip your shoes on as you hurriedly ran out of the door hoping to get a clue as to where the heck your best friend had disappeared to.

You stopped in the middle of an unknown street and looked around, hearing maniacal laughter and blasts of odd sounding weapons. Without a second thought you ran to the directions of the sounds as the evacuation emergency warnings continued to blare throughout the deserted city.

Watching the scene in front of you, you grabbed onto the back of Saitama's yellow shirt for comfort and felt Saitama reach behind to grab your arm in acknowledgment.

"Eh? What's that cloud?" Saitama asked from in front of you when you witnessed a huge buzzing black cloud above you. You only clenched his shirt tighter and observed a young man with blond hair and a robotic body look at both of you and answer in an emotionless tone, "You two there, go somewhere safe and hide. The mosquitoes are being controlled."

Your face drained of colour and you watched as Saitama stilled with sweat dripping down his head. You mumbled incoherent mumbles under your breath and Saitama spoke your silent thoughts, "Tho-.. Those are mosquitoes!"

You hide your whole body behind the bald man in front of you and he welcomed you while he watched as the blond cyborg's palm began to light up with a bright yellow light that was held up in the direction of the mosquito lady that seemed to be half mosquito and half woman. She had long insect-like legs and clear thin wings that allowed her to fly really fast. She had a strange antenna-like thing on her head and her skin resembled the colour of the blood her mosquitoes collected for her.

A bright light blew up the streets of City Z and it temporarily blinded you as you felt Saitama's warm body embrace you when you heard a loud and high-pitched scream. The lights died out and the streets were ruined with rubble from the explosion that your best friend had protected you from. Your squinted eyes opened slowly as you let your eyes adjust to the light and heard the cyborg speaking to the quiet mosquito lady.

"Before I came I checked the surrounding 500 metres for human life to make sure of as little casualties that could happen.. Wait, What about those peo-!"

"Wow, man that was awesome! ...You just totally made them bug out!.... Bud-dam-tss" Saitama cheered out in glee as he stood in his spot, only now he was butt naked with absolutely no shame. You squealed from behind him and almost jumped about three feet into the air. Your hands were over your eyes in an instant when you screamed out Saitama's name in shock and minor disgust.

He merely looked at you with shrugged shoulders and a look that practically said that he had no idea why you were reacting in such a way. Both of you were so distracted that you didn't even notice the cyborg that was currently being beaten up into a scrambled piece of metal and looked as if he was about to kick the bucket.

You shoved Saitama with your elbow, carful as to where you touched him and nudged him towards the Mosquito lady that was nearing them when he simply swung his open hand out and slapping the gross monster lady across the face where her blood and now dead body were sprayed on the neighbouring building in front of us.

You smiled proudly and clapped to yourself when you saw Saitama smiling lightly at your reaction to his win and you felt a slight warmth in your cheeks. Ignoring the peculiar feeling you turned to walk home, in front of Saitama so that you wouldn't have to burn the sight of his white ass cheeks into your brain, listening to the cyborg - who you had no idea was still alive - speak to your best friend with his jaw dropped and his eyes wide in shock and amazement.

"You!! What's your name?"

Saitama looked towards the voice and answered in a puzzled voice, "Eh? Oh, Saitama."

"Saitama-san, Let me be your disciple." The cyborg stated in a clear and superior voice like he wouldn't accept no for an answer. The bald hero looked at the younger man with an unreadable emotion and shrugged out an answer in surprise, as if he was under pressure at the question.

"Eh... Ok."
