The light blinded Saitama as he crouched over slightly to lessen the attack's power that was coming before a yell was heard from over his shoulder, "Behind you!"

He was punched across the face and blown to the side though he still managed to stay on his two feet as they were engraved into the metal ground on the roof of the mother ship.

"You are a worthy opponent but the outcome  of this battle is clear! My species won the struggle to survive."

Saitama wasn't looking at anything in particular as he honestly didn't care about anything Boros was talking about but a shrill scream caught his attention to look at the tattered ground beneath him, "Again?! Really!"

It was you, your voice- he could recognise it anywhere but it wasn't exactly your safety he was completely concerned about now. Of course he'd be worried when you were inside an extraterrestrial ship that was bound to be destroyed but words you had previously spoken couldn't help but replay inside his mind. He felt so comforted to know he had you beside him- it stung to think about what he'd do if he didn't see you next to him.

Your words had strung a chord inside the emotionless hero. He never thought that something you would say would have such an impact on him in the near future.

- A Couple Months Ago -

"Anger, Happiness or sadness.. I don't really feel them anymore." He spoke as he went to pet a stray cat that quietly passed him and nuzzled it's cute little face in your leg. You only grimaced at the action, observing Saitama watching the cat that completely dodged him for you.

"Uh.. Scat you cat! Aye, that rhymed!" You chirped to yourself, feeling proud as you nudged the feral cat away from you, not wanting some sort of disease from the feline.

You continued to follow Saitama as you skipped beside him, he glanced at you wordlessly with a bored expression waiting for you to respond to his last statement.

"Oh, sorry Sai- But I'm sure you will feel them again, maybe there's some kind of higher being that is just preparing you for something much bigger. Who knows?"

He gave a tiny smile that you returned when you knew he was thinking about a fight that would last more than one punch. You giggled at his daydreaming face and shrugged your shoulders nonchalantly as you continued your sentence with a mutter, "Besides even if that doesn't happen- I know I'll help you feel something."

Saitama watched you frozen with an open mouth, you were expecting him to speak before a robotic laughter was heard from the shadows behind you. You gasped and looked to see some sort of car monster that kept yelling out, "Vroom Vroom."

- Now -

That conversation meant so much more to him than he thought it would. Yet, you were correct as this fight had lasted more than one punch and as much as Saitama didn't want to admit it out loud, he was having a great time.

Boros was strong, unbelievably strong though it sort of made sense since he was from out of space. Saitama didn't have to worry about a punch killing him instantly because he knew he had the fight already in the bag, he was eager to continue as his heart pounded in his chest. His blood was pumping in his veins and he couldn't wait for Boros to stop talking.

"(Y/N)-sama? She's grown a lot, hasn't she..?"

Boros grew a malicious smile upon his face when he watched his opponent, Saitama had heard his best friends name cross the alien's lips and felt anger building within him, "Amidst the harsh environment of our home world we possess the ultimate in regenerative abilities, I, in particular have self-healing power, physical prowess and latent energy beyond your conception. A deep wound that would be fatal for you heals itself on me in mere moments.

By focusing all my energy on my destroyed arm, I can explosively speed up the healing process. Good as new. You.. On the other hand will only get injured more, all while your stamina gradually decreases-"

"Shut up."

Boros was silenced but not by fear or disbelief, it was more like anger as he was disturbed mid- sentence. How could anyone- especially a mere mortal dare to even think of disrupting Boros as he spoke? It was unthinkable yet achievable as someone that had done it stood about three metres away from him with a dark look over his eyes. Saitama's shoulders rose and fell heavily as his bald head shone and reflected the sun's light.

"Don't speak as if you know (Y/N)-chan."

His voice was deeper than before, Boros took note of that and his smirk reappeared, "Ah, (Y/N)-sama was only a child after escaping our home world to come here."

Saitama desperately wanted to stop Boros, he wanted to end the aliens life but he was curious too, he guessed he shouldn't let this opportunity slip away after being reminded of your tearful face only moments before, "Her foolish parents sent her to space alone after I had begun my quest to fulfil the prophecy, she left before I could kill her but her family was too late,"

"If she had stayed with me a while longer then she could've embraced her unimaginable power like I have. It's quiet sad actually- I almost pity her!"

His voice rose and in turn your feet had stopped. After following another dark hallway, you couldn't help but overhear as their voices were so loud to you. Your vision was clouded over but you were determined to keep going- if only your sense of direction was as good as your level of sarcasm. These words that the dominator of the universe spewed out were completely trivial now because the only thing that truly worried you, was the way Saitama would look at you now.

"But perhaps everything has fallen into place as it has supposed to as her body, her face.. Has adapted to live and survive on this world."

"Blah blah blah are you done? With this?"

Boros became quiet again and his glowing body became brighter as the fire of anger was fuelled because of Saitama's insolence  "NOT YET!"

A bright purple light grew from Boros' chest and surrounded him in a circle of purple with lightning flashing around the alien, the power grew and grew as your own chest had felt the power, causing your lungs to constrict forcing you to fall immobile- both because of the words that the alien spoke, and the power that he held to kill your own family that you never got to know.

"Meteoric Burst!"

Saitama perked up, his mouth fell open slightly when a fist was in front of his face within a second as the air around him was without oxygen when heat caged around him like a helpless puppy. The floor beneath his feet was immensely hot and a force hit his face as his body was then being thrown like a rag doll, receiving attacks from every direction.

Screams were heard from within the ship as the shrill yells of agony slowly died out when you caught sight of a lava substance that swirled on the floor around you. Yelping at the temperature and the fear building within you, you had climbed up the tattered walls that were broken with holes and broken pipes that stuck out, giving you a better grip to get away from yet another deadly situation.

Saitama's still body was thrown into the air as he flowed with the breeze, the sociopathic alien rising before him to deliver a knee right into his gut, the force making everything including them slow down before Saitama was flung so high that he had left the atmosphere.
