Walking home was a pain, especially when Saitama wasn't here to speed up the process. You left your headphones in your bedroom and now you had made it all the way from the packed city to the isolated, 'Terrifying City,' in City Z. You knew your home was close and you knew Saitama would be arriving any moment from grocery shopping after he managed to beat Sonic when the opportunity was presented.

You felt sore, your feet hurt because of how lazy and unfit you were. Saitama had always carried you, most of all giving you piggybacks to let you sleep as he walked you home. Your back was starting to hurt too, you literally swore out loud when you realised you forgot to buy pain-relief medicine from the chemist and you still had roughy five days till your menstrual cycle was complete till next month.

The place was a ghost town, it was deserted of any people who valued their lives and weren't willing to live another day in a place where monsters roamed the ghost town when they appeared out of nowhere ninety-nine percent of the time. You had grown accustomed to the monsters and their surprise visits so now you weren't necessarily scared.. But you also had an incredibly strong superhuman walking you home, your hand enclosed into his those times.

Now you were defenceless, weak, vulnerable and exhausted. Your back was aching and you seriously wanted to just punch it to somehow alleviate the pain or create a new one to distract yourself. The only reason you kept going was because of your sweet, sweet bed.

You turned a corner under a small bridge and noticed to men with their backs towards you as they faced a large figure with seaweed-like hair waving around from all parts of the beings body. You guessed another monster had appeared and all you could do was sit in the dark shade and watch, waiting for the people and monster to leave. How weak and pathetic you were now.

You slid onto the ground, flopping your phone out to type in the hero association to see the list of heroes so you could identify the two who were only a mere twenty metres away from you. A minute later you heard masculine screams, turning to watch a piece of seaweed grab onto the blonde man's leg and proceed to drag him in a underground passage way before his doll-like body clashed with the building beside them.

You felt your eyes widening, the skinnier hero with an excellent moustache was alone while his companion was knocked asleep on the ground, blood and crumbled rock littered around his unmoving body. You quickly pulled your attention back to your mobile, reading the heroes listed before coming across two familiar faces; Golden Ball; Class A, Rank 29 who had fallen unconscious and Spring Mustachio; Class A, Rank 33.

The moustache man had a thin sword appear in his hand, gracefully placing his other arm behind his back where he got into position, crouching lower to mutter a word as his sword suddenly curved inwards into a spiral.
"Thrust!" He shouted with fierceness laced in his classy-like voice. The sword, within a flash, had sprung forwards as it managed to reach all the way down the street and yet the seaweed monster still dodged it when you couldn't even see it. You saw a hole in one of the seaweed's tentacles but nevertheless you were impressed.

.. Heroes had their moments, only Moustachio's luck had ended after that when the tentacle-being had successfully made the hero before it weary. He fell forward, falling into a deep slumber whilst covered in cut's and bruises as his clothes were now ripped up, dishevelled and had lot's of holes in it.

You sat in your seat, watching the seaweed creature move further away from you when your attention fell back to the mobile in your hand. Observing the list of heroes upon heroes you involuntarily went lower down the list as your eyes flickered through the faces to catch sight of one who stood out the most; Saitama (Caped Baldy); Class C, Rank 71.

You stared for a short while, watching and avoiding everything in your surroundings till your phone rang with a notification. Cursing harshly, you silenced the mobile only to have a dark figure appear in front of you within the time span of two seconds. In your peripherals, you took note of the tentacles and you knew you had been caught.

The being cackled with joy when it's seaweed; which you now recognised as Kombu, wrapped around your waist to carry you to the middle of the street. The monster walked for a short while and honestly you were growing bored, "So what's your name?"

The monster observed you cautiously when you failed to show signs of fear towards the being who previously managed to defeat two Class A heroes. After a few seconds of scrutinising, the monster sighed and glanced down another street longingly, ".. Kombu Infinity. Does anyone even live here?"

You took a glance around, expecting a tumbleweed to pass through the area before your eyes adjusted on a familiar being, "I'm pretty sure he does."
Kombu Infinity tightened it's grasp on you slightly when it grew excited at the sight of a bald man carrying a bag of groceries towards you.

Kombu seemed to be thinking, allowing the pedestrian; who you automatically recognised as Saitama, to come nearer before taking action in attempting to inflict fear or pain onto the citizen.

"Oh.. I forgot to buy Kombu soup stock.. (Y/N)? What are you doing there? Let's go" He spoke casually, missing the fact that you were constricted by a piece of strong seaweed. You sighed rolling your eyes as you made it obvious, when you started to fidget, that you couldn't 'Go' as he stated.

"I'm kinda stuck here Sai, can you he- uh.. You can go, I'm fine." You cringed at your mistake, you seriously despised the fact that just seeing the man's face could cause any and all negative emotions to disperse out of your body. He observed you and your predicament and in a second flat you fallen onto the ground, landing right on your tail bone to scream in agony at the stinging pain that diffused throughout your fragile body.

Kombu was dead and you couldn't really say you were feeling so sympathetic about that because now you could finally go home to bed.
