Chapter sixty-nine: "Walking Cake"

"Kim Possible right?" Wallace asked as we started walking up to the cars at the parking lot

I nodded "Mhm, it was Danny's idea"

Cloud stopped walking all of a sudden and turned his head to look at me with concern "What were you doing hanging out with Danny?"
He was still wary and I don't blame him

I shoved both of my hands in my pocket "She went shopping for clothes and we bumped into her at the mall"
Yes I still haven't forgiven Danny but she is improving little by little

The look on Cloud's bears the worry of a man who already went through hell before and doesn't want to go through it again, I removed one hand from my pocket and held his hand to make him relax a little

"James Bond is what you're going for right?" I asked him them he switched his attention to me

"I have a lot of suits in my closet, might as well use one of them to my advantage"

I chuckled "You have a closet full of suits that were designed by your mother"'
Of course, his closet doesn't contain only the clothes his mother designed and created for him, there are also other designer suits in there that cost about an average salary of any person

All of us started hopping into the cars, I went with Cloud, Cheryl was with Paul, and of course the single bro-hood trio

While being inside the car with Cloud, I snorted due to a brought up memory inside my head

"What's so funny?" he asked while steering the wheel

"Well...remember back in our first year of high school?"

He nodded with a raised brow "Yeah?"

"It was when all the guys in our school avoided you on the first day"
All of the guys avoided Cloud like the plague that day, it was quite a sight to behold

The reason why every guy in school avoided him except the teachers was that they were intimidated, Cloud was like a walking cake and every girl wanted to have a bite. With Cloud in the same school as the other guys, it would feel like a competition for the girls' attention

His existence felt like an enemy, they wanted to get rid of it but they were too afraid of what he might do
It doesn't take a smart person to figure out why they didn't try to bully him

Power, Brains, and status

No guy would want to mess with somebody who has all three in one go. Thankfully, Cloud didn't abuse his status and just went for the Golden Child attitude to everyone

They no longer see Cloud as an enemy anymore as they spend time together with him, he was more like an ally

Cloud could only look at me confused "I don't understand what you are laughing about that but ok" he shrugged one shoulder

"The trio acted the same way as the guys back in our old high school" I grinned at him

The look on their faces was extremely similar to the faces of the guys in my old high school

He blew a raspberry "Those guys are extreme idiots if they don't think they can pull a girl like me"

His sentence only made my eyes roll almost to the back of my head
That ego, I swear

"Oh really? Then how can you tell you could pull any girl?" I teased him with a playful mocking face. I can already tell what was about to come
The ego train is coming and I can hear it from a mile away

Slowly I could see the smug expression forming on his face "Let me tell you a hundred reasons". Like a speed of lighting, I put my hand up in front of his face

"How about we just go with 3?"

Before starting, he cleared his throat "1st reason is my face" he wiggled his brows at me with a handsome grin. I giggled

A number two was now formed on his hand "The 2nd reason is that I am a good smooth talker, any objection on that?"

I shook my head as I try to suppress my giggles
No objection to that, he is a smooth talker when he wants to flirt with me like all the time

"The 3rd reason isss?" I asked

Without any signal, he held my hand while his other hand was driving the wheel. He kissed the back of my hand with a smile on his face "I got the woman I desired" the smile on his face looked like a victory smile like he won

"Smooth-talking to me must be your second favorite hobby next to teasing me, I assume?" I made a thin line with my lips and gave him an 'I knew it' look on my face

His response is what made my heart beat faster, with a serious face he said "You're not just any woman, you're my woman and that is a big difference"

My face was as red as my temporary red hair right now
Thank goodness Wallace and Brian didn't join us

Both of them would barf at the sight of us being so lovey-dovey

After we arrived at the place where the costume party was being held, we both hopped out of the car and regrouped with the others

"Girl why is your face so red?" Cheryl asked me as soon as she saw my face

Cloud kept teasing me for the entire ride so now I look like a tomato, a tomato cosplaying as Kim possible

Wallace and Brian sighed in relief, Brian glanced at me and Cloud "Thank God I didn't join you both"
I'm more happier that you both didn't join us

We all turned our heads to Ken's home, it was Halloween-themed from the outside in. Jacko-lanterns lined up the path to the house, fake skeletons on the roof, and there is also a statue of the grim reaper on the right side of the door welcoming visitors

"Look at her" I heard a guy say to his friend without even trying to hide his perverted eyes at my body, the friend whistled at me. Cloud put his arm around my waist and glared at the guy

I smiled at both of the guys and gave them the middle finger "They're part of the decoration, don't mind them honey" I purposely called Cloud a sweet nickname before pulling him away by holding his hand

Cheryl on the other hand had a different plan, she didn't care about human rights when it comes to perverts so she grabbed a huge rock like the size of the palm of her hand and threw both of them in the middle of their faces

"FUCK!" one of them yelled

We know Paul was a peacemaker and would always calm Cheryl down when she is angry but he also had other plans "Do you want more rocks?" he asked Cheryl

She delightedly nodded "Yes please" and Paul nodded before bringing her more rocks
Here I thought stoning was out of style

"I wanna join" Cloud chirped happily to Cheryl, the woman didn't even hesitate to give Cloud 8 rocks
Oh my God, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen

"Cloud, Cheryl, let's just go in," I asked them nicely while glancing at the two guys who had their faces all bloodied by rocks. The two listened and just entered the house

"You too Paul," I said to him in a dead monotone voice as I saw him getting ready to aim at the two with rocks, he saw me looking at him and hid the rocks behind him then gave me a sheepish grin
