I ran towards Yoongi who immediately grabbed my arm and started to run so fast that I could barely keep up. Was Jungkook truly that close?

I had my answer when I heard someone running not that far behind us. I turned my head to see how far away he was. He luckily still looked like a dot, but the fact that he could see us and we could see him made me scared.
"Yoongi, is it true that I should fear Violet as well.." I asked, having trouble talking. I was way too out of breath from all the running.
"This is not the time for a conversation Y/N! We can't lose our energy right now!" He yelled at me.

He was right. I just had so many questions, but I guess those were for another time..

After a few minutes we lost Jungkook. Or at least, he was out of sight for us.
We stood still behind a corner to catch our breath and gain some energy. "Give me your knife." Yoongi whispered. "Why?" I asked. It wasn't like I didn't want to give him the knife, I just wanted to know what his plan was.
"I can defend myself better than you. You have to run and I'll create a distraction." He said softly. "Are you crazy?! You're gonna die like that!"
"Shhh!" He covered my mouth with his hand because I was a little bit too loud. Fuck. Luckily no one was around.
"You're really underestimating me. Trust me, I won't die today or any time soon." He said with a small smile that immediately faded away as soon as he noticed that he was smiling.
"I'm sorry Yoongi, I can't do that. We're either running out of here together or we're staying together. You don't have to go home either, you can just sleep at my place. But we have to run now and do this together, okay? Do you promise?" I whispered at him. He still felt like my best friend somewhere deep down and I couldn't leave him here. Besides, when we were kids we used to have sleepovers all the time. My mother wouldn't mind, she trusted Yoongi.

He sighed. "I promise. Grab my hand." He said while reaching out for mine. I grabbed his hand and we started to run again, only to be surprised by Jungkook who was way closer than we thought...
