Isha returned from her office on time, freshened up, and changed into her traditional wear which is expected of a king's wife, and went down...

She met with her mother-in-law and hugged her...

"Ma... What did you do the whole day ?? Did you miss me ??", Isha asked her mother-in-law after settling beside her, Amruta smiled at her daughter...

"You know the answer yet you ask this every day", Amruta said patting her daughter-in-law's cheek...

"Ma... bolo na(Ma, please say)", Isha whined...

"Yes, I missed my daughter-in-law a lot like every other day, but I know she didn't miss me like every day, she must have enjoyed herself with her friends, huh Reetu and Ragini", Amruta said pouting, Isha giggled at her mother-in-law's drama...

"Um... actually yes, Reetu and I played a prank on Ragini today... Ragini is so mad at us but we pacified her at the end...", Isha said and Amruta smiled at her loving daughter-in-law...

"No shame at all while accepting you didn't miss me huh... Very bad Isha...", Amruta teased

"Hehe, I'm Abhyansh Singh Ranawat's wife, I am not afraid of saying the truth", Isha said dramatically but Amruta looked at her with hope...

"You really want to become Abhyansh Singh Ranawat's wife ??", Amruta asked and Isha's smile was wiped away by her mother-in-law's question...

"Ma... Let's talk about something else", Isha said as she knew her answer would disappoint Amruta and she didn't want to hurt her...

"Isha, please answer me...", Amruta asked and Isha sighed...

"Ma, he didn't want anything to do with me... I'm just a maid to him...", Isha said

"What if he wants to give this marriage a chance, will you ??", Amruta asked, She knew she is hoping for the impossible but she is a mother, she can't leave the hope of seeing her son settled and happy in his marriage, also now she felt that affection towards Isha as well, she wants her daughter to know the marital bliss...

"Ma... What has gotten into you today ??", Isha asked softly

"Answer me Isha", Amruta asked softly holding her cheeks...

"No ma, he didn't give me any reason to think of this marriage, the day he would give me, I will give everything to him and this marriage, but we both know that's impossible... One thing I can say, is I'm doing all my duties towards him sincerely because I'm his wife, I know he doesn't feel it that way but I accepted this marriage wholeheartedly, I would do all my duties religiously... like he didn't give me any reason to consider this marriage, he didn't give me any reason to break it as well, so I will stay his wife till he gives that one reason", Isha said and Amruta hugged her daughter-in-law seeing the positive approach of her, even after her son's cruel tortures... She prayed to god not to test her daughter-in-law's patience much... Only time will tell whether her prayers will be answered or not...

"Now leave all this, come let's prepare dinner...", Isha said dragging Amruta to the kitchen...

Isha cooked food while Amruta helped her by cutting the vegetables... After a while, they both with the help of servants arranged the table when they saw everyone making their way to the dining hall... Abhyansh made his way and after he settled on his seat, everyone followed and Isha started serving him... Everyone had their dinner, Abhyansh got up to walk away when they heard commotion...

"Hukum, some injured man ran into the palace, We tried to stop him but he said he is here for Queen Isha...", The servant informed looking down...

Isha ran into the hall followed by others while Abhyansh slowly walked as if he knew what was all that about... 

"Balwant Kaka...", Isha sobbed and ran towards the intruder, whose stomach and back is stabbed with knives, his arms and legs are bleeding too, and he looked as if he was tortured to hell...

Others gasped looking at the man except for Abhyansh... He looked with his emotionless face...

"Hukum... Yu..Yuvraj Ranveer... He... he is not at fault...", The man gasped and fell down, Isha sat down and took his head in her lap... the middle-aged man looked as if he could die any second from now and Isha sobbed looking at his pain...

"Who...Who did this to you Kaka?? Please... Please ambulance... Please help me take him to the hospital...", Isha cried looking at all the others, Avyan moved towards them but Abhyansh's words stopped him...

"He won't survive... let him talk", Abhyansh said in his emotionless tone...

"He is right Hukum", The man looked at Isha and cupped her cheek with his blood-filled hands... Isha is about to make him get up and take him to the hospital but he shakes his head, he knew he is going to die, and before he dies, he needs to tell her the truth...

"Who did this to you ?? Tell me ??", Isha asked...

"Prince Kailash Rajput", he said and Isha gasped...

"Kaku sa ?? Why ??", Isha asked

"I...I told Yuvraj Ranveer about how he convinced you for this marriage...", the man named Balwant said spitting blood, Isha sobbed... 

"Why did you risk your life Kaka?? Why ??", Isha sobbed...

"Yuvraj(Ranveer)... You know he was tricked... Please forgive him... forgive him..", Balwant said closing his eyes... 

Just then a lady ran inside... and stumbled on her knees near the man who is almost on the verge of dying... she cried and by her words, they understood that she was his wife...

"T...Take care of Princess Isha...", the man said to his wife and closed his eyes forever... 

Isha cried but the man's wife consoled him... 

"Don't cry your Highness, I'm happy that my husband did something for you before he died...", the woman said and Isha looked at her confused...

"He informed Prince Ranveer about you, to save you, which is why Prince Kailash killed him... he(Balwant) wanted to see you once before he died, that's why he rushed here...", The woman replied with tears and also a proud smile on her face which angered Isha...

"What about your children ?? He gave away his life for me ?? what will happen if he informs Prince Ranveer ?? Nothing, he gave his life for nothing doing injustice to you and your children, and you are proud of it ??", Isha said angrily... though her voice is still sweet, kind, and soft, anger can be felt in it...

Everyone is surprised to see her speak like that, they always see her sweet smile and soft tone... but never ever saw her anger...

Abhyansh already knew Kailash injured one of his brother's loyal men, but why ?? he didn't know, and now he did... He also knew Isha agreed to marry him in return for something, but he is not sure about it, he didn't even want to know about it. But what piqued his interest is Ranveer's name... That man is the only human who achieved the feat of impressing Abhyansh Singh Ranawat and Abhyansh wanted to know more about the whole thing...

Balwant didn't inform Ranveer about how Kailash made her lie to him making Madan misbehave with Isha, because he himself didn't know about it, the only people who knew about it were Kailash, Madan, Sheela, and Isha herself, but Balwant told Ranveer that Kailash promised Isha that she would get to work for a few months before getting married to a man of his choice. He would get her married either way so it's better she chooses the best option. And that is why Isha agreed to marry The BEAST...

Ranveer wanted to come immediately but he couldn't as his father's men reached London, kidnapped his friend, and till Ranveer saves him, he can't leave the place, moreover, he got to know from his men that his sister looked fine and is working... So, he thought to resolve the issue at hand, and then leave for India permanently... Also, Ranveer thought his sister did this willingly in exchange for freedom, so he didn't think he could do much, other than to convince her to get separated from Abhyansh and then bring her to London... and all this takes time and he needed to plan carefully as he knew he is not dealing with an ordinary man but The Royal BEAST...

He called his father, to release his friend and he acted as if he didn't know what Ranveer is talking about which frustrated him further...

Isha walked to her chamber, brought her bag, took out the money she saved from her salary till now and all the incentives she received for the sales of her designed clothes... 

She kept the bundle of notes in the woman's hand...

"Take this, it will help you in holding his last rites and your children's education", Isha said...

"No Your Highness, I can't take it", the woman said looking at the Ranawats, she thought that money belonged to Ranawats and according to her, they destroyed their princess's life so she can't take their money... and Isha understood her thoughts...

"This money is mine, I have earned it...", Isha said and took off the bangles, earrings, and neckpiece she was wearing and gave them to the woman... "And these belong to my mother, your late queen", Isha said

"But hukum, these are your mother's remembrance... No, I can't...", the woman said teary-eyed...

"My mother's remembrance is her memories which are in my heart forever, these are just material things, she would be happier if they could help you rather than they are with me... so please take it...", Isha said softly hugging her... Amruta wiped her tears looking at her daughter-in-law's kindness... Avyan for once questioned his hatred towards his sister-in-law, could he ever hate her after witnessing her kind side ?? Everyone's expressions softened including Pratap Singh Ranawat who is the most affected one by her father, at least that's what he thought... But Abhyansh's cold eyes remained the same...

"And please do one thing for me, call all the followers of my father to Balwant Kaka's last rites, and tell them not to try helping me anymore... They shouldn't even think about me or my welfare from now on, tell them I'm fine, I get to work, do everything I have ever dreamt of, I don't need anything else, convey this to them, ask them to concentrate on their families, and take care of them, not me", Isha said

"But Your Highness, how can we...", she started arguing but Isha cut her off...

"If any of them try to help me, or even if another life is lost because of me, I would starve myself to death", Isha said in her soft tone but there is determination in her voice which made the woman nod...

Isha looked at the dead man once and two tears fell from her eyes before she wiped them off and turned to the King... she still didn't look at his face...

"Ma...Maharaj... can anyone help the lady, take her husband's body home ??", Isha pleaded looking down... "Please do this favor, Your Highness, I beg you", she said, in these two and half months, she understood her husband's ego very well, he enjoys other people offering their dignity and respect to him...

"Help the woman", Abhyansh commanded walking away...

Isha hugged the woman and consoled her to go, after that, everyone slowly left but Isha stood there motionlessly... Amruta patted her cheek, consoled her not to blame herself, and when Isha nodded and said she is fine, Amruta too left... She couldn't even have her food because of the incident... She decided that from now on, no life would go because of her, she had to make sure of it, though she has ordered the woman to convey her message to her father's followers, and she knew they would give up their practices of trying to save her if it risks her life but will her uncle sit calmly is the question... And there is only one solution she found to her problem... that is her husband, only he could stop her uncle from taking any more lives, and she would seek his help, she is ready to sacrifice anything for their lives...

Determined, she walked to her husband's study... she hadn't stepped in after the punishment that day, even thinking about that day made her afraid but she had to do it...

Abhyansh is waiting for his wife, he is clever enough to understand his wife's next step, the day she refused to take money from him and told him she would return it, he understood that she is not someone who is greedy for money... and after seeing her behavior today, he got the clarity that she isn't a gold digger, but that didn't lessen his hatred for her, in fact, increased, if not for money, then why did she marry him ?? What is the agreement she made with her uncle in return for this ?? He thought to himself, but that question didn't disturb him so much as Ranveer Rajput did... What is he ?? Is he a supporter of his sister or he hates her like his father, but by today's confrontation and that man and woman's words, Abhyansh got it that Ranveer wanted to protect his sister from getting married to him... Abhyansh called his brother to his office to pass the orders, the moment he heard his wife pledge about giving away her life even if one life is lost because of her, he decided to protect everyone  Kailash intended to kill, not because he cared for her but because he can't torture her if she dies...

"Yes Bhai sa, you called  ??", Avyan asked bowing his head in respect...

Abhyansh nodded and signed with his hand asking Avyan to take a seat and he obliged... He didn't ask anything even after 10 minutes of silence, he didn't have the courage to question his brother so stayed mum and waited for him to say something...

Isha made her way to the study...

"Ma... Maharaj, I am here to ask you for help", she said looking down... She cursed her state, all these two months, she was happy not interacting with her husband, but now she has to...

"Hm... ", Abhyansh sighed asking her to go ahead...

"I want you to stop my uncle from taking any more innocent lives... I mean... I am requesting you...", Isha said correcting her statement... There is no response from him, so she left the ounce of self-respect she is left with and begs him... "I beg you, Maharaj... Please", she said and he smirked but no one could notice as none had the audacity to look at his face...

"What would I get in return ??", Abhyansh asked... "Let me rephrase, what do you have to offer ??", Abhyansh asked, his tone devilish, Avyan's eyes widened... He got up to leave...

"Bhai sa, I'll come later...", he said, he didn't want his sister-in-law to feel insulted, or embarrassed, hearing his brother's tone, he expected the worst and he didn't want to be a part of that sin, even by just witnessing it...

"Sit", Abhyansh ordered his brother, and Avyan having no option sat down...

"I...I didn't get you Maharaj", Isha asked innocently, she didn't get good vibes hearing Abhyansh's tone...

"Be my slave, for life", Abhyansh said with his usual cold tone but that shocked Isha and Avyan...

Isha's eyes are filled with tears... Being a slave to someone is very insulting... That meant sacrificing your dignity for life... She didn't understand the whole meaning but Avyan just hoped his brother didn't make his sister-in-law do anything that would hurt her dignity(se*ual).

"Maharaj...", Isha said, her voice literally begging him not to do that to her...

"If you agree, they live, if not, they die", Abhyansh said with his tone icy... 

Isha didn't have a choice, she couldn't let any more deaths happen... So, she nodded looking down hiding her tears of shame as all this discussion happened in front of her brother-in-law, the fact that her husband didn't care even a bit for her respect killed the tiny hope her positive attitude created... Abhyansh gave a devilish smirk looking at her nod...

"Avyan, Call Kailash Rajput, and warn him to stop all the atrocities right away", Abhyansh ordered and Avyan nodded calling Kailash and putting the phone on speaker as Abhyansh signaled...

Hearing the ringing, Isha decided to leave as she was in no mood to handle her uncle's tone tonight, her emotions are all over the place but will he be called the BEAST if he wouldn't suffer her...

"Stay...", Abhyansh said when he noticed her turning to walk away... She stood still, turning to him again sending a small prayer to god to save her tonight... she hoped her uncle wouldn't say anything to degrade her but luck is not on her side today...

"Hello Mr. Ranawat, I'm honored to receive a call from you", Kailash's voice boomed into the phone... hearing it Isha remembered all the tortures he had put her through which she had forgotten in these few months. She closed her eyes to stop the memories, Abhyansh saw her distress but he didn't feel the satisfaction he usually feels when he sees her in pain, These days he became obsessed with her like he should be the only one who gives her the pain... The only thing on his mind is he should free her from the pain and distress Kailash Rajput is giving her...

"Stop with the nonsense Mr. Kailash Rajput and listen to me carefully, stop all the nuisances right away, it's an order from the King", Avyan said controlling his tongue thinking his sister-in-law would feel bad if he used harsh language for her uncle...

"What are you talking about Mr. Ranawat, And by the way, I don't have a king, King of Mewar who is my elder brother died years back, and from then the Mewar throne has been vacant", Kailash said laughing, he didn't know the phone is on speaker and Abhyansh is listening to it...

"Rajput...", Abhaynsh said in his cold tone holding a slight warning, which instantly stopped the laughter... "Any more deaths from here on, you will see my BEAST side, and you know you won't be able to see anything after that", Abhyansh said... and that made Kailash shiver but he knew Abhyansh won't kill him, he promised his son and he is a man of his words so he decided to use this chance to the fullest...

"Why are you doing this Mr. Ranawat ?? For that sl**ty daughter of my brother ?? Is she w**ming your bed that good that you are backing her father's supporters who hate you... In fact, I'm doing you good by eliminating your enemies... I thought you would torture my b**ch of a niece but here you are....", Kailash started but he was interrupted by Abhyansh's tone... Hearing her uncle's words, Isha cupped her mouth and sobbed... Avyan felt really bad for his sister-in-law, he just wanted to kill Kailash...

"Careful there Kailash... I promised Ranveer not to kill you, but I can do other things... I can cut your arms, and feed them to my pets in front of your own eyes, I can pull apart your legs one by one making you feel your every bone breaking, and your body parts dismantling bit by bit, insert your favorite pen into your eyes, the very same pen with which you made me sign my marriage certificate, remember ?? and you still would be alive", Abhyansh said in a low menacing tone which held a promise that if Kailash didn't shut up, he would do all of it... Everyone except for Isha knew how dangerous Abhyansh's pets were, which included a lion, a tiger, and tens of hounds... 

Isha gasped and wanted to throw up even hearing her husband's words... Kailash gulped, his whole body sweating hearing Abhyansh's promising tone, he knew Abhyansh is not joking, he would really do all that if he said a single word in excess...
