Ryan felt something heavy on his chest and threads over his face , trying to remove the threads from his face, he opened his eyes only to realize they weren't thread but Madison's hairs that covered his face completely.

Removing her hairs carefully , so she doesn't wake up he analys their position
One leg tangled with his, other over his thighs , her one hand was thrown over his chest just like half of her body. She was practically sleeping over him, and her face was somewhat burried into his neck.

With a smile on his face he fell back into the position, forgetting about his company and his duty towards it.

His eyes widened as he realized what he was doing, guilt seeping into him.

Slowly and carefully he put her on bed and looked at his phone it was 9 in the morning.
Fuck!!! I am going to be late today

He ran towards washroom for his daily routine. Previous night he and Madison talked till 2 am , resulting into late morning.

He realized how wrong he was and how much he was manipulated by Jasper about Madison. He hadn't heard or seen him since his discovery about what actually happened.

Madison woke up with the sound of shower running , at first she felt to go back and sleep again, but then she remembered she has a job and looked at clock.

Wow!!! How wonderful of me.... I am on a leave !!! Great she mentally cursed herself.

She went into another room's washroom and took a spare brush did her daily routine , took a quick shower and headed straight downstairs to make breakfast for Ryan.

She looked at the main door which was opened, with furrowed eyes she looked closely , Lisa wasn't here till now... She was on a two days leave.... Her eyes widened as she thought Ryan must have gone without breakfast.

Her face dropped as she turn around only to meet with Ryan's 6'2 inch body...

"You are here?"
"Was I supposed to leave" he asked in a teasing tone.
A smile pulled over her face as she said
"No.. I thought you left without breakfast!!! Main door is open and I didn't do ....."
She went quiet.... If he is in here and none of them opened it, Lisa wasn't here.... Then who opened the door?

Ryan soon realized someone had entered their house without their permission.For few minutes they stood there silently trying to hear any voice of the intruder but none was heard.

Ryan called the security from the gate and asked him about it.... The security informed him that no one came this morning...

"I guess we left if opened last night"
Madison concluded, though her gut feeling was in total opposition with her statement.

Ryan make sure nothing was being stolen from the house and everything was in place, after having his breakfast he asked Madison for a lunch outside at 3 and headed towards security room.

"I want to see the front door footage from last night"

"Yes sir"

He looked at every footage till 2:39 am after that , there was nothing. He realized the cameras stopped working.

Mentally cursing he looked at his security guard whose head was now bowed down.
It was useless to scream at him.

He asked him to ask someone to install new camera and headed for work.

Madison took her holiday as an advantage and  after breakfast went straight towards her room. Setting an alarm for 12 in the noon she again fell asleep.
What's better than a sleep after all. Holidays are meant for sleep right?

It was 2:30 in the noon when his secretary buzzed in
"Sir , Mrs Cullen has arrived should allow her in?"

"Yhea send her straight away"

She walked in with a smile on her face. With a tired smile Ryan looked at her.
"Sorry, I was getting bored.. so I came early"

"Never be sorry for arriving early, find yourself comfortable in my office and barged in anytime you want to" he replied with a smile.

She settle over the blue couch and took the magzine that was kept there. It was an enterprenuel magzine. It interested her as she started reading the interview of famous fashion designers .

She was so lost in her work she didn't even realize when her father-in-law entered the office.

She looked at him and he was already looking at her with cuorsity.

"Maddy , I didn't knew you was here" he had a huge smile over his face as he hugged her.
They talk about a little while and she invited him and his whole family on dinner on the day when Ivory was arriving with her family.
He was happy, to have a family dinner.

Madison again went back on couch as he headed towards Ryan's table who was busy with a file.

"What brought you here?" He asked still engrossed in his file.
"We have a problem"

It pulled Ryan's attention and he looked at his father.
"The sales are dropping Ryan, and I don't think so Ruselle made a great plan.. I want you to look at his file and make necessary changes in them along with him"

Ryan just nodded and again was engrossed in his files, he was Currently going through his last meetings file.

After his father left the room he groaned in frustration and pulled his hair. It was hard for him with what was happening in his personal life and now his professional life was also stressing him a lot.

He felt fragile fingers touching his shoulders and instantly looked up to find Madison.

She had a smile on her face as she said
"Remove your coat jacket"
Ryan raised his eyebrow and then commented trying to ease some of his own mentions
"You like office romance?"

He earned a slap over his shoulders as he chuckled and Madison blushed at his stupid comment.

He removed his coat jacket and loosen his tie. Then he relaxed as she started massaging his shoulders.

"It's going to be okay"
"There is not just this problem Maddy... There are a lot I am dealing with"
He replied still his eyes closed.

"I may not be able to help you with your sales problem as I know nothing about your industry , but I can suggest you take some rest.. you know like just rest, when your mind works for hours it always forgets to take rest and then you don't get the solutions"

He just hummed about it and relaxed under her fragile hands.

After fifteen minutes they went to a nearby  restaurant  and had Chinese lunch. He then drop her at home  before getting out of the car Madison looked at him and said
"I prefer kitchen rather than office"
And exit without glancing back.

Ryan raised his eyebrows and amused eyes and a smile on his face as he drove back to office.

It was six in the evening and he was heading towards home, parking his car at driveway his phone buzzed as he looked at the message.
It was from a private number.

His eyes widened as he saw pictures of his and Madison from morning. She was over him and he was holding her as they sleep peacefully.
The message down read

Sleep your peaceful nights Ryan... Soon you won't be next to her.

Then there was another message and attached photo.
They were in restaurant from today and Ryan was holding her hand .
The text read
I hate it when she holds your hand , how disgust is that.....you are a cheater and she is a fool.

You will do my work and I will let you sleep peacefully with her.
