Opening her eyes Madison met with Ryan's beautiful face which was damm close to her .
She realised in the middle of night they both drifted in middle of the bed facing each other , Ryan was still sleeping.

She looked at him , mouth a little open and his hairs covering his forehead

Cute She smiled at her thought.

Silently getting up she made her way towards washroom did her daily routine and head out wearing a red summer dress .

Ryan rubbed his eyes and was looking at Madison as she entered the room and went straight near dresser .
He noticed how her hair were flowing as dryer was blowing her wet hair , making them flow.

He noticed how beautiful she looked in her red summer dress , not even being aware of his feelings Ryan was in a state of complete denial , may be he wasn't in love but surely he liked her and yes somewhere in his heart he longed for that friendship.

"Where are we going today?"
Madison tried her best to start a conversation , he got up from his bed and replied
"Where do you want to go? I am up for it , but we have to return by seven in the evening I have few clients coming for dinner at restaurant here"

"Why can't you leave work , let it take some breathe of relieve you know"
Madison exaggerated her words just to make it more dramatic , making Ryan chuckle , he entered the washroom and did his routine.
He came out and Madison was sitting on her bed , his phone in her hand.

Suddenly he found his heartbeat accelerated and he ran towards her
"What are you doing?"
He asked taking his phone from her hand , looking into it he notice she was looking for a cab ride.
He turn to look at Madison who was trying to mask her hurt expression.

"Please , there are a lot of important messages and call records and other details in this... Please don't use it without my permission"

"Look I am sorry , I forget to charge my phone last night and its still off"
Sighing Ryan sat next to her and squeezed her hand

"Don't be I am sorry , its just that..."
"Oh leave it , let's go and have breakfast we can book cab later"

They headed down stair for breakfast , the whole time making small talks.
Heading out of hotel Madison asked
"Aren't we going to have cab?"
"I have asked for a car, they must be bringing" Ryan replied and again was lost in his phone answering important messages and e mails.

Sighing Madison started looking here and there that was when she notice a man  was looking at them with curious eyes.
Furrowing she turned around and look at her husband who was still busy in his business.

Something about the man was bothering her and she started leaning into Ryan.

Unaware of what she was feeling Ryan looked at Madison who started clinging to him

"What are you..." He abruptly stop when man ran towards them and hit Madison's elbow with a knife  , wincing in pain she screamed and her bag fell he tried to pick her bag and run but soon drop her bag as guards started running after him

"Fuck"
Ryan looked at knife stucked at her elbow and took her hand in his

"Sir.. Do follow us inside to emergency a doctor is on its way"
The manger rushed out and asked them

"Her hand... We.. Have yo remove the knife , she is in pain"

"Sir we can't , it is holding back the blood"
Ryan nodded and looked at Madison who was now red with her wincing and sobs .

"Its going to be okay Maddy "
He pulled her up bridal style and she buried her face in his chest , for a second his heartbeat fasten but it got normal , trying to sooth her pain.. Ryan unconsciously kissed her head and they enter their room

Putting her on bed , the manger came in with doctor.
Who examine her cut and gave a sympathy look at Madison
