Foxete's POV:

I sit by the stargazing ledge. I don't know what to do. It's been a few days since we left Keekos, and Illoha and I aren't on speaking terms. Every night she just goes to bed without saying a word to me. She's acting like I'm the one who hurt her. I literally got kidnapped by racist palace guards. Like what the hell!? It honestly seemed like nobody else saw how wrong that planet was. It breaks my heart, but I can't stand with Illoha when she becomes Governor of she'll think like her father.
"Foxete?" I hear someone ask from behind me, snapping me out of my thoughts.
I turn my head and see Isel standing on the ladder, "Dex said you'd be up here."
"Yeah." I sigh, "I've been up here for a bit."
"Shouldn't you be talking to the crew?" She asks.
"I thought we all needed a break from... everything." I give her a half-smile.
"What about you and Illoha?" She looks out into space.
"We had a bit of an argument." I chuckle.
"A bit?" Isel laughs, "I can practically feel the tension between you when you're in the same room."
"What about you and her? Backstory beef?" I ask.

"I guess." She thinks about it, "We didn't get along as kids."
"So she doesn't like you? Why?" I scoff.
"I was a bit of a brat when I was younger. I guess she thinks I'm the same." Isel shrugs.
"Illoha doesn't like you because you were a brat when you were younger?" I laugh, "That's hilarious."
"Yeah. I could say the same about her." Isel laughs, "I just want to put the whole fighting thing behind us and maybe be friends."
"That sounds reasonable." I shrug.
"Right?" Isel sighs, "Not to her. She thinks I hate her."
"I'll talk to her at some point. Maybe I'll change her mind." I look to the ladder.
"Focus on fixing your relationship with her before you start fixing a friendship with me and her." Isel shakes her head, "It'll be better for both of you to talk."
I sigh and stand up, "You're right. I'll go talk to her now. Thanks, Isel." I smile. She smiles back.
Time to swap apologies, hopefully.
