a/n: so this is the same ending as before, because I like it so. Yeah. Sorry if you don't. But it is my book. After this chapter, I will post the new book and this book will be under SERIOUS EDITING AND RECONSTRUCTION. Just wanted to let yall know. ;) enjoy

*2 1/2 months later*

I planned a C-section. There's no way in hell I'm pushing this this thing out of me. Or should I say things. Yes, as in two. I'm having twins! Yay? I don't know what to think anymore. My stomach was large enough to fit two twenty-five pound watermelons in it.

The C-section is planned in two weeks; March 8th.

As I thought about the dread that would come with these children, I slowly made my way down the stairs. After making it to the bottom, I only breathed slightly heavily before I walked into the kitchen to grab something to eat.

I'm starving!

*Michael's POV*

I strolled through the mall with a couple of buddies, making jokes here and there and laughing about random shit, only having serious conversations pop up every once in a while.

"So, Michael," Ashton clapped a hand on to my shoulder. "How's November holding up?"

I laughed, before I winced just thinking about her, going through all of that pain. She cries herself to sleep every night. I've tried soothing her and trying to get her to stop, but the anxiety really gets to her and eats her out from the inside.

Depression.

That's the only word that could be used or thought of when someone asked what was wrong with her.

"She's fine," I sighed.

He raised an eyebrow, taking a glance at Caiden before looking back at me. "You bein' honest, man?"

I let out a groan, "fuck." I sat down on a nearby bench and placed my head in my hands. "She's doing awful. She's depressed, and can barely handle herself anymore. I just don't know what to do anymore."

"Well," Caiden started, "stop to talk to her sometime. Maybe she'll -"

Caiden's words of wisdom were cut off by the sound of a phone ringing. I held up my index finger, signaling 'one second' and pulling my phone out of my pocket.

"Speaking of," I muttered, seeing November's caller ID on my phone. "Hello?" I answered.

"Michael," my mom's panicked voice sounded through the phone. "Come. Now."

My eyes widened slightly. "What's going on? Is everything okay?"

"It's November."

~~~~
I pushed through the doors of the hospital, panicking seeping through my veins as I sprinted towards the receptionists desk.
Her eyes flicked up to look at me, in pure annoyance. "What can I do for you?"
"I'm looking for November Kingston," i hurriedly stated.
"What's she in for?" She sighed, typing a few words on her computer keyboard.
"She's pregnant, but not due until her C-section in two weeks." At this point, I was hopping on the balls of my feet, anxious to know what was going on.
She rolled her eyes, turning to look at me. "She's right there in that hallway, the first door to your left."
I nodded, walking away without even saying thank you because that lady was just rude!
I jogged towards the room and flung the door open, making my presence known. Before my eyes, I saw Nova laying on a hospital bed, the look of panic leaving her face once she saw me. My parents were on one side of her, my mom holding her hand, and Tiana was sitting in the corner of the room, scrolling through her phone. I noticed something. Rose was not here. Nova's mom was not here. Not present. Absent.
Her fucking daughter is in the hospital, and she isn't even here.
I didn't notice that I had just been standing there as the minutes passed by, until Nova reached her hand out towards me. I rushed towards the chair next to her bed and grasped her hand lightly in mine.
"What's going on?" I asked lightly, seeing anxiousness in her eyes.
"Looks like these babies weren't planning on waiting until March 8th."
*14 hours later*
"November, babe, calm down. It's okay, just breathe." I tried soothing her as her face turned beet red from the pain.
She narrowed her eyes at me, gritting her teeth together. "I swear to fucking God Michael, tell me to calm down one more time!"
~~~~

*2 hours later*

We ended up with an adorable baby girl and a beautiful baby boy, both looking very similar.

"So," the nurse walked in the room, a clipboard in one hand and a pen in the other, "what're you going to name them?"

November looked up at me, her eyes twinkling with joy and drooping with exhaust. "How about . . . I name the girl and you name the boy?"

I pouted, I want to name the girl!

She rolled her eyes. "Fine! What's her name?"

I sat there, looking at her and thinking about it before a unique and cute name popped into my head. "Ainsley." I grinned.

Tiana 'aw'ed, "that's such a cute name!"

I smiled, "yeah, it is. What's the boys name?"

She didn't even hesitate when she said "Mason."

I smiled.

"Ainsley and Mason. It's perfect."

She's perfect.

They're perfect.

Everything is perfect.
