Tyler climbed inside Hunter's bedroom from the window. Work had called him earlier in the week to confirm Reece would be back tonight. He knew the job was only temporary, maybe 2 months at most, but he'd done it to help out his friend whose Dad owned Crusti's Pizza.

Last night when he came in through her bedroom window it was after 12 and Hunter was already asleep. He hadn't mentioned he was no longer going to be the delivery guy. But Tyler knew he'd stop by tonight after she finished her studies. He promised he wouldn't get in they way of her final high school year.

Alpha Tyler had called a pack meeting tonight at 6pm. He informed his pack that he'd found his Mate and she'd be staying over this weekend. They were all excited to meet her and planned to have a welcome party for Hunter. It was a really big deal to their pack. Tyler also mentioned the possible threat of another pack wanting Hunter. This made the pack very restless. Extra patrols and guards would be placed on the pack house boundaries and on Hunter until she officially became their Lunar. Tyler explained it would happen by the end of the year when she turned 18 and finished High School.

Tyler was surprised to see that Hunter wasn't inside her bed and he noted her scent wasn't that strong. He went downstairs to the living room and saw the pizza box. Tyler felt a drop inside his stomach. He went over to the pizza box and lifted the lid. It was still inside the box, cold and hadn't been eaten. He started to panic and tried to pick up her scent. He found his way down into the garage and that's where he scent stopped. He picked a piece of cloth which was near the door, it still had a faint smell of poison. He figured out it was used to knock Hunter out. His wolf was going crazy knowing he wasn't able to protect her.

Tyler was a little relieved that her parents went away this weekend which made it easier for Hunter to stay over. They agreed he'd pick her up around 10pm. But he never bargained that she wouldn't be home when he arrived. He had to find her before Sunday afternoon when her parents would return.

Tyler decided to drive back to the pack house to get back up and try to figure out where Hunter was taken. Whilst in his car he called Crusti's Pizza to get Reece's number. He'd apparently finished early for the night and was going to some party.

He dials Reece's mobile pulling over to the side of the road.

"Yo."

"Reece....Tyler."

Reece knew that name as Tom had mentioned it when they took Hunter. He remained quiet.

"I believe you have something of mine? I want it back NOW!"

"Who the hell?"

"Reece. Stop. No games. Just tell me otherwise the consequences will lead to death."

Reece froze. He had no idea what he'd got himself into when his Brother asked him for help tonight. He was told it was all a joke. But it just didn't feel right the way Hunter passed out and they took her.

"Fuck!" Reece yelled out.

"You have 3 seconds Reece. One. Two. Thr."

"Ok. My Brother took her, said it was a joke on a friend who liked her. I had no idea there were going to knock her out and kidnap her. That wasn't supposed to be part of the plan. I thought they were just going to turn up and yell surprise."

"Who? Where? How? Tell me NOW." Tyler wasn't going to beat around the bush.

"I don't know. That's all I was told I fucking swear."

"Ok, give me your Brothers mobile."

"He's gunna kill me."

"Well so will I, so choose which death will be less painful because I will break every bone in your body, one by one and I promise to take my time."

Reece gulped and gave Tyler him the mobile number.

"You ever go near Hunter again, I'll kill you."
