I walked into the office without being disturbed. The janitor, I think his name tag said Herby, took one glance at me, then turned his gaze down, obviously taking notice to my rigid appearance and rather piqued attitude that seemed to radiate off of me.

I felt sorry for the older man. He was practically forced to witness my frustration, and I wouldn't wish that upon anyone.

Strutting past him as fast as I could, I stormed through a large wooden door, possibly mahogany, and stared straight at the devil herself. To be honest, she looked like a confident predator: she was seated at her desk as if she were a queen perched on her throne before a room full of peasants. Mallory's hair was pinned back in some form of up-do; the femininity of the hairstyle contrasting with the masculinity of her grey, pantsuit that seemed to be tailored to fit her, or so I suspected from how the top fit incredibly well in her torso and shoulders.

Mallory's face was all lines and edges, her jaw straight, cheekbones edged, and nose aristocratic. Those dark lashes were thick enough to pick up a stiff wind at the bat of her eyes and her liner was bold, black, and contrasting with her blue eyes. Her icy stare paralyzed her many victims, including myself, while her lips were seemingly stained with their blood: Mallory's choice of beverage after successfully killing each one by sinking her canines into their jugulars.

Stop being so morbid, Esme, it's not attractive.

Shaking my head, I pushed away all thoughts and focused myself on ignoring Mallory's manipulation and intimidation tactics, which she seemed to have many. The first of many, her looks. Secondly, her temper and overactive imagination that she used to threaten me prior to my arrival. And the list goes on and on. Mallory Morgan was a predator. She was trained in the way of politics, the most manipulative business I knew of. Therefore, she was not trustworthy. I didn't, nor wouldn't, trust the woman as far as I could throw her, even if she only weighed like one hundred pounds.

"You're late," the older woman spoke simply, manicured acrylics tapping against the glass-top of her otherwise wooden desk.

I sneered at the woman before approaching the desk, taking it upon myself to seat myself in one of the chairs in front of her desk. "Traffic."

She stood, rounding her desk with loud clicks of her heels: another intimidation tactic that I had to admit was working. With each clack, my heart increased its beat and gooseflesh lined my forearms. The feelings only intensified when she squeezed her body between the space of my chair and her desk, palms behind her and glaring down upon me.

"Tardy and dishonest," the brunette chastised, as if I were a five-year-old. "My my, Esme, you are just racking up offense after offense, aren't you? You must want to be reprimanded for your transgressions."

Just as I was beginning my rebuttal, the infuriating woman before me shushed me. I swear, I wouldn't be able to keep my composure if this was how our little "meeting" was going to continue.

"Before you rant like a petulant child, you will allow me the respect I deserve and listen to what I have to say. Is this understood?"

"Yeah," I muttered, crossing my arms over my chest in a huff.

Maybe I was being a child.

Nope. She started it.

Okay, definitely a child.

"Yes," she corrected, extending the ending consonant, "what?"

Raising my eyebrow at Mallory, I stared at her until she rolled her eyes and rubbed at the bridge of her nose with her thumb and forefinger.

"Yes, Miss. You are to refer to me as 'Miss', or have you yet to read our contract?"

Shit. Busted.

Scratching the back of my head, I averted my gaze from the older woman. "I-um. I read, s-some of it..."

Tension climbed in the room as silence engulfed us: me with my head turned away and Mallory obviously burning holes into my scalp with her eyes.

"That's strike three, Miss Holland." Mallory stated morbidly, her voice like gravel. "You will indeed receive punishment for your dishonesty and disobedience, but first, I need your contract."

Biting my bottom lip, I risked the chance and glanced up at the woman in front of me. Her expression was practically unreadable, but I could notice the exhaustion and exasperation that lined her features, no matter how subtle they seemed.

"About that," I gulped.

Without a word, the dark haired woman walked back behind her desk, bent over (giving me a gracious view of her derrière), and opened a drawer, pulling out a set of papers and sliding them over the desk.

"Read this, now." She demanded, seating herself at her desk.

I couldn't help but notice that she had now closed her eyes, reclining back in her office chair, obviously in attempt to relax. She almost looked human.

Submission Contract

This submission contract is effective as of the___ (day) of _____ (month), by and between _____________ (submissive) and Mallory Morgan (dominant). I, Mallory Morgan, being of sound mind and body, hereinafter referred to as Miss/Mistress. I, _____ (submissive), being of sound mind and body, hereinafter referred to as whatever Miss/Mistress seems fit.

1.0.0 Terms
The terms of this agreement will be effective immediately until the Miss/Mistress deems or the submissive is injured and wishes for termination. (See 1.0.1 Termination).

1.0.1 Termination
Said contract will become null and void immediately upon request of the injured submissive. Injuries include, but are not limited to:

• permanent bodily harm
• loss of limb(s)
• sprained/broke bone(s)
• torn muscle(s)
• severe emotional trauma
• severe psychological trauma

Any breach in contract may also result in immediate termination. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

• neglect
• not fulfilling responsibilities to the party's best abilities

Should the submissive be willing to continue following any material breach, the broken clause shall remain for the remainder of said contract.

2.0.0 Responsibilities
Both parties are responsible for, but not limited to, an outlined set of responsibilities. (See 2.0.1 Miss/Mistress' Responsibilities and 2.0.2 Submissive's Responsibilities).

2.0.1 Miss/Mistress' Responsibilities
Miss/Mistress understands that she is now responsible for teaching the Submissive how to behave and obey. She will act justly towards the Submissive and will not punish out of anger with the Submissive, but out of desire to teach the Submissive.

As well, Miss/Mistress understands that she is responsible for caring for the Submissive in any way. She may provide financial, emotional, and or physical support to the Submissive. Not only, but Miss/Mistress will provide aftercare to the Submissive following play and punishment to ensure the Submissive's safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

2.0.2 Submissive's Responsibilities
Submissive understands that they are now responsible for obeying and learning from Miss/Mistress. They will listen to directions and commands, keep their Miss/Mistress updated when they are without the latter, and will treat their own body as they would Miss/Mistress' body. They will commit to eating and hydrating regularly and creating a healthy lifestyle, including exercise to ensure stamina and fitness.

As well, Submissive agrees to respecting Miss/Mistress and only speaking to her in a submissive manner. The Submissive will not raise their voice, will keep their mouth fairly tamed when vulgarities are concerned, and will not use disrespectful language towards Miss/Mistress and the general population.

Finally, the Submissive will gratefully accept any gifts and or punishment the Miss/Mistress gives, and will thank Miss/Mistress for either.

3.0.0 Submissive's Veto
The submissive, where appropriate, holds veto power over any command given by Miss/Mistress, at which time they may rightfully disobey the command without fear of punishment. This power may only be invoked under the following circumstances when, not including circumstances agreed upon between Miss/Mistress and Submissive:

• the command conflicts with any existing laws and may result in fines, arrest, or prosecution of the submissive
• the command causes extreme damage to the Submissive's life, such as death, family stress, et cetera
• the command causes permanent bodily harm or psychological/emotional harm

4.0.0 Limits
Limits will be set into place to ensure the safety of both Miss/Mistress and Submissive during play and punishment.

4.0.1 Submissive's Limits
The Submissive agrees to vocalize their limits directly to the Miss/Mistress upon signing said contract. Submissive understands that when they are reaching their limits, they will use one of the two options: color system or safe word. (see 4.0.2 Safe Word/ Color System).

4.0.2 Safe Word/Color System
Submissive reserves the right to create their own safe word and report it to Miss/Mistress immediately upon signing the contract. The submissive, when they feel as if they have reached their limits, holds the power to use their safe word. The Miss/Mistress agrees to halt all activity upon hearing the safe word during play.

Submissive also reserves the right to use the color system: green meaning they are not close to their limits, yellow meaning they are close to their limits, and red meaning they are at/past their limits. The Miss/Mistress agrees to heed these warnings, check on the Submissive when yellow is spoken, and halt all play when red is spoken.

5.0.0 Punishment
Miss/Mistress reserves the right to punish the Submissive for:

• disobedience
• dishonesty
• tardiness
• stealing
• back-talking
• blatant disregard of Miss/Mistress' rules
• unwanted behavior
• speaking without permission

5.0.1 Correcting Behavior
Miss/Mistress reserves the right to correct this behavior by, but is not limited to:

• revoking privileges
• orgasm denial
• physicality (spanking, canning, etc.)
• verbal warning
• timeouts
• "the silent treatment"

5.0.2 Submissive's Responsibilities
Submissive agrees and understands that any infractions of this agreement, or any act that displeases Miss/Mistress, will result in punishment. Submissive will gratefully accept punishment and will try to learn from it.

5.0.3 Miss/Mistress' Responsibilities
Miss/Mistress will choose punishment fairly and will make certain that the punishment fits the transgression committed.

5.0.4 Rules of Punishment
Punishment is used to correct the behavior of the Submissive. Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, or any of the following:

• blood must not be drawn
• burning the body
• drastic loss of circulation
• internal bleeding
• loss of consciousness
• withholding of any necessary materials such as food, water, sunlight, and human interaction for extended periods of time

Punishment must stop immediately upon the previous list. It is then the Submissive's choice whether they wish to continue serving the Miss/Mistress. Should the submissive be willing to continue following any bodily harm, the broken clause shall remain for the remainder of said contract.

6.0.0 Privacy and Confidentiality
As stated in the previous contract, the relationship between Miss/Mistress and Submissive will be strictly confidential. Any breach in confidentiality may result in, but is not limited to, termination of the contract.

7.0.0 Areas of Control
Miss/Mistress reserves the right to control where submissive is, who the submissive is with, and what the submissive is doing. If the submissive is frequenting an establishment with alcohol consumption involved, Miss/Mistress may control how much alcohol the submissive may consume.

8.0.0 Exclusivity
Miss/Mistress will not be exclusive with the submissive, and likewise for the submissive. Both parties are encouraged to form relationships, but are reminded of the confidentiality agreement clause (See 6.0.0 Privacy and Confidentiality) and the responsibilities of each party (See 2.0.0 Responsibilities).

9.0.0 Symbols of Ownership
Miss/Mistress reserves the right to give the submissive a symbol of her ownership of said submissive. She reserves the right to choose a symbol, but the submissive receives the ability to negotiate.

10.0.0 Alteration Ability
Both parties reserve the right to alter said contract upon request and negotiation. If any alterations are made to said contract, a new contract must be printed and signed by both parties and is effective immediately. The prior contract is now considered null and void and must be destroyed.
